What's with the prevalence of fake cum in JAV nowadays? I see an increasing number of cuts before the ejaculation scene, and I suspect the fake sperm is already planted inside the pussy for creampie shots, or inside the mouth for cum in mouth scene. But this takes away the good thing about cumming for real.

Fake cum with the lazy cut before creampie (99% of the time missionary position) is not new.

Fake creampies usually just have fake semen placed in her vagina (oral syringe or turkey baster most likely).

I looked at the survey and answered a few questions I thought relevant. Some thoughts.

1. Privacy. I have no interest in trusting you (or any other service provider) with personal information. Such information is never secure (as countless leaks and breaches over the years have proven), and it can be used to create profiles for sales and marketing purposes, and this data can be monetized --- but I will never share in such monetizaton.

2. Body Parts. Maybe it's a cultural issue, but I will never understand the raging obsession with body part judgements. Some of your bloggers seem to think of nothing else. In adult video, I can recognize an attractive, sexy body, but different tit sizes, ass shapes, etc. have no effect on whether my dick gets hard or not. The only thing that matters to me is the ability of the actress to communicate some desire. If she can convince me she desperately wants to suck that dick, I'm with her all the way. If she just lies there, bored while some guy uses her pussy as a jerk off tool, I'm off to sleepyland.

3. Celebrity. This may be a cultural issue. It may also be a warped perspective issue. I can't name a single JAV actress and have no interest in who any of them are --- or what agency they are with or what contracts they have or whether they do fan events, or whether they are retiring or coming back, etc. I've watched western AV most of my life, and I can recognize a couple of different actresses, but no more. And I don't care. Again, I want acting ability, not celebrity. Perhaps in the East it's seen differently. 4. Unrelated. Some general criticisms. Your video descriptions (They are not reviews, per se.) are weak and generally not well written. Perhaps that's a translations issue. However, they are too wordy generally and usually contain lots of information I don't care about. I don't want to know what other videos a particular actress was in and how she performed there vs here or whether she is better or worse or whether the writer likes her tits or ass, etc. It it's a bisected film, as many are, I want to know the specific differences between part one and part two. That helps me make an informed buying decision. I'm also not interested in a history lesson on the genre or the studio that produced the film. Oh, and the charts on your ratings are often wrong --- a 10 should have 10 marks, not nine, etc.

1. Understood. However, as you are a paying user (thank you!), this information thus is in our billing providers' system. That is how eCommerce works unless the user sticks with fully anonymous connection and payment methods.

2. Good points! Personally, from a physical perspective it's less "big tits" and "big ass" and simply preferring performers such as Yuki Takeuchi who lead a healthy and fit lifestyle. Healthiness emits an aura supernal (natural or aftermarket) proportions can never achieve. 3. JAV fans can be split many ways for different reasons, but the "hardcore" ones seem to prefer certain actresses regardless of what the movie is about rather than movies for simply having a unique plot. Thus, I (admin) think similarly to you, but the “hardcore” fans prefer their performers and we need to cater to them on the blog. Furthermore, statistically, there appear to be more of them--albeit fans such as yourself generally are the ones who do pay for content and again, thank you for that.

4. Per site reviews (not blog reviews), I write them that way because a user can already see the cover, see the screenshots, see the trailer, and see the supercuts. Most adult sites seem to go with dull SEO-oriented “porn scene descriptions” instead of actual reviews. My objective is to provide extra information plus my thoughts on the movie in a way that provides information that a user cannot easily glean from the provided media. Users like yourself can add their own reviews that we may post, but I have no plans to change the way I write the main reviews.

2. I agree that for me performance is no 1. That is why actresses who have the look and body and also can perform are rare. Sad that most of them are retired now.

3. I cant disagree more, a lot of JAV fans became one because of actresses such as Sora Aoi, Miyabi (this is especially true in my country. She is so popular a local horror movie used her as an actress), Yuma Asami etc. Now with the viral meme of Saika Kawakita, I dont doubt that there is a new generation of JAV fans because of that meme alone.

4. Again I feel completely the opposite with the OP on this one. I found it refreshing that there is a website who provides those behind the scene tid bits, as a foreigner who cant speak or read Japanese. This is why I keep coming back to this website for the articles.

Well, let's go over your points.

1. The survey is done through Google Forms and doesn’t ask you for your email, name, or address. You can fill it out anonymously. This will not be monetized, and it was never intended to be. This is simply a simple survey to find out more about JAV fans from abroad. A desire to know more about the people who are into JAV. The intention was very pure. I am not Big Data. Just someone who wants to know more about their fellow JAV fans.

2. That is your opinion and that’s fine but I disagree that this is a cultural issue. Quite a few cultures like big tits or ass. Personally, if you read my articles you’ll see that I value performing, personality, and acting over looks and body. Quite a few of my favorites are flat-chested or petite. Perhaps I could’ve included a note about performing preferences but that sort of nuance is hard to convey in a simple survey.

Now for the purpose of the survey of course I would include mentions of body parts. That’s a major topic in porn. We don’t see categories of Good Performers next to Creampies and Anal. Looking at search term popularity and our own metrics, I can tell you quite a few of our readers are interested in named AV actresses.

3. Once again I don’t think it’s a cultural issue but your preference which again is fine. Most casual viewers are like that and probably just Google “Bit tits MILF” and call it a day. While others like to follow big name performers and can name your Yua Mikami’s and Angela White’s of porn. As a blog dedicated to JAV, it shouldn’t be a surprise that we cater to this more hardcore crowd. A crowd that is more knowledgeable about JAV and wants to know more about this.

4. My approach to reviews and general video descriptions is to start by introducing the film; what it is about, who stars in it, and any relevant background information. Then getting into the film itself and my general impression of it. Which I hope and believe is informative and interesting for readers.
