FC's Best JAV Actresses of 2024: Saika Kawakita, Ibuki Aoi, Honoka Furukawa, and Mei Itsukaichi

2024 is done and dusted and it is time to give flowers to the best of the best in JAV. Today we’ll be looking at the actresses that shined the brightest last year. From the mega-popular names with their legions of fans, to the most prolific hard workers who dropped tons of videos, to my own personal picks. These are my picks for Best JAV Actresses of 2024.

We start off with the biggest name of them all, Saika Kawakita. The superstar of S1 has only grown in popularity more and more since her comeback. The fair skinned and slender beauty with one of the prettiest faces in JAV; saw her best year yet and it’s time I finally gave Saika her due here. Personally, I was already a fan of the pristine beauty but this year that grew even more so.

The likely top seller of the year on many sales charts with a massive fandom at home and abroad. At the star-studded Taipei Red Expo, it was Saika’s booth that drew the biggest crowd by far. Even Western netizens perked their ears up when a short 3-second clip of hers went viral. Saika was hotly in-demand putting on lots of lucrative fan events. Her lone speed bump came in the form of S1’s Special Orgy video with her disappointing appearance. 

Yes, she’s uber popular but regardless she has been making some great videos and seemed to grow in beauty. Plus Saika can get down with how she uses her tongue to like and suck. And she has that sweet and gentle personality which just draws you in. She did give fans a little scare when she announced a break because of overwork which just meant for her fan club activities. Who knows how long the Saika train will go on for? The only one who can stop Saika right now is Saika Kawakita and she may be too big for JAV now.

Ibuki Aoi entered her fourth year in porn with Moodyz and is at the top of her game. At the prime of her career, Ibuki is firing on all cylinders. The spunky cutie with her pale complexion, those perky G cups, a nice firm booty, a slim waist, and those abs. Ibuki has one of the best waists in JAV thanks to how slim is it in contrast to her flat hard abs. Four years on and she’s worked her body into tip-top shape, getting in bit more muscular and filling out more.

But it’s not just her body that is in perfect form but Ibuki’s charming self. She seems more relaxed and at home than ever. Going into her videos with enthusiasm and spunk to spare for lively and energetic performances. Much improved acting, great performing in the bedroom, and that chipper attitude makes Ibuki an all-around personality that draw you no matter if she's playing a cute or mean character or just being herself.

It’s no wonder that she was chosen to co-host Moodyz’s revival Bako Bus Orgy Special with Nozomi Ishihara as the two stole the show with their charisma and charm. The pair have become a nice duo on and off-screen. Ibuki Aoi is better than ever and one of the best talents not just at Moodyz but in all of JAV right now.

For our next great actress, we head on over to Idea Pocket with Honoka Furukawa. Honoka was there to fill the petite-shaped void when Minami Aizawa left. Similar to Minami with their small figures but quite different. Honoka is a mousey woman with the looks and personality to match. An adorable face with her big ears, big eyes, and pronounced cheekbones. With a petite and slim figure that features a fit body with one mighty little ass.

Small and quiet-looking which is the same for her personality. A quiet woman who is very much on the reserved side. However, she’s become a good actress and a great lay in bed. When Honoka flips the switch on it is something to see. The quiet and mousey girl becomes a tender and lusty devilish slut in bed. Her performance is also in line with her personality as it’s more slow-paced and subtle.

Honoka’s improved performance has become her biggest strength now and she is looking more and more confidant by the day. Dropping quality video after quality video; she has come into her own now in her 3rd year in JAV. Honoka is a slow burn of an actress that gets you in the long run. Stick with her and she’ll surprise you.

We leave the exclusives for a true freelancer with Ruisa Totsuki. She has been one of the biggest surprises of the year. And a nice surprise at that. Ruisa with her looks and body was not someone I thought would connect well with fans, especially the domestic audience. Ruisa is a woman with a tanned body that is tight as all can be with her fake firm tits, her flat abs, and her rock-hard booty. A muscular woman with a chiseled body that is unlike many in JAV, rather unique.

When she left Idea Pocket and started freelancing that was when the real Ruisa started showing. She took on rougher hardcore videos that showed her submissive side. A lover of physical play, Ruisa used her hard body to take a hard punishing. Since then she’s taken on more and more work with studios all over taking notice. What a surprise it has been to see her name become a regular on the sales charts throughout the year.

But it shouldn’t be too surprising when you see how many videos Ruisa pumped out this year. She went on a tear releasing videos with studios big and small. Doing more general stuff with the bigger mainstream studios and more hardcore and niche stuff with smaller makers. Showing that she goes hard not just in the gym but in the bedroom.

Next is another highly prolific actress Mei Itsukaichi who is exclusive to Das, Wanz, and Honnaka. A triple exclusive in name but in practice, she is more like a freelancer with her output. Mei was everywhere with nearly 70 movies to her credit for the year. She worked with so many studios it makes you wonder what the exclusive means in her contract. I’m not complaining because more Mei is a good thing and better yet was how consistently good she was in her many releases.

A plastic-type actress who has had work on her face and tits. She is quite the looker with her big and beautiful eyes, slim nose, and shapely lips. A fine medium-sized figure that’s well-balanced. Not a bad boob job with her perky, pointy, and firm knockers. Below her narrow waist is her round and supple ass. Just a nicely proportioned figure with smooth and silky fair skin. I think Mei is still heating up and look forward to seeing what she gets up to in 2025.

We close out with Hinako Mori. If you described Hinako Mori to me on paper I would not be interested at all. Skinny, not much of an ass, and has bolt-on titties that aren’t very good. However, when you see her in action, you see her appeal. The sexy Onee-san type with her sexy face, long slender legs, and sultry performing is quite captivating. Those legs of her are her best physical asset and see a lot of usage.

She won me over and I’m not the only one she’s won over. Hinako had one of if not the best years of her career. Dropping bundles of videos this year while rising up the sales charts. She is steadily becoming a great name in the freelancing circles. Hinako might not jump out to you at first but she can hook you in when you see her in action.

Then we have Alice Nanase who had the best year of her career. A comeback actress who has become a triple exclusive with E-body, Das, and Honnaka. She gave fans quantity and quality with her steady releases. Finally, there was Ena Satsuki who has become more and more adventurous. Since leaving Faleno she has become unleashed and working like mad.
