BREAKING: Rara Anzai Is Finally Back, Minami Aizawa Lands A Major Gig In China & More!
Here's a rundown of some of the top stories that happened in February
Rara Anzai Is Really Back & I'm Not Kidding!
Rara Anzai is actually back guys and this is in no way clickbait! Honestly, it was hard for me to believe my own eyes when I saw her pop on my Twitter feed but the Japanese trading card manufacturer 'Lovin' You' has just announced the latest collab with, Rara!
This kinda stoked my curiosity and had me thinking, first of all, "Wait, is Rara still in the game?" Well, let me drop the truth bomb guys, she's very much in the scene, and you can even book her through her agency, 8Man. Remember, you heard it here first!
If we rewind a bit back from now on, there were several rumors of her that floated around not too long ago, suggesting that Rara had left the agency. But deep down, we knew that she never really left. And bam! Out of the blue, now the trading card firm Lovin' You has raked in Rara’s services for an epic trading card collab.
But, she's not alone in this star-studded collection. The deck is stacked with 8MAN’s top talents, including the fabulous duo Mai Tsubasa and Rin Hachimitsu. It's like the Avengers of the JAV industry – assemble!
Now, the burning question on every fans mind would be, is Rara gearing up for a full-blown JAV comeback? When can we catch her on the big screen again? Well, don't pop the champagne just yet. Being on a trading card doesn't necessarily mean she's ready to dive back into the world of JAV. These two worlds, card collecting and adult filmmaking, don't exactly go hand in hand.
So, if she's not gracing the silver screen, does that mean we'll get a chance to see her in the flesh? To be frank, Lovin' You pulling her into the trading card game doesn't automatically translate into Rara making public appearances. 8Man, her agency behind the scenes, is playing it safe for now, atleast. Getting Rara to make an appearance is like trying to catch a rare Pokémon – not impossible, but not a walk in the park either.
I think it is not easy to invite Anzai to come out. It would be amazing if she could be invited to hold an event, Of course, I hope the trading card firm can find a way to invite Rara out for a launch event, but the higher possibility is that only till the card launch until she finds it too overwhelming and goes back to oblivion.
Sure, fans would love to see her face to face, but let's be real. Whether she steps out into the limelight or not, the legend of Rara lives on. I'm crossing my fingers for a grand return to the JAV scene one day. Who knows? Maybe this trading card gig is just the appetizer before the main course. Until then, let's revel in the fact that the mystery and allure of Rara Anzai continue to keep us on the edge of our seats. Here’s to the OG busty JAV starlet, may we witness her glorious return sooner rather than later!
FALENO Ushers Into Fifth Year With A Bang!
The beginning of the year has been sort of a series of commemoration for JAV studios! With S1 at the helm to have started it all by taking it’s 20 something AV actress at a hot spring to shoot a mass orgy. They really set the bar high, didn't they?
But if that wasn’t enough, we’ve FALENO who decided to jump on the hype train and debut its very own FALENO fest. More like a JAV festival celebrating not one, not two, but 19 exclusive artists from the studio’s roster and its sub-brand DAHLIA. Talk about leaving an impression! The studio, just a mere five years old, threw a bash on February 17, 2024, to mark its fifth anniversary.
Now, ofcourse since it’s a JAV centric affair, so fans had to be there right? Apparently, the domestic fans got the chance to have a little meet-up with their fav actresses from the studio's roster and as per sources, the entry ticket prices ranged from a cool 10k yen to a whopping 100k yen. You know what they say, if you want the VIP treatment, you gotta be willing to splurge a little.
Not saying, there wasn’t a bit of a hiccup with the event. The event was supposed to feature 20 actresses, but unfortunately FALENO’s latest recruit Eimi Fukada decided to skip the event somehow so it tallied to a total of 19 actresses on the day of the event. Rumor has it, that the actress is knee-deep in some tax troubles and might not have been in the right headspace to join the celebration. Taxes, the ultimate party pooper, lol!
Okay now, let's just delve into the star-studded guest list. Alongside the leading ladies, there were some big names from the male actor fraternity, including Masahiro Tabuchi and Uncle Taku. It wasn't just a ladies' night, after all!
And, oh boy, the dress code was strictly lingerie. Things just got a whole lot steamier! Imagine Rika Usui, Rin Hachimitsu, Nene Yoshitaka, Suzume Mino, and Ranran Fujii, all decked out in lingerie, striking poses for you at the event. Stuff of dreams huh! The paparazzi must've had a field day capturing those sultry poses.
With S1 setting the playing field, FALENO followed suit with a bangin' fest, and Eimi decided to skip out of the event. Who said the adult entertainment industry is all work and no play? Clearly, they haven't been keeping up with the latest gossip!
Minami Aizawa Bags A Big Film Offer In China
This one juicy scoop on Minami is hotter than a bowl of spicy noodles! As per one publication, it claims that the actress along with 12 other people in her entourage including some big shots like directors, screenwriters & photographer flew to China’s Hunan province at the end of January.
So, what's the scoop from the land of the Great Wall? Well, word on the street is that Minami and her crew were personally invited by China’s renowned film producer Stephen Shiu Jr. Apparently, they were there to dine at a swanky restaurant in Hunan province. Fancy, huh?
Now, you're probably itching to know what went down at that lavish dinner. According to our trusted source, the hot topic of discussion was none other than the sequel to the 18+ blockbuster movie "Due West: Our Sex Energy", in which several people search for romance, struggling to learn the difference between lust and love in an adventure that takes them to the mainland – where pleasure is much more readily available. Moreover, a sequel to the blockbuster is apparently in the works! The first part in the franchise which originally released 12 years ago was a major hit. Are we smelling a blockbuster in the making?
Also, our girl Minami wasn't just there to stuff her face with delicious oriental cuisine; she happened to take a detour to a few filming locations.
Now, get ready for the interesting part. "Due West: Our Sex Energy 2" is slated to be an adult drama and is said to feature not one, not two, but a whopping five JAV actresses! Reportedly, joining Minami in this sultry sequel are Yua Mikami, Yui Hatano, Yuka Murakami, and Erena. Hold on, though, because writer Lee Komaki spilled the beans that the number of Japanese actors involved could go up to around 10, meaning there will still be many other faces that have not been revealed yet. Talk about a star studded cast! Minami became part of the project recently and is believed to be in the talking stages now.
As for our leading lady, this might just be the reason behind her recent social media absence. Fans were freaking out, flooding her DMs with worry, but fear not! The former Idea Pocket actress has reassured everyone that she's alive and kicking. Apparently, her busy work schedule had her jet-setting around, leaving no time for the 'gram or internet surfing.
So, there you have it, folks—a Hollywood-worthy dinner in China, a steamy sequel in the works, and Minami Aizawa breaking the internet silence with a legit reason. Stay tuned for more drama, gossip lovers!
Convicted Actor Faces Backlash, Former JAV Star Chips In Her Two Cents
Tokyo's celebrity scene witnessed a major drama unfold as a prominent Japanese actor and film director, Hideo Sakaki, found himself in hot water after getting arrested in a case for alleged sexual advance earlier this February. If that's not enough for a juicy scoop, to make your jaw drop a a well-known actress from the JAV fraternity has come up with a similar #metoo allegation against him.
Citing the source, Sakaki, who vehemently denied the charges, is facing allegations dating back to May 2016. The alleged incident unfolded in the actor’s Tokyo apartment, where he supposedly invited a actress for some "acting advice." However, things took a dark turn when he allegedly asked her to strip down for a so-called tattoo check and suggested she should get comfortable appearing bare skin in her films for her acting career. Yikes!
Now, adding fuel to the fire, former JAV sensation Makoto Toda has stepped into the spotlight, throwing her support behind the news of the actor’s recent sentence. In an eye opening revelation on her Instagram story, Makoto spilled the beans about having faced a similar experience from the actor, "Sakaki invited me to dinner with several people several times on the pretext that he would let me shoot a movie, but I was wary and left each time on the way, so I didn't face any such advances. I met Sakaki by chance at his office, and when we talked about the movie, he liked me and recommended me for the lead role. There was no physical contact, and I don't recall any flirtation. I am now realising that he wanted to take a chance on me but couldn't. Do not ask me any more about my co-star. We had very little interaction since. Also, please stop blaming those who were ill-treated by Sakaki and those who have a record of appearing in Sakaki's previous works."
According to her confession, "During the filming, there were several times I was in a middle of a scene when I thought, “Why did they let all the other crew members out now?" For some reason, we had to shoot one-on-one with the camera in a closed room. I didn't do anything other than what was in the script." alleging that she was photographed alone by Hideo Sakaki, but luckily, nothing more serious happened.
But you all might be puzzled as to why was she was entertaining his company? To make our readers aware, Makoto happened to be the star of Sakaki's 2017 adult drama "Black Tears". The movie revolves around a woman who faces economic troubles.
As this particular story comes to light, it's clear that the glitz and glam of Tokyo's entertainment world are overshadowed by the dark clouds of scandal. The #metoo cases are on the rise, lately exposing the underbelly of the industry with similar cases to have come to light in the recent past with BBC spearheading the story of Johnny Kitagawa’s alleged mistreatment of his band members. Honestly, Sakaki is in a sticky situation now, he may be playing the denial card, but with Makoto stepping forward, the clouds of doubt are disappearing faster than ever.
Stay tuned, gossip aficionados! We'll be keeping our eyes peeled for every twist and turn in this scandalous case. Who knows what shocking revelations are waiting to be unearthed in Tokyo's showbiz scene? This is one case you won't want to miss!
