I'm not a plastic surgeon but the note you made on Eimi Fukada is wrong, specifically the part "you can see the implant resting on top of her chest". This is very wrong as breast implants are done in three ways, sub-glandular, sub-fascial, and sub-muscular. All of which have the implants under either the skin, breast tissue, or muscle respectively. The screenshot you gave does show the implants slipping down from her chest. Best example from a western pornstar would be Audrey Bitoni, this kind of thing happens to her a lot after her 2nd implants.
