Oppaira's April 2024 JAV Watchlist

Hey guys, Oppaira here. Welcome to my April Watchlist. Without further ado here's the videos for this month.

In 10th place we have Reika Takeda, who readers might be more familiar with by the name I used on the blog: Karen Yanagi. She actually debuted last year with two different names and now that she’s out of Madonna and full freelancing it seems Reika is the name she has taken to. I’ve been waiting for an opportunity to watch her for a while now and I suppose now is as good a chance as any. Even if the film looks somewhat mediocre by hentai adaptation standards it’s a cut above the generic cabin attendant videos she was getting and good enough for 10th place for this month.

Sayaka Nito plays the boss at work and finds herself in a plot where her employee can’t help but admire her hot body.

In 9th place we have another 2023 debut in Sayaka Nito. With many debuts I’m simply waiting until they start getting more interesting videos and this office lady one is it for me. I’m not necessarily convinced the plot seems exceptional but it looks like it offers the right level of backdrop with the right amount of visuals to make for a decent film. Who knows how Sayaka will actually perform but her body was fantastic and it alone honestly warrants a second look, so hopefully she doesn’t disappoint.

Suzu Akane plays the older sister and messes around with her sister’s boyfriend behind her back before ultimately getting caught in the middle of it.

Suzu Akane is a former S1 debut from 2022 that I never quite got around to watching. As we all hopefully know there are so many debuts each year you simply can’t watch them all. Now that Suzu is freelancing there was going to be a much higher chance of her ending up in a film I would have to watch, which is what happened here. We’ve got her in Oppai’s GES series, my favourite series and one I’ve seen every entry in. I must say that based on the trailer I’m not super thrilled about it as Suzu looks like she’s let herself go a fair bit. That being said, I do love this series and you can bet there will be a 100% chance I’ll watch all the upcoming entries.

As soon as I saw this cover my mind immediately went back to a video not too long ago that had the same narrative with Monami Takarada. That video was quite nice and I shortlisted this for the watchlist as a result. The truth is that if this video is as good then it’ll be a banger, and considering that I like Yuria more than Monami it is likely to be even better. Let’s face it, how can you go wrong with a naughty female doctor fucking their patients? Hopefully that narrative carries strongly enough to offset some of the submissiveness I expect from Yuria but considering the past results I’ll take my chances.

Speaking of doctors, what about naughty nurses? Aoi was a relatively late debut last year that was surprisingly quite enjoyable. Like most debuts I’m willing to watch them a second time and just wait a little bit until the right film comes out. I’d say that naughty nurse like this is good enough to check out so I’ll take my chances here on the watchlist this month. I don’t know if I agree with the trailer saying god boobs but if you say god boobs female pervert you’re going to get me to double take and that’s a good first step. Hopefully Erika has improved a bit and can do a video like this, which honestly I don’t really expect her to but I’ll come in with an open mind and pray for the best.

To say Reina Kuroki has been a bit disappointing is an understatement. She won both the best boobs and ass among debuts for me in 2022 and then I barely watched her since. A good portion of that is NIKUYOKU being a terrible home for her, but now that she’s at Madonna that changes a lot. She hasn’t quite gotten a lot of the premium releases I’ve been hoping for but this month’s entry actually looks quite nice. The baseball theme adds a much more interesting visual that I can really get behind. It’s not the first thing I would have thought to ask for but now that it’s there I’m all for it. Who knows if this will be compelling enough for me to start becoming the fan of Reina I had initially suspected I might but it’s definitely a step in the right direction.

Continuing with 2023 debuts we’ve got the 4th one on this list (so far!) with Sayaka Nanjo playing a horny teacher. I tend to quite like fantasies that mimic basic scenarios that everyone has experienced like office lady and of course teacher so of course this one easily caught my eye. What’s even nicer is seeing Sayaka squirt throughout. The one thing that has always stood out to me about Sayaka was her ability to have powerful orgasms but the squirting being absent always made it feel like there was a piece missing. Now that it’s there she’s likely exactly the actress I always hoped she could be and I have pretty high expectations as a result.

This kind of generic gangbang video from Riho Shishido might seem a bit too basic for me but sometimes an actress has skills that really make videos like this work. I was pleasantly surprised by her last year when she had a release just barely miss my top 25 of the year. The level of skill she displayed from both squirting and deepthroating was incredible and made me realize she had taken that year of experience and put it to good use. Now that she has added creampie to her repertoire this video looks to be even more incredible than before. Honestly, if this video turns out to be essentially the same thing but with creampies I think it has a very good shot of making my top 25. So here’s hoping that it is as good as I hope it will be and a banger.

Holy moly does this video look fantastic. To start off there’s a pretty nice cast of big tits (Miu Arioka), big ass (Mizuki Yayoi) and a bit of both (Akari Niimura). I’m a stupid huge fan of Akari Niimura, easily one of my favourites in the past year or so, and this kind of high energy, wild ride type video from her is exactly the kind of thing I love. What pushed this video right to the top of my watchlist is seeing the final scene having lesbian strap on. I mean, just go and look at when Miu is balls deep in Akari, spanking her ass, all while Mizuki is sucking on Miu’s tits. If that doesn’t get you hard then I don’t know what will.

In first place we have what looks like a banger video aside from one thing: the director, Samoari. I know he gets a lot of flak, perhaps a bit more than is deserved, and I’m not quite ready to ignore good videos simply because he’s the director. The fact of the matter is that this video has an insane cast. Rena is one of my all-time favourites and I’ve been looking for basically anything to watch now that she’s back meanwhile Rei Kimura was one of my favourite 2023 debuts and someone I want to keep checking out whenever something good pops up. Add in a couple of great busty women in Kana Kusakabe and Yuri Oshikawa and I simply can’t ignore how great it sounds. Sure, maybe Samoari camera angles will cause me not to like it, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take if it means watching a cast like this.

This is going to be an interesting month since there's a lot of debuts I'll be watching for the second time. It's unusual to see quite that many recent debuts make the exact same watchlist, five in total, and even a few from 2022 snuck in as well. I have noticed though that with these watchlists I'm more likely to use my brain to make choices and thus am more likely to watch debuts a second time instead of spur of the moment choices. We'll see how that keeps going if I want to keep it at 10 going forward because sometimes it is a challenge to get it all done (especially when you're sick!) but for now it's still okay and I'll keep managing it going forward. Anyway, I wonder how many 2023 debuts people have seen now, which are standouts, and continuing on that I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Until next time!
