Right when we assumed that Allpro was done for after the high-stakes drama that rocked the JAV industry, it has now come to my notice that the adult agency is planning to shake things up. Recently, All_pro's X account @allpro_jp changed its entire identity set from All_pro to Alp. The website has also been completely re-styled according to the identity set and it seems that the staff has also been completely changed. All_pro, the agency that dominated the JAV scene for a while with actresses like Ruri Saijo, Miu Shiromine, Kurea Hasumi & more has undergone a complete overhaul, transforming into Alp.

So, what's pushing them for this dramatic overhaul? Well, it seems that All_pro's troubles had run deeper than we thought. The agency was embroiled in a scandal involving one of its stars, leading to a major fallout with eight other major agencies in the industry. This resulted in All_pro losing a significant portion of its talent and the agency was shown in a bad light for how it conducted its business.

To survive, All_pro had to regroup. One of their strategic moves was to merge with Arrow, a smaller agency that could be considered All_pro's backyard. This merger which could be devised as a no-brainer brought Mirei Uno, Mei Itsukaichi, and Chika Tachibana into the agency’s existing roster. But that’s not all, The overhauled agency isn't just relying on fresh faces. They're also keeping some familiar ones around. Miu Shiromine, Miyu Aizawa (fresh from her S1 debut), and the legendary Ema Yano, former celeb, gravure idol, and also a hundred million contract of SOD are all part of the Alp team now.

However, despite these additions, Alp's roster is still looking a bit thin. Some of their veteran stars like Sakura Moko have retired, while others like Ruri Saijo have been relatively quiet after having made a comeback in the recent past. And then there's the case of Ichika Matsumoto, who recently deleted the Arrow tag from her X account name. This makes me wonder if she doesn’t want to be associated with her former agency’s name or if is she just making a statement. We might just need some more time to debate the issue of where Ichika’s gonna land next.

With all these changes, it's clear that Alp is trying to reinvent itself. But will it be enough? Can they successfully navigate the turbulent waters of the JAV industry, especially now after two heavy blows in the form of COVID and the AV Law? And can they mend fences with the other eight agencies? I hope Alp will settle things amicably with the other 8 agencies so that they can develop together and avoid the current situation of fighting and isolation. One thing's for sure: this is a story worth following.
