'guerilla' is a relative term. I believe I saw a mention of Ruka's 'management' processing guild memberships so it seems a more 'centralised' action.

Yet another actresses (or a retired one) that's pushing this mobile game. I saw Rei Kuruki do that (+ Marin Hinata backing her up) and Ruka Kanae with her big sisters of HibiHata who all play it in her guild.I guess it must be more effective marketing than buying ads on instagram.

It always makes me think of Steam a decade ago or so, before everyone and their xxxxxx had their own platform. Great for the end-user, but I assume less than great for the content providers.
