Welcome to part 2 of my Hitomi Tanaka retrospective as we take a look at the top five best years of her entire career. There was a lot to digest here and choosing between some of these years proved to be quite the challenge. But after some "research" I've finally got it all figured out. Some Hitomi fans may disagree with a few of my placements but I feel confident most will see eye to eye on my top years. So without further ado, let's jump back in!

5. 2013

Kicking off my top five is the year 2013. It was a struggle choosing between 2013 and 2012 as both featured some memorable and great films but also a few duds. I ultimately gave the slight nod to 2013 mainly for MIRD-119 as it was the beginning of Hitomi and Anri Okita's long-standing friendship and the first time they would appear in a JAV film together. Truly a monumental occasion for the two of them. Now as I hinted at earlier there were a few duds such as MIDD-967. I personally loathe generic soapland films so I didn't care much for it but admittedly it's not a poorly executed film or anything. Just not my cup of tea. MDYD-854 and MIDD-989 featured darker plots and a submissive Hitomi which I'm also not too fond of.

Thankfully those are the only few underwhelming films as the rest of the year's releases range from solid to extraordinary. EBOD-302 was an utterly fantastic vanilla sex-focused film with some spectacular eye candy as it showcased Hitomi's massive assets incredibly well. MIDD-933 was a fun variety film with Hitomi sporting a wide range of different sexy costumes. MIDD-977 gave you a POV experience of having Hitomi as your girlfriend, who wouldn't want that? And MIDE-027 served as a decent hot springs film with Hitomi in charge and even features a cameo from the one and only, Julia. With so many memorable videos it's easy to see why this ranks as one of her best years on record.

"The Selfish Seduction of a Bra-Less Wife"

Not just my favorite Hitomi video of 2013 but also one of her best from this classic era of her career. The premise is self-explanatory as it centers around Hitomi playing a housewife who inadvertently leads random men on by showing her tits off without a bra. Such as when a plumber visits her home and accidentally sprays her with water or when she’s out jogging and helps to train a fellow jogger. A lot of the situations are quite silly but entertaining as well with a nice variety to keep the premise feeling fresh. Let me get the only negative out of the way which is of course her lackluster performance. She ends up being too submissive and whiny. Also, she could have been more engaging as a whole.

Thankfully the rest of the film is outstanding starting with the action. In total, the scene count is 5 with two being comprised of a blowjob and a paizuri scene respectively. The rest are full sex scenes that are all fantastic especially the plumber one with her in a wet t-shirt. The position variety is superb and with each scene containing its own scenario it keeps things interesting. Plus each one features clothed sex which I personally love. The production quality is all superb too with nice lighting, top-notch camerawork, varied settings, and of course stunning outfits that highlight Hitomi's bust extremely well. This all results in one of the most memorable films from her early career. Great plot with excellent variety and executed to near perfection.

MIDD-967

"J Cup Super Exquisite Soapland Lady"

It's no secret that I really loathe soapland-style videos. They're usually dragged out, dull, and oh so repetitive. This film is a perfect example of that sadly and it easily lands at the bottom of my list for 2013 Hitomi films. What you see is what you get really. It's just a series of soapland-themed scenes with no real continuous central premise to speak of. Thus it all results in a very bland overall experience. Sometimes films will at least execute some type of interesting plot to liven things up but not here. For starters, her performance is rather underwhelming. She has a few nice moments here and there but is just really lackluster in her enthusiasm. On the production quality side of things, the film doesn't fare much better.

The set designs are all typical of soapland films so naturally, they're rather forgettable and dull. Hitomi's wardrobe is very minimal too as she spends most of the film nude. The lighting is fine with no real glaring flaws and the camerawork is decent with a good amount of POV which is always nice. However, they go for some shots that break that immersion. Also, the pacing is a bit bloated with the innate focus on Hitomi rubbing herself all over the guys. Lastly, the action is all standard soapland fare with a mix of outercourse, paizuri, and a few sex scenes. The action itself is fine but the problem is the focus on the soapland fluff that greatly drags out the scenes. MIDD-967 may please diehard soapland fans but otherwise, it's entirely skippable.

4. 2018

2018 was a year that saw several highs and lows but ultimately the majority of films here are spectacular. I know some may like to rag on Hitomi's later years and while 2020 and 2021 were a bit lackluster, 2018 was stellar. For starters, I think her acting overall this year was some of her best. She had a few weak showings but for the most part, she delivered. Now as great as this year is there were definitely a couple of duds. You had PPPD-680 which was utterly generic and devoid of any real creativity beyond just "Hitomi big tits wow". Then there's PPPD-663 which features her getting fondled and fucked in various public situations. Not my cup of tea really. But other than those films, every film here is very enjoyable.

PPPD-636 boasts a super iconic cover and serves as a solid cosplay film. PPPD-712 was a near-masterpiece of tittyfuck action heightened by a ridiculously great performance. You had PPPD-721 which proved to be a fun experience casting Hitomi as a busty bathhouse girl. If you liked maids then PPPD-696 was right up your alley. And even though it features a relatively simple concept of titty smothering, PPPD-688, took a basic theme and executed it quite well. But that's not all as 2018 saw her VR debut with MDVR-026. It still reigns as a favorite of mine mainly due to the hostess scene. You just can't beat Hitomi sitting on your lap and smacking you in the face with her tits.

"The Amazingly Skilled Colossal Tits Slut Hitomi Is Barging In On A Rumored Slut Club And Engaging In Creampie Large Orgies"

2018 had several overlooked films from her career and none greater than this one here. The premise is fairly unique as it follows Hitomi going into an underground sex club and pretty much just taking over as she fucks whoever she wants to at will. She becomes the queen bee essentially. It's a brand new role for her and one that she nails perfectly as she delivers one of her best all-time performances. She takes control so effortlessly here with seductive facial expressions and incredible enthusiasm. And being able to understand all the dirty talk from her with subs greatly heightens the satisfaction. If you're someone that doubts her performance ability, this film will shut you up completely. The action here is equally as good.

It boasts a meaty 3-hour runtime consisting of plenty of sex scenes with several of them featuring multiple guys. Most of these end in a creampie too which Hitomi then proceeds to force the guy to "clean" up, so to speak. The position variety is terrific as well. The only outlier is a scene where she just sucks some guys off and plays with herself. However, it plays into her role quite well and bolsters her slutty persona within the film. The production values are also incredible. The lighting is absolutely flawless as it perfectly matches the film's tone. Her wardrobe is very fitting too with lots of sexy and slutty outfits. This is hands down one of Hitomi's best films ever and it's a shame it's not discussed more often. It's flawless from start to finish.

PPPD-644

"She Wants You To Mash And Lick And Titty Fuck And Tweak Her 113cm O Cup Colossal Tits"

This may just be one of the laziest films Oppai has ever produced. It's pretty much just literally Hitomi and her huge chest. There is no central premise whatsoever. Not even much of a general theme either to be honest. It's mainly just about Hitomi and her massive tits getting played with and fondled. It's painfully generic and vanilla ultimately making it one of the most forgettable films of her entire career. Now sometimes Oppai can make good use of a vanilla theme as they have done in the past but that is not the case here. So with the focus being on the action how does it fare? Pretty average at best.

There are 5 scenes in all here consisting of a few sex scenes, a threesome, a paizuri scene, and lastly a masturbation/toying scene. That latter scene is complete trash and a waste of time. The two one-on-one sex scenes are fine but nothing memorable at all. The threesome isn't too bad but suffers from some poor lighting. This is a good time to talk about the production values which are mostly lackluster. The wardrobe variety is excellent but the lighting is really bad in some scenes being too bright and saturated. Plus, the settings are dull and even reused for multiple scenes. All this results in one of her weakest films to date. It's utterly generic, devoid of any creativity and, just banks on Hitomi's giant tits.

3. 2019

2019 is maybe the most underappreciated year of her career as I feel many fans always point to her earlier years as her best. But 2019 features some absolute bangers and deserves to be in the top three for sure. I will say this year was the last truly great year she had but it was one to remember filled with many killer releases and only a couple of duds to speak of. AVOP-418 is probably the biggest as it was Oppai's AV Open entry so naturally, you expect much more and it ultimately just felt like a standard forgettable release. The only other slight disappointment was PPPD-745 which just wasn't my cup of tea with its NTR plot. Other than those two every film is enjoyable or even a near-masterpiece.

First off I gotta mention her succubus film, PPPD-788. There were some mixed opinions on it from Hitomi fans but I loved it. She looked amazing and delivered a solid performance. Also, this features one of her best paizuri scenes ever. PPPD-796 was a full-fledged femdom that delivers on all fronts making for a super satisfying experience. If you liked POV then PPPD-809 was right up your alley with Hitomi playing a seductive tutor. Overall, Hitomi was really well-rounded in 2019. Not only was her acting terrific but her body was top-notch. Sure her tits were a bit smaller than in years past but her physique was incredible. That slender figure was just impeccable.

“1 Week of Living Together With The Cold But Busty Girl Next Door”

Not only is this her best film of the year but it's also a top 10 all-time great film from her. The premise centers around your parents going on vacation for a week and asking the girl-next-door to look after you while they’re gone. She catches you watching porn(of her actually) which leads to her questioning your virginity. Soon after she offers to take it from you and the rest is history as she becomes your tsundere fuck buddy. What follows is a wide range of full-on sex scenes and some great paizuri. In fact, this is a rather dense video running 2 and a half hours with 6 scenes total. One of the standout aspects is the pacing. None of the scenes overstay their welcome or feel dragged out. The production quality of the scenes is flawless too with very natural lighting which helps the scenes convey a more realistic feel.

The camerawork is superb and the position variety is top-notch. And the paizuri scenes are equally amazing too and all feel distinct from one another. For instance when she visits you at school and tittyfucks you while in class. Regarding her performance, she does a splendid job overall. She plays the tsundere role quite well with fitting facial expressions. In addition, her enthusiasm is good for the most part and she's super engaging which is always a plus for POV. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention her appearance. There are several nice outfits here such as some sexy and revealing dresses and a swimsuit. They all feel minimal and modest while still showing off her incredible cleavage. Oppai really knocked it out of the park with PPPD-766. The plot is believable thanks to great lighting, pacing, and wardrobe choices. Plus it's loaded with amazing action and stunning performance. It's an easy 10/10.

“I Turned My Friend’s Mama Into A Creampie Specialty Titty Cum Bucket”

Normally I’m a big fan of this genre but this really was a major letdown. It may boast a super sexy cover but the video definitely doesn't live up to it. The plot involves a man who is staying at his friend’s house. His mama of course is Hitomi and the boy finds a bra of hers and gets busted by Hitomi after finding him with it. Soon after he ends up having sex with her and takes pics for evidence. The rest of the video features him and his friend fucking her over and over. It's not a terrible plot but just not one that appeals to me all that much. On the plus side, the action is fine with several sex scenes and even a risky scene in the kitchen with the boys getting a blowjob while she’s got a vibrator in her panties and her junior is nearby.

There are numerous fake creampies here that don’t really look convincing at all which is a slight bummer. This leads me to the production values which fair decently well. Her wardrobe while basic does fit her role nicely. The lighting is solid and the pacing is balanced. However, the settings get reused a bit too much as two scenes take place in the exact same location back to back. Lastly, she delivers a pretty underwhelming performance. She does an okay job at playing her submissive role but nothing more than that really. Nothing memorable at all in this department. In the end, it's not a horrible video per se. The plot just isn't my cup of tea and the rest of the video's aspects just aren't enough to overcome that. Some may like it but not me.

2. 2016

Choosing between 2016 and 2019 was like splitting hairs. Both are nearly interchangeable. I did end up giving the slight edge to 2016 as it boasts my all-time favorite solo Hitomi film, more on that later. Anyway, 2016 was a very strong year overall for Hitomi. Not only was her acting steadily improving but her body was shaping up quite nicely too. Her boobs were still massive and she was heavily committed to working out which gave her a nice slender figure. The quality of films from this year was pretty great all-around with only a few duds. PPPD-505 is maybe the biggest one. It was a simple gangbang themed film but felt super repetitive and her acting was very subpar. PPPD-449 was another mediocre film with an ASMR premise. Not my thing at all.

But I'm happy to report that the great films far overshadow the duds here. One that comes to mind is PPPD-441. A film I didn't care for at first but warmed up to overtime. It features a stellar cover with Hitomi playing a sexy secret agent. PPPD-477 and PPPD-486 were two equally simple films but were satisfying in their own right with one focusing on tittyfucks and male squirting while the other centered around cowgirl. PPPD-494 was a terrific spiritual successor to her GES entry with her seducing her best friend's boyfriend this time instead. While it didn't quite reach the heights of her GES entry, it was still fantastic and features one of my favorite Hitomi covers ever. Besides a few duds, 2016 was a slam dunk and only surpassed by...

When it comes to solo Hitomi videos this ranks as the all-time greatest. It takes a simple concept and executes it in a spectacular fashion. The overall theme centers around Hitomi smothering guys with her tits. It's a rather vanilla theme but Oppai manages to outdo themselves and incorporates the theme in various creative ways. Such as "punishing" a home intruder by slapping him in the face with her tits and jerking him off. Or in another scene when she plays a tutor who helps a student fall asleep by comforting him with her boobs. Every scene is memorable and presents its own unique premise. Hitomi's performance certainly lends itself to that. She delivers one of her all-time greatest performances. With every scene, she's brimming with energy and passion. It's clear that she's genuinely enjoying herself and having a good time. Her facial expressions do a masterful job at conveying that.

Hitomi's appearance is another area where this film really shines. Physically Hitomi is at her peak in this one. Her body is in incredible shape and her tits are massive and framed excellently. Each outfit suits her perfectly and showcases her cleavage in stunning fashion. Some examples are a tight sports bra and a white dress that highlight her boobs wonderfully.  Now let's talk about the action which is utterly amazing. Each scene plays up the titty smothering action very well. In total there are 2 sex scenes, 2 handjob scenes, and a paizuri scene. Normally I'm not a fan of handjobs but the varied scenarios really help them stand out and make them entertaining to watch. Of course, though the real winners are the sex scenes. Nothing is better than watching Hitomi ride a guy while shoving her massive tits in his face. And from a production-quality standpoint, it's all superb with great lighting and excellent camerawork. Not to mention nice pacing. PPPD-511 is a masterpiece and makes genius use of Hitomi's best assets.

PPPD-519

"What If It Was Ok To Fuck And Creampie Big Breasted Girls..."

I've railed against this film before and I'll do it again. I normally am not a fan of this type of theme and PPPD-519 did nothing to change that. Here Hitomi works as an anchor for a news station. Apparently, a new law has been introduced which forbids busty women from hiding their breasts. One of her co-workers discovers she has huge tits and starts to fondle her which leads to him fucking her while all his co-workers watch and aid him, even the female ones. The rest of the film revolves around her getting fucked over and over again by her crew. It's so outlandish and asinine making no real sense at all. I appreciate Oppai trying something a bit different but it just doesn't work.

The only real positive I can give this film is that Hitomi looks quite good. However, that can be said about most of her films so it's nothing unique in this case. Everything else here is terrible for the most part. Perhaps the biggest knock I have against it is that it's extremely repetitive. Each scene feels exactly the same. They reuse the same location, room, and even setup. It's so unbelievably monotonous and it feels like you're watching the same thing over and over. And it features some of the worst fake creampies I've seen in a long time. Her acting isn’t too great either but at least her submissiveness fits the premise. Just don’t bother with this one. The plot is a real misfire and as a result, I really can't recommend it to anyone.

1. 2015

When it came down to choosing my number one year, it was incredibly easy. 2015 was Hitomi at her utmost peak both in terms of her physical appearance but also her acting was finally up to par after years of mediocrity. And as I mentioned her figure was top-notch this year. While she wasn't quite as slender as she would be later on in her career, she still looked great. Plus, her tits were absolutely huge and the biggest they'd ever be. This year doesn't suffer from many duds either. In fact, there's really just one in MIDE-245 which I'll dive into later. Other than that every single release is fantastic and memorable. MIDE-271 for example casts her as a sexy kunoichi making for an entertaining watch if nothing else.

MIDE-197 is a big favorite of mine featuring her getting gangbanged and covered in cum at the very end. It's amazing if you're into group sex. MIDE-219 gives you a lovely POV experience of Hitomi being your new bride. What's not to love? PPPD-402 of course was a monumental film as it was her GES entry and served as perhaps the first major showcase of her acting potential. And then of course there's MIDE-208. This one contains lots of squirting and most notably also features Hitomi with peak cup size. Her tits were ridiculously huge here. 2015 was just stacked in every way. One quality release after another. I think I speak for most Hitomi fans when I say, 2015 is a year we all look back on quite fondly. It doesn't get better than this.

MIRD-150

"J and L - Two Pairs Of Huge Tits"

A legendary video that needs no introduction. It's a film that breaks the mold of traditional JAV in a sense and does things rarely ever seen in the medium. MIRD-150 takes a lot of inspiration from western-style porn where the actresses are more proactive with aspects like spanking and looking directly into the camera. The premise is very simple as it focuses on Anri and Hitomi together engaging in a wide range of sex acts both with actors and each other. So why is this film regarded as a classic? Well for one the action is nonstop and incredible. It has something for everyone. There's paizuri, blowjobs, creampies, lesbian, threesomes, foursomes, POV, and a stunning array of positions. As a whole, the action is intense and wildly entertaining.

This is all backed by THE best chemistry between a pair of actresses I've ever seen. These two are best friends IRL and it shows. They are constantly groping, kissing, and playing with each other. Their enthusiasm and energy are completely off the charts. Sometimes it seems a bit over the top but I believe that's by design with the more western-style approach for the film. Appearance-wise they knock it out of the park. The range of outfits on display is amazing and exudes sex appeal. Expect lots of fishnets, stockings, and sexy lingerie. These two make for one of the best pairs ever in JAV. This film goes above and beyond expectations and delivers a wildly entertaining and distinctive experience that will likely never be seen again.

MIDE-245

"Breaking In A Busty Married Woman With S&M"

Who in their right mind thought this was a good look? This is by far one of my least favorite Hitomi films of all time. When I started drafting this list I knew right away that this film had to be dead last. The actual plot to this is that Hitomi hires a “bondage coach” so she can learn how to handle bondage better. It doesn’t really make any sense. I'm sure there's more to it than that but given that I don't understand Japanese too well that's the most I can draw from it. It's a pretty silly plot overall. Even if the plot was amazing it wouldn't matter much to me personally as the most critical issue would still exist.

I absolutely cannot stand ropes. I can think of maybe one or two scenes that I can tolerate but for the most part, I detest them. It's so unappealing while massively constricting the actress and limiting her acting ability. Plus they're almost always used in these darker and moodier films which are just not my cup of tea whatsoever. Moving onto her performance which is exactly what you'd expect. She's mostly submissive and quite whiny with the exception of the final scene which is actually not too bad. She starts to let loose and actually enjoys herself. And for what it's worth it a well-produced and shot film. Still, though it's not enough to get over the rope look and dumb plot. I absolutely loathe this film and don't want to watch it ever again.
