Beginning right away with some honesty: while perhaps not the 'biggest' JAV star out there, it's debatable whether KOTOMI ASAKURA is indeed a real A-cup or not. Flat-chested? Not exactly. Busty? We can be honest and say "no". Has something one can grab on to? Depends on one's hand size. In A-CUP IDOL, we see KOTOMI banking both on her cuteness-via-flatness (OK, maybe not really for the latter) and her 'made for chika idol' looks and persona.

While idols have always been a thing in Japan--at least in the last four decades or so--there was an idol boom that began in the late aughts and continued for some years after. Again, idols have always been a thing. Idol groups exist now and still draw big audiences, but you may need to go back to perhaps 2010 or so when AKB48 exploded from "popular idol group" to "cultural phenomenon" to get the point. As usual, JAV studios were paying attention and a bunch of 'idol JAV movies' came out with today's update via DREAMROOM being one of many. We've shown others by them, notably their CRB48 series. Today's update is an off-shoot simply featuring KOTOMI on her own having real deal creampie sex which seems all the better given her expansive pubic hair. In fact, praise is needed because now more than ever with so many actresses going scorched earth on their 'under hair' it's always a delight to see a performer that bucks the trend.

A-CUP IDOL does not change the playing field. This is a very good JAV movie that meets and perhaps exceeds expectations. It's always been rare to have a popular crossover actress engage in performing on both sides of the mosaic and while KOTOMI never reached S-class status, she to this day has a very committed fanbase as she's just too darn adorable to ever forget: the big chipmunk cheeks, the yaeba, the twinkling eyes, the untamed pubic hair, and a sexual appetite nonpareil have made her into our own cultural phenomenon worth revisiting as much as possible.
