Ah, 2018. It was a pretty interesting year. She released an array of films across many different themes. But at the same time, she saw several films that were completely devoid of any theme whatsoever that are honestly some of her most forgettable from her entire career. A few examples include PPPD-644 and PPPD-680. But while some films did feature just a barebones setup Oppai did manage to instill some creativity in its execution like in PPPD-688 and PPPD-712. And to Oppai's credit, there were some brilliant concepts such as PPPD-654 with it tasking Hitomi to work at an underground sex club. Plus this year saw her debut into the VR landscape with amazing results. So overall there were indeed lots of dull films throughout the year but the releases at the top manage to save it a bit imo. It's not her best year by any means but the top 5 or so films are truly something special. 

12. PPPD-644

"She Wants You To Mash And Lick, and Titty Fuck Her 113cm O Cup Colossal Tits"

This may just be one of the laziest films Oppai has ever produced. It's pretty much just literally Hitomi and her huge chest. There is no central premise whatsoever. Not even much of a general theme either to be honest. It's mainly just about Hitomi and her massive tits getting played with and groped. It's painfully generic and vanilla ultimately making it one of the most forgettable films of her entire career. Now sometimes Oppai can make good use of a vanilla theme as they have done in the past but that is not the case here. So with the focus being on the action how does it fare? Pretty average at best.

There are 5 scenes in all here consisting of a few sex scenes, a threesome, a paizuri scene, and lastly a masturbation/toying scene. That latter scene is complete trash and a waste of time. The two one-on-one sex scenes are fine but nothing memorable at all. The threesome isn't too bad but suffers from some poor lighting. This is a good time to talk about the production values which are mostly lackluster. The wardrobe variety is excellent but the lighting is really bad in some scenes with being too bright and saturated. Plus, the settings are dull and even reused for multiple scenes. All this results in one of her weakest films to date. It's utterly generic, devoid of any creativity and, just banks on Hitomi's giant tits.

11. PPPD-680

"Slender Giant O-Cup Tits"

Oppai in the past has demonstrated a real lack of creativity at times when it comes to Hitomi. And that's very evident here with this film. I say that because there is absolutely no plot with this one. Instead, the emphasis is on her massive tits...and that's about it. The only real caveat is a little more focus on her slender figure and waist. Beyond that, it's extremely vanilla all around. But hey that aspect alone doesn't mean it's inherently a bad film. Maybe its other aspects will outweigh the generic setup. Unfortunately, that's not really the case. One scene does incorporate a minor plot with her playing a tutor but nothing other than that. The action itself isn't that great sadly.

The film features about 6 scenes in all. There are 3 sex scenes, a paizuri scene, and lastly a few masturbation scenes. The paizuri scene is brilliant at least and the sex scenes aren't too bad with some good intensity and nice outfits. However, they're bogged down with a lot of breast play and those masturbation scenes are completely forgettable. Even worse is a bland scene of her standing still while a guy gropes her tits for 10 minutes. Her performance as a whole isn't anything special except for a few bright moments like in the paizuri scene where she flexes her dominant side. And of course, the pacing is pretty bloated as well. Overall it's an extremely bland film with very little memorability to it.

10. PPPD-628

"I Gave My Busty Mama In Law to My Classmate"

Here we have yet another rather forgettable film. I completely forgot this film existed until I started to put this list together. There are some bright spots here and there but overall it's just personally not my cup of tea. From what I can tell the plot tasks Hitomi with playing a step-mama. Her "step-junior" is infatuated with her and devises a scheme to let his classmates fuck her. Of course, this is all an elaborate scheme so he himself can have sex with her. It's not a terrible setup per se. Overall though it just doesn't appeal to me all that much. While I wasn't a huge fan of the premise, the rest of the film is not too bad.

The action features a heavy focus on group scenes so if you're into that then you'll have a good time here. The scene count is admittedly pretty low with just 3 scenes in all but each is a full group sex scene at least. Her performance is entirely submissive for the most part which is fitting. She's not bad overall boasting decent enthusiasm but doesn't really leave any lasting impression. The production values are a bit mixed. The set design is a little repetitive as two scenes reuse the same exact setting. On the plus side, her wardrobe is quite nice highlighting her stunning cleavage. In the end, it's not bad but it's certainly on the niche side given its plot and focus on group sex. But if you're a fan of either two elements then it's worth a watch.

9. PPPD-696

"She's Obedient 365 Days A Year With Her Tits Out Maid With Huge Tits Even Lets You Creampie Her"

Who wouldn't want Hitomi as your own personal maid? That's precisely the setup for this film. There's really not much of an overarching plot here. It just centers around Hitomi playing a personal maid indulging in a variety of sex acts with her master(and friend at the end). What you see is what you get here. It's simple but it gets the job done. Now by far one of the best aspects is Hitomi's wardrobe. Normally I'm not that crazy about maid outfits but there's a great variety on display here and each one is a winner showcasing her stunning body and massive tits. Her performance overall is solid. She boasts great enthusiasm all the way through and does an adequate job at playing her role.

Next up is the action which is good but not without it's flaws. The film features a total of 5 scenes in all. They range from 3 sex scenes to a paizuri scene and lastly a handjob scene. There's a good variety at least. But one problem is that the first sex scene only uses cowgirl. Also, the handjob scene is pretty terrible as it's a huge wasted opportunity for a tittyfuck. And finally, the pacing is pretty bloated with a lot of foreplay with Hitomi kissing and licking the actor. Some may enjoy it but I'm not a fan. The camerawork can be hit-or-miss as some scenes feature some wonky shots and even use a fisheye lens which is a bit puzzling. It's nothing too memorable in the end but offers up sexy eye candy along with a solid performance from Hitomi.

8. PPPD-671

"My Lady Boss And I Were Taking Shelter From The Rain, But When I Saw Her Big Tits Through Her Soaked Shirt, I Could No Longer Control Myself"

Sometimes all you need is Hitomi in a wet t-shirt. What more do you need? The plot centers around Hitomi playing a female boss out on a business trip with a male colleague of hers. The pair get caught in the rain and need to take shelter. The man of course takes notice of her chest through the wet t-shirt and makes a move. He ends up fucking her and afterward, she reveals she's in a strained relationship. The rest of the video follows the pair having sex and fully embracing their new sex life together. It's a fine enough premise that does make for some stunning eye candy. Who doesn't love a good wet t-shirt right? The plot also gives Hitomi a good opportunity to shine as a performer.

She displays some great passion here and settles into her role quite nicely. While she's still not perfect, she does a solid job throughout. The action is terrific for the most part. There are 4 scenes in all with 3 sex scenes and a paizuri scene. All the scenes are relatively enjoyable with a nice focus on clothed sex. However, one scene is a complete waste as it's literally just a 10-minute flashback to other scenes. It's ridiculous. Oppai could have cut that scene out, trimmed other scenes down, and added another new scene instead. Production values are decent with a good atmosphere thanks to the rain effect and on-point wardrobe selection. All in all an enjoyable film with a nice setup sure to please any Hitomi lover.

7. PPPD-636

"Super Colossal Tits Cosplayer Creampie Gangbang"

If you've been following my lists for a while now you may recognize this particular film as it made one of my most " most disappointing" lists. Despite that, I still had a good time with this film. That being said this film had such great potential to be something truly remarkable. I generally like cosplay videos and that cover is certainly eye-catching. However, it misses the mark for me personally regarding the premise. Instead of basing the scenes in the universe of the specific cosplay, like say MIDE-248 for example, it instead casts her as an actual cosplayer who gets taken advantage of. Although near the end she starts to enjoy herself and lets loose a little bit. Overall it is not the direction I wanted the film to go in at all.

6. PPPD-688

"Titty Close Contact Holding Fuck Surrounded by Colossal O Cup Tits"

This was a film I had somewhat forgotten about until just last year when I revisited it. And I'm glad I did as it was incredible. The general setup here revolves around a pretty basic concept of Hitomi smothering the actors with her huge tits. It's very simple but the execution is remarkable. Every scene incorporates a different scenario utilizing the core concept helping to ensure each one feels fresh and distinct. Some examples include her playing a teacher, insurance saleswoman, and masseuse. It's an all-around great execution from Oppai as they take a vanilla theme and use it in creative ways. Now I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the terrific action.

There are 3 full sex scenes along with a handjob and paizuri scene. Every scene here is enjoyable and makes excellent use of its theme. Not to mention the variety of the plots for each scene is a key factor. Another major highlight is Hitomi's top-notch performance. A strong, dominant performance is a given with this theme and she delivers entirely. She plays each role quite well with fantastic enthusiasm. Seeing her wrap her arms around the guy's head while shoving him into her chest never gets old. The production values are superb too with a nice variety of settings and wardrobe. And the pacing is very evenly balanced throughout. If you enjoy seeing a more dominant Hitomi then look no further. PPPD-688 excels in every aspect.

5. PPPD-721

"A Big Tits Bathhouse Girl Who Will Provide Plenty Of Sexual Services"

What a nice cover right? The plot is pretty straightforward tasking Hitomi with being in charge at a bathhouse. She loves to provide a wide variety of services ranging from a simple tittyfuck and handjob to full-on intercourse. Each scene uses a different scenario such as in one where she seduces a boy while he waits for his dad. I think it's a really nice theme placing her in a slightly more dominant position and she definitely excels at it. The action all around here is terrific. The sex scenes are great with a nice position variety, especially in the last one which is a threesome sex scene. The paizuri scene is amazing thanks to the use of POV and the handjob scene is solid too mostly in part to her wonderful performance.

She settles into her role here quite nicely with believable enthusiasm and facial expressions. At times, she can be a bit too whiny but other than that she fully delivers. The way she flaunts her cleavage around the bathhouse makes for some pure eye-candy spectacle. Finally, we have the production values which are superb. Each scene features a unique setting, outfit, and setup that greatly helps to make every scene stand out. The lighting and camerawork are generally on point too. And lastly, the pacing is very well balanced with every scene boasting an equal runtime comparatively. From top to bottom PPPD-721 is a marvelous film that satisfies in every way. Now if you excuse me, I'm gonna go take a bath...

4. PPPD-703

"Sensitive Escort With Big Tits"

This is a film that I initially didn't think too much of upon my first watch. But after revisiting it and getting subtitles for it I was quite surprised as it's way better than I ever thought. The premise here centers around Hitomi playing a married woman who gets roped into taking a new job to earn some extra money. However, it turns out that the job is escorting. She starts out resistant but after a few rounds, she begins to settle in and enjoy herself. It's a really enjoyable premise that she hasn't really done before and features a nice dynamic progression throughout. This leads me to the production values which all fair quite nicely. One of the best aspects is her wardrobe as she sports some very sexy outfits.

Some highlights include a "slingkini" and fishnets. She looks outstanding in every scene. The pacing is well balanced too and the variety of the action helps to keep things interesting. Speaking of, the action itself is terrific. There are several paizuri scenes, a handjob scene, and 3 full sex scenes. They're all excellent and never drag on at all. But one of the better elements of the film has to be her acting. She delivers a strong performance overall playing her role very well as she's appropriately submissive to start and by the end, she's settled in like a seasoned professional. All this while boasting great enthusiasm and facial expressions. PPPD-703 is absolutely one of her best films from 2018 with its great plot, action, and brilliant acting.

3. PPPD-712

"Sucking A Dick While Titty Fucking. Stopping Just Before You Cum While Keeping You In The Blowjob Hold"

PPPD-712 features another simple theme but executes it brilliantly. The overall focus of this film is on "blowzuri". which is a combination of a tittyfuck and a blowjob. Now Oppai is no stranger to these no plot themes that mainly just focus on Hitomi using her tits in some way. What helps make this film memorable is that each scene incorporates its own distinct scenario. Such as having her play a controlling boss, a sexy nurse, or a fitness instructor. It's a fine example of a simple theme used in some creative ways. First up I gotta talk about that action which is incredible. There are multiple sex scenes all with multiple cumshots and also a few paizuri scenes. One of those is a hands-free paizuri scene that is a must-watch.

Lending itself to that is her excellent performance. She really seems to have a good time here and her raw enthusiasm is exceptional. She even plays a more submissive role for one scene so there's a bit of variety. Production quality as well is up to par too with solid lighting and settings that help each scene stand out and feel memorable on its own. Last but certainly not least is her appearance which is a home-run. The variety in her wardrobe is superb with some highlights including a maid outfit, nurse uniform, and OL attire. And even better she keeps most of the outfits on during sex which is a plus in my book. Oppai deserves some credit for taking an otherwise straightforward theme revolving around Hitomi's tits and executing it brilliantly.

2. MDVR-026

"Hitomi And Her O-Cup Titties In An Ultra Three-Dimensional Full Course VR Experience"

Hitomi and VR. What’s not to love? It’s a perfect match that makes for what is easily a near-flawless VR experience. MDVR-026 consists of three different scenes that each present a unique scenario. These are composed of a masseuse, hostess, and an intimate girlfriend fantasy. Now of those two are sex scenes while the other is a paizuri scene. I gotta say each scene is incredible. There’s a fair amount of variety in the positions which is always a plus. Of course, Hitomi looks outstanding as well. Most notable are the masseuse and hostess scenes where her outfits are stunning and she looks super sexy. She’s in unbelievable shape overall and seeing her in VR is breathtaking.

The sense of scale is unprecedented compared to standard 2D releases. You get a much better appreciation for just how utterly massive her boobs are here. Compounding all this is her excellent performance. She’s incredibly engaging here with maintaining solid eye contact throughout which is vital for a VR film. Plus her energy and enthusiasm are great too although at times she gets a bit whiny but it's not a huge issue. There’s nothing quite like having her smack you around with her boobs and shoving them in your face. MDVR-026 is by far one of the better VR videos I’ve watched and is an absolute must-watch for every Hitomi fan out there.

1. PPPD-654

"Barging In On A Rumored Slut Club And Engaging In Creampie Large Orgies"

2018 had several overlooked films from her career and none greater than this one here. The premise is fairly unique as it follows Hitomi going into an underground sex club and pretty much just taking over as she fucks whoever she wants to at will. She becomes the queen bee essentially. It's a brand new role for her and one that she nails perfectly as she delivers one of her best all-time performances. She takes control so effortlessly here with seductive facial expressions and incredible enthusiasm. And being able to understand all the dirty talk from her with subs greatly heightens the satisfaction. If you're someone that doubts her performance ability, this film will shut you up completely. The action here is equally as good.

It boasts a meaty 3-hour runtime consisting of plenty of sex scenes with several of them featuring multiple guys. Most of these end in a creampie too which Hitomi then proceeds to force the guy to "clean" up, so to speak. The position variety is terrific as well. The only outlier is a scene where she just sucks some guys off and plays with herself. However, it plays into her role quite well and bolsters her slutty persona within the film. The production values are also incredible. The lighting is absolutely flawless as it perfectly matches the film's tone. Her wardrobe is very fitting too with lots of sexy and slutty outfits. This is hands down one of Hitomi's best films ever and it's a shame it's not discussed more often. It's flawless from start to finish.
