Ria Yamate seems like an actress I would've been all over but surprisingly I never really bothered to give her a watch. No real reason why but she just kinda slipped past my radar. She debuted at the end of 2021 and has been consistently releasing a new film every month with S1 Studio. She seems to have taken up the mantle left behind by Rara Anzai as the new busty and slender star of S1. That always seems to come with the stigma of being a poor performer who is nothing more than juicy eyecandy. But maybe she can buck that trend? Only one way to find out...

Seduced By My Girlfriend's Busty Sister

Of course, Ria Yamate has partaken in this series. She's a perfect fit for it. We all know the plot of this by now. Ria plays a busty older sister who lures away her sis's boyfriend by flaunting her big tits. She then proceeds to fuck him throughout. Now one reason I always love this setup is the risk factor in seeing the two go at it while keeping it a secret from the sister. But sadly, there's very little of that here. That crucial element is only present in a single paizuri scene. It's a real letdown in that regard. Another aspect that wasn't too impressive was her performance. She really doesn't feel too convincing in this role at all and is really lacking in her facial expressions and enthusiasm. Just an overall awkward kind of vibe.

I will say that her figure and chest certainly fit the bill. There's no denying that she indeed looks fantastic here and it's all bolstered by some terrific lighting. One scene's setup I wasn't a huge fan of personally as it was a bit too saturated but beyond that it was executed very well. The action as a whole left me feeling mixed though. Two of the three sex scenes were quite solid overall and the paizuri scene was okay at best. On the downside though, the lack of risk is a massive bummer and the pacing is a little unbalanced. The first sex scene takes up nearly half the runtime for example. I was pretty lukewarm about SSIS-535. Ria nails the eyecandy factor and some of the sex is good. But with very little risk and a weak performance, it left me feeling whelmed.

Amazing Body Climax

Admittedly that's a pretty nice cover. Does the video live up to it? Well...not 100%. The basic premise here, if you can even call it a "premise", revolves around stimulation and intense orgasms. That's it really. It's extremely generic and devoid of any real imagination. I always loathe this particular type of setup as it's so derivative and dull. But a good performance can help elevate this mundane plot to a greater height. I think most of you likely know the outcome of that. Needless to say, she's pretty underwhelming here. She's painfully bland in every area from her facial expressions to her energy and her engagement. Just completely flat across the board.

Now onto a few positives starting with the action. It consists of three sex scenes and a completely forgettable masturbation/toying scene. The position variety is superb and the intensity is at a constant high throughout. She also gets a little wet at times too which is nice to see. Another bright side is the lighting. It's not perfect but for the most part, it's fantastic and does a brilliant job at highlighting her incredible figure. The camerawork is mostly on point as well. So despite the bland theme and terrible performance from Ria, I still found some enjoyment with this one. The eyecandy factor alone does make it worth a watch especially coupled with the intense sex. It won't blow you away but does make for a decent watch.

Here we have yet another simple concept film that just revolves around her figure and tits. It's as basic and vanilla as it gets. If all you want is some stellar eyecandy, then you'll certainly get your fill with this one. While I don't know if I'd personally rate her body as "SSS", it's certainly amazing. There's no denying that she definitely has some of the best boobs around in JAV right now. It's unfortunate though that her acting isn't anywhere close to that same level of greatness. Her performance is maybe a slight tick above her average outing at best. But she's still mostly submissive, low energy, and boasts lousy facial expressions. I think the comparisons to Rara are pretty spot-on. Amazing figure but is just painfully lackluster as a performer.

Faring much better is the action. It features three sex scenes with one being a threesome and a forgettable masturbation/toying scene that is a complete waste of time. Just forget about that scene because the others are all great. The cumshots are all real here, the intensity is solid, and the position variety is stellar as they all serve to highlight her stunning body. Speaking of, the camerawork too goes a long way to accentuate that aspect. It does a brilliant job of capturing some nice full-body shots of her in action. The lighting is fine too but could've been a bit better at times. Mostly during the masturbation scene but that scene belongs in the trash anyway so it's a moot point. All in all, a great sex-focused film that serves as a superb showcase of her figure.

Ultimate Busty Hostess

This particular film was actually my very first exposure to Ria Yamate. I had always seen clips of it being shared around so I figured it must be pretty well-liked. The setup for it is pretty generic as it casts Ria as a typical hostess working at a club while having sex with her customers. This series is a staple of S1's and honestly, I don't really care for it all much. There's not much of a connection for it with me so I'm indifferent about it overall. Now let me get the biggest highlight out of the way right now, which is her appearance. It's no surprise that Ria makes for some tantalizing eyecandy. Her boobs look amazing and there are a few nice outfits as well. Unfortunately though regarding her performance, she's very lackluster.

Her facial expressions and overall enthusiasm are just flat across the board, a stark contrast to her chest. She's easily one of the worst performers I've seen in modern JAV. Another issue I have is with the somewhat repetitive settings. Most of the scenes take place in the same booth-style setup and it gets old fast. It doesn't help that the scenes all start out pretty much the same too. The action at least is mostly solid consisting of three sex scenes and a paizuri scene. What's especially nice is that all the cumshots are real and there aren't too many filler scenes dragging the film down. I also wanna praise the lighting as it's quite good for the most part. I just wish her performance had any life to it at all. Or that the plot wasn't extremely overused.

Braless Temptation

I'm always a huge fan of this particular series from S1 so I was eager to see how this one would pan out. The premise throws Ria into a variety of situations where her boobs get accidentally revealed ultimately leading men to fondling and eventually fucking her. A few examples include her playing a workout instructor, a model, and a housewife that calls a plumber over to fix a leak. The range of scenarios is quite nice and reduces any feeling of repetition. And it's all executed superbly starting with the excellent lighting which is just as varied as the setups and helps to give each scene a distinct feel. The settings and wardrobe too are equally great as well and the pacing is well balanced too.

Now performance-wise, she's about the same as you'd expect. I'll give her some credit in that she has a few moments at times where she's not half-bad. But those are few and far between as the rest of the time she's flat with mediocre facial expressions and middling enthusiasm. Certainly not the worst acting I've ever seen but not good either. What is great is the action consisting of three sex scenes and two paizuri scenes. There's really no bad scene among the bunch here. They all do an excellent job of focusing on her chest and making it the centerpiece, as it should be with this particular series. SSIS-688 proved to be one of the best videos I've seen from Ria thus far. If only her acting could be up to par...

Overall Thoughts

So after watching five different films of hers how do I feel? Unfortunately, she didn't defy my expectations. There's no doubt that she is some top-tier eyecandy. Her body is very nice as she's quite slender with a fantastic set of tits. That is easily her best feature for sure. Her boobs are indeed amazing and perhaps some of the best around right now in JAV. Are they real or fake? That's a tough question. They just appear too firm and perky to be 100% natural. I would lean towards them being augmented in some way but I could be wrong. Regardless, they look amazing so who really cares? Now what isn't as amazing is her acting. I always heard that she was a lackluster performer and boy were they right. She has as much charisma as a log of wood. Her facial expressions are terrible, her enthusiasm is lackluster and you rarely ever see her take any real sort of control in a scene. She always just seems to let the actor do all the work. Ria is a prime example of an actress who is just a pretty face with a nice rack, as harsh as that may sound. I'll still occasionally check out her films just to see some eyecandy but that's about it. I don't expect to see any improvement in her acting considering she's a year and a half in and is still pretty mediocre.
