D Tier

Mina Kitano

It hurts me to put Mina Kitano all the way down here as she is or at least, was one of my top favorites. She's an absolute firecracker on camera brimming with enthusiasm often reminding me a little of Kurea Hasumi. She bears other similarities to Kurea too such as a great ass and unfortunately, a not-so-great boobjob. Now I'll admit that I didn't actually mind her fake tits all that much before her recent weight loss. Without that extra mass, her bolt-ons stick out a like sore thumb making for a huge eyesore. For what it's worth, I do think her figure looks quite nice and her slim waist is excellent. And the boobjob itself isn't awful as I do at least like how well-rounded they are on top of having nice nipples. But these bolt-ons do not go together well with such a slim figure. You really need some extra body fat to help them blend in a little bit. As of now, they just look like two orbs glued to her chest.

Marina Shiraishi

It absolutely pains me to put Marina Shiraishi down this far on my tier list. She's such a treasure and a lovely person but man, her chest is just simply not good at all. I probably wouldn't have ranked Marina this low before her recent weight loss. Beforehand I thought her chest was passable at least if not a little ill-shaped. They weren't too saggy at least and seemed to fit her body well enough. But as of recently she's lost a fair amount of weight and it's resulted in her chest taking a huge hit. It's made them stand out like a sore thumb now without the extra mass to help them blend in better. The sag has gotten worse too and is most apparent when she's in missionary position where you can really see the implant separating from her chest. Before her slimming down I'd probably put her chest into the C tier but now? She's sadly D-tier and honestly, at times could be even further down. I'll always appreciate Marina but her chest is a major yikes right now.

Yuki Nitta

Yuki Nitta made her debut around the same time as many other new busty actresses were cropping up such as Noa Haruna, Haru Minato, and Momoka Kagura. It's a bit of unfortunate timing as she kinda went under the radar. I can't say it's not for a good reason though as she doesn't really appeal to me at all despite having big boobs. Everyone knows I love big tits but her chest just isn't well defined at all and is simply just "big". Plus, they're a bit on the saggy side. Now you may say "Oh but you like other saggy tits like Yuria or Hitomi". Sure but the difference is that Yuki's figure doesn't compliment them. Overall she just has a frumpy and out-of-shape body while being a pretty mediocre performer too. The current JAV landscape is littered with much better and even bigger tits so there's little reason to watch Yuki Nitta.

Mizuki Yayoi

I love Mizuki Yayoi. She was my 2023 actress of the year after all. She's always brimming with enthusiasm and boasts of the all-time best asses. Or at least she did until the weight loss. Sadly that glorious ass has faded away a little bit as a result but an even more negative effect was what it did to her tits. Backing up a bit, I've never really been a fan of her chest. It's a pretty lousy boobjob that greatly misses the mark even when compared to other bolt-ons in the industry. But after losing a significant amount of weight over the past year, it's only exacerbated the issues with it. At least when she was more meaty, the extra fat at least helped them blended in a little more on her chest. Now they stick out like a sore thumb on top of being incredibly stiff. When juxtaposed with her skinny frame, it's not a pleasant look to put it lightly. Mizuki's ass may be top tier but her boobjob is near the bottom sadly.

Marina Yuzuki

I don't completely hate Marina Yuzuki's chest. She can be very conflicting as sometimes with the right position and angle, her boobs can look pretty decent. But then on the majority of occasions, they just look a bit awkward and not great. Now I don't believe her chest is completely all-natural as it's probably the result of a fat transfer boob-job. I say this because her stomach shows signs of liposuction much like Ai Kano for example who likely had a similar operation done. Anyway, there are several reasons why I don't particularly care for her tits. Her areola and nipple placement are a bit off as they're too close to the inside of her chest as opposed to being more on the outside. I'm not a big fan of the shape either and they're quite saggy overall. It's really noticeable when you see them hanging there in doggystyle without any support. That's really the only thing that can make her chest tolerable for me. If she keeps a shirt or bra on underneath to give them a boost, then they're not too bad. Otherwise, they are easily D-tier in my opinion.

Eimi Fukada

Oh boy, here we go again. I've never really had any nice things to say about Eimi and that trend continues once more as I think Eimi easily has some of the worst tits in JAV right now. I've lamented about her old chest before when she cracked my top 10 worst boobjobs list. To put it bluntly, her tits were quite easily the worst fakes I have ever seen in all of JAV. Just downright tragic. However, she did semi-recently update them and it's a slight upgrade which isn't saying much when they were previously F-tier material. They are a bit better but still far from great. In some angles, they look decent, but in others, they are still offputting looking rather stiff and ill-shaped. Plus, I don't think they suit her super skinny frame well at all. This problem will only get worse as she seemingly just had a BBL procedure done so now her proportions will look even more ridiculous. At least with Maria Nagai, her frame can handle it but not Eimi. I'm not a fan of Eimi overall and this recent boobjob update did little to move the needle for me.

Honoka Tsuji

If there's anything I'll give Honoka Tsuji, it's that at least her chest is natural real most other entries at the bottom of my tier list. That said, they're still easily among the worst naturals out there. I don't watch a ton of Honoka but I have seen at least half a dozen or so films. Every time it ends in mostly disappointment. Don't get me wrong as there are a few angles or positions where her chest can look semi-decent with enough support but that's few and far between. They're saggy, spaced too far apart and the areola/nipple placement is off. And I just don't think they suit her figure all that well. Once in a while I can tolerate them but more often than not, I'm left underwhelmed.

Reiko Kobayakawa

I have never been a fan of Reiki Kobayakawa. I tried to watch a couple of her films in the past but nothing has ever clicked with me. I don't think she's that pretty at all and her figure isn't anything special. But worst of all is her fake tits. Boobjobs in JAV span a wide range from fantastic to passable and all the way down to straight-up ugly. There are maybe a few other boobjobs that I'd say fare worse than hers but they're still near the bottom of the barrel. There are multiple reasons why with one being how stiff they are. These are as "bolt-on" as you can get. I don't particularly don't like the shape either as they look like two baseballs glued to her chest. They're spaced pretty far apart too and sit too low. And the areola placement is too high on them. I do like her nipples at least but that's literally it. I don't find anything else appealing about them.

Maria Yumeno

I have nothing but respect for her career and maintaining a place within the industry after all this time. She debuted clear back in 1998 and ended up calling it quits around 2013. That was until very recently before she decided to make a return in 2023 after a 10-year hiatus. I understand that she's supposedly 45 years old so I can cut her a bit of slack but still, those tits are looking a little rough. They are indeed huge no doubt about it but gravity has caught up to her in a major way resulting in them being incredibly saggy and deflated. The shape isn't well-defined either and it certainly doesn't help that her figure has seen better days as she's a bit flabby, to say the least. It's especially noticeable when she's in doggystyle. I may love huge tits but even I have a limit and Maria Yumeno is just too much without the necessary support.

F Tier

Minamo

Okay now hear me out first. I can easily admit that Minamo is quite gorgeous, has a terrific body, and a surprisingly solid ass. Everything sounds positive so far until you get to her chest which is just, for lack of a better word, awful. I don't know if I've ever really tits like Minamo's before. I'm not entirely convinced if they're real or fake first off. The main reason I'm leaning towards fake is the fact her tits are completely different from one another. It's so bizarre. One is clearly bigger than the other and not in a slightly natural way like most tits are. I mean that the shape, size, and even areolas are completely mismatched. Her right boob doesn't look awful but when both tits are so dissimilar, it's a huge eyesore that's impossible to overlook. It's like a Miss Potato head thing where someone just glued two random boobs to her chest and called it a day. It always boggles my mind when people think her tits look good. Like are we not seeing the same actress? Great body for sure but that chest is a massive miss.
