Agree with S with the actress's I know Alice Otsu is easily number 1. Its interesting looking back on Mizuki Yayoi's early work compared to now shes amazing, also love Chitose Saegusa she always bring amazing energy to movies. Personally I would put Ai Sayama in S as well but can see why she just misses the cut. Yuri Oshikawa is personally my favorite actress so I might be a bit biased but I would put her in B I think it the right roles she puts on some really good performances, if she co-stars with someone she seems to get a bit more into it as well.
