It definitely seems like they're including less and less of this stuff as the series continues (more of the Ishin cameos seem to be popular content creators than JAV stars), but I definitely appreciate what they've included in years past. The reason I even know who Marina Shiraishi *is* was thanks to Yakuza 0.
I'm a pretty huge fan of HITMA-165! It's based on the first three chapters of the "Wagamama na Tarechichi" collection by Toguchi Masaya. Everything by Toguchi Masaya runs very thoroughly towards an obsession for big tits, with lots of paizuri, so Mitsuki An, Yuri Honma, and Azusa Nagasawa make for a pretty killer trio in the JAV version, as you can imagine. Their acting is fairly solid, and all three scenes are very accurate to the original scenes in the manga. My only real issue is the excessive use of fake cum; it's very noticeable and rather distracting. My favorite of the three scenes in the JAV version is the second one with Yuri, which I found a bit ironic after the fact, because my favorite of those three chapters in the original manga by far was the third one that Azusa's scene is based on.
