Only peculiar thing to me is that an actress' name belongs to the agency. Do you perhaps know if the rates advertised on the agency websites / spoken of by actresses are before or after the agency gets its cut?

Yes, I'd say that these two are the best maneaters in the business, regardless of tools they use. My only gripe with that video was that there was no clear shot of AIKA pegging the guy (it was always: POV lying on back, Kurea cowgirl, AIKA on strap on duty; if my memory is right).
