AV Actress Who Debuted From SOD's Youth Label, Set To Make  A Comeback

For those of unaware of Chiharu Sakurai, she retired from AV in March last year, but guess what? The now 22 year old had an abrupt change of heart and is set to make a comeback! You heard that right, she expressed her desire to return via a tweet that got her fans talking.

To give our readers a refresher, Chiharu made her debut with SOD's youth label in 2020. And now, just a year or two after her retirement, the 22 year old is considering a comeback, although it appears to public eyes that she perhaps is a little naive about the decision, currently. In fact, Chiharu quizzed in a tweet whether she was good enough to return to AV, if there was still a market for her type of work, and if any agency would be willing to hire her again. "Recently, I've been asked about returning to work a little bit again. I don't know if there is an office that will accept me now, or if there is a demand for me at all. I don't know, because there are only uncertainties."

By the way, I'm often asked why I retired, but it's not because I don't like filming! If you want, I'm not done with it yet lol." Chiharu further explained in her tweet that she resigned, not because she didn't love filming. It was more about feeling naive and inexperienced in the adult industry at the moment but if her fans wished for her comeback, she will certainly give it a thought. One needs to realize this, AV performers are humans just like us, they need a break as well from time to time in order to step back, contemplate and grow.

Much to her luck, Chiharu's tweet caught the attention of AV talent management agency S-Cute, who wasted no time in offering her a job quoting, "there is demand here". And as was the case, Chiharu seemed more than delighted to accept it! It is inspiring to see how she spoke her mind on social media and got a job offer as if it was a cake walk. There’s certainly a lesson in there for the rest of the AV fraternity, it goes on to show that actresses should never hesitate to express their thoughts or ask for opportunities upfront on platforms like Twitter. There are plenty of recruiters out there; you just need to know where to look!

So, let us raise a toast to Chiharu's comeback! I’m honestly glad to see her back in work, and her determination and integrity serve as a model for others in the profession. Here's to Chiharu and all she will accomplish in her AV career!

Rookie Who Took Up AV To Fund Her Education, Retires

Crazy how this particular AV actress who goes by the alias, Rimu Yumino, is retiring within just six months from her debut. Yep, you heard that right and it's saddening to say the least. For a fact, it hasn’t even been a year in the industry for the 19 year old, and she's already calling it quits. It's a real bummer, especially for her fans who really dig her and look up to her work.

In what was a sudden announcement, the actress asked her fans for support and kind of contradicted her own statement. Read on to find out. "This is a sudden announcement, but I am quitting porn. I will continue to appear in pornographic works, but I will no longer be Rimu Yumino, but a regular person, so I would appreciate your support. Thank you very much for your support."

Reacting to her retirement tweet, one fan remarked that she has an innocent face but hey, if her face sells, she could make a living out of it even after quitting AV. And let's not forget those amazing H-cup breasts she's got, fitting so perfectly in that slender frame of hers. It's no wonder why she caught our attention at the first place!

Throughout her short stint in the AV business, Rimu appeared in a handful of JAVs. Often appearing in schoolgirl roles, girl next door characters, and even did some cosplay AVs occasionally. She really nailed her characters. The 19 year old knows how to rock those roles! Somehow, there have been talks going around for awhile that before entering mainstream AVs, Rimu actually appeared in a couple of FC2 AVs to fund her further education. Now, that is some dedication I've seen in a while! And I must say, with her AV career, she's probably made enough to fund more than just a year of tuition. During the pandemic, Rimu also soaked her hands in gravure work part-time to support her livelihood. However, she used the alias Rimu Suda for that, and it's impressive how she managed to stay active and keep going during those challenging times. For the unversed, her debut AV with SOD described her as an overly sensitive 19-year-old. This was backed up by her reacting briskly to even the slightest touch during the trailer. It's amazing how she could express so much emotion in her performances at such a tender age.

However, there's been some talk about problems with the office lately, and it's possible that this might have influenced Rimu's decision to take a step back. But hey, she's just 19 years old, and the future holds plenty of opportunities for her. I'm sure she'll find her way and excel in whatever she chooses to do next. So, let's raise a toast to Rimu Yumino and her brief but memorable journey in the AV world. Debuted During The Pandemic, AV Actress Chooses Fantia Over AV

Few of our readers must've heard of Shion Mako, already. However, if you don't seem to recall, she started out her career with Marrion in 2020, and now she's making headlines again with a surprising decision. Apparently, the actress is planning to retire from the adult business within just three years to her debut. Unbelievable, right?

By the gist of it, It seems as if the pandemic threw a curveball at Shion's debut journey. In her retirement testimony, the 23 year old admitted to not have the chance to have a first hand experience with her fans, and that left her feeling disconnected. While interacting with fans on social media, she constantly worried that they liked her based on her looks rather than her personality. It's rather tough when you can't meet your fans face-to-face and get that genuine connection. Here's what the actress had to reflect regarding her experience, "I made my debut in September 2020, in the middle of the Corona virus, and due to infection control measures, I was unable to attend release events and photo shoots, and had almost no opportunity to meet my supporters. Even though I was able to communicate with many people on social networking sites, I sometimes felt negative about whether anyone would become my fan after seeing my personality.

But eventually, things took a turn for the better when she resumed shooting AV. As per the actress, she saw a two-fold growth in her career, and even a handful of studios approached her for work. "However, as I continued to shoot, I received words of support from fans and offers from manufacturers, and I was able to take part in a variety of shoots.
Shooting was a lot of fun, and it gave me a place to live and a meaning to my life. Each piece is a treasure for me. I can't thank the makers and the managers who recommended me enough for the shoots". One could say the her trajectory was on the rise, and it seemed as if her AV career was taking off.

However, in November last year, much to her fans dismay she decided to take a break from her busy schedule, planning to return later this year. But midway through, she had a change of heart which leads us to the current day. Now, the former Marrion debutante has made up her mind to abruptly end her AV career, but she wants to do it on a good note. "Actually, I was planning to take a break after the November 2022 shoot and return to work in about six months. I thought that I was not ready yet, and that I would improve myself, study harder, and crawl up to the top, but it became difficult for me to express myself on the stage physically and mentally. But after I made a break for myself, I put everything I had into the shoot! I've done it! I have no regrets! I have no regrets! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported "Mako Shion" since September 30, 2020!"

It looks like she wants to build a more personal and intimate connection with her fans which unfortunately wasn’t the case, when she first debuted. 

It's always tough to see talented actresses like Shion leave the AV business, but everyone's journey is different, and she's choosing the path that feels right for her. AV Performer Who Hid Career From Peers, Quits Industry

Known popularly among her fans as 'sae-pon', Sae Yuno, is the tanned beauty you might have missed out on. For starters, she has got quite the secret AV career going on! In her Instagram bio, Sae reveals that her relatives aren’t aware about this side of her life. But now that she has decided to retire, within a year of debuting with E-Body, perhaps chances are that they’ll never find out.

"My name is Sae Yano. Today I am retiring from being a sexy actress. From tomorrow, I will be a normal girl. Thank you so much for your support until now,  I hope you enjoy Sae Yano. Thank you for about a year. It was a dream come true and a really fun year!", the actress reckoned in her farewell tweet.

It’s hard to fathom, but Sae was just fresh out of college, and she had got a stunning pair of H-cup breasts to add to her overall intriguing persona. In her debut AV interview, her passion for the industry seemed pretty evident, as Sae revealed that she's a big fan of AV and idolized certain AV actresses before making her own debut. However, during the shooting of her first AV, Sae got so overwhelmed with the experience that she shed a couple of tears during her interview phase. Talk about emotions running high!

For the majority of her career, Sae worked as a freelancer, and while she didn't have many significant releases, she's got something exciting lined up for the upcoming months. In a tweet, the departing actress mentioned that she has some unreleased works waiting to be revealed, "Thank you so much. I still have some works to be released". Frankly, I can't wait to see what she has got in store for us!

Interestingly, her previous employer Gain, with whom she worked on an AV that just released this month, reacted to her retirement by auctioning her worn underwear as part of a tribute. Yep, that makes for quite the souvenir! And came forward to wish her luck, along with some other renowned figures from the AV industry. "Thank you for your hard work, Sae! She had so much potential and was so erotic! I was thinking of W-casting, but I'm so sorry."

With her retirement on the horizon, it's got us all wondering what Sae will do next. Will she pursue other ventures, or if she will stay connected with her fans through social media?
