Over time we see JAV series come and go. It can be a sad reality but you can't blame studios for feeling the need to innovate and try new things. However, some series are just too good to be left in the dust. That's precisely the topic of today's post as I list five series, in no particular order, that I would like to see make a return someday. If you have your own favorite defunct series feel free to let me know down in the comments below. Now let's kick this off with a top of the line POV series from Moodyz.

...Is Your Bride - Moodyz

I absolutely loved this series back in the day and would love to see it return. It's by far one of Moodyz's best series and if you're into POV, it really doesn't get much better than this. It's an incredibly simple series at its core. The premise centers around the featured actress playing the role of your newlywed wife as she proceeds to cook and clean for you along with all the sex you can imagine. It's very effective overall and stood out as one of the premium POV series in its time for several reasons. One such reason was the actress's performance. This role naturally grants them a decent bit of freedom in regards to their acting. And the POV camerawork works wonders to heightening the engagement between the actress and the viewer. They're not always perfect but most of the time they do a great job.

Another highlight is the superb execution and use of POV to draw you into the fantasy. This is what POV should be used for. Granting you an experience that you'll never get to achieve. All the little bits in-between the action of her cleaning, cooking, and bathing with you really sell the theme extremely well and make you feel more connected as a result. The action is the core ingredient of course and it's brilliant. Every entry features multiple full sex scenes alongside some nice blowjob and paizuri goodness. I can't say enough good things about it. This series saw its debut back in late 2013 and would see its final entry as of this post in May 2015. Given the 6 year gap in-between entries it doesn't look too good for this series but maybe one day Moodyz will resurrect it.

Fan Thanksgiving Day Bukkake - IdeaPocket

This is probably the most niche series on my list here but for those who are heavy into bukkake, you already know how fantastic this one is. Also, a fun fact is that this series was some of the very first full-length JAV films I ever acquired. The central premise is very simple as it features the star actress of the film getting covered in cum by a wealth of her lovely fans. But that's not all as we are treated to some actual sex to help keep things interesting. Now given this is a fan thanksgiving type film you can typically expect some pretty solid performances. The actresses get to act naturally without having to adhere to any strict roles. That being said they're still somewhat limited since it's a bukkake film and those don't always demand too much from the actresses. But still, each entry is always backed by some commendable acting.

But by far the most notable aspect is of course the cum play. The mark of a truly great bukkake film is always the quality of the cumplay and it's very good here. The actresses consistently get covered in plenty of cum. And for the most part, the loads are thick and messy. There's never any cum swallowing which is a slight bummer but it's not a huge deal overall. Another nice touch is the inclusion of sex along with the bukkake which makes many of the scenes much more entertaining and satisfying. This is all bolstered by some superb production values. The camerawork and lighting are always excellent. Plus the pacing is very well balanced with no scenes overstaying their welcome. All in all one of the best bukkake series to ever grace JAV. This series is long gone though and the hope of a return is rather low as bukkake isn't as popular as it once was. The glory days of bukkake are over sadly.

A House With A Slut And Single Men - Honnaka

Without a doubt, this was one of the greatest creampie-centric series JAV has ever seen. Anyone that's heavily into creampie should already know all about this lovely series. The general premise is incredibly simple as it tasks the featured actress with going around a house full of around 20 or so men and milking a load out of them. Sometimes it involves a handjob or blowjob but most often it centers around glorious creampie sex. This is an entirely sex-driven series so if you're looking for some sort of plot then you best just skip over it. There are several reasons why I love this series but one has got to be that dress. In every entry, the actress will sport that shiny, sleek, and form-fitting dress that makes for some stunning eye candy. 

Another big positive is the actress's performance. Without a plot dictating the direction of their acting they're free to just be themselves which allows for their natural personality to shine. This makes the action much more engaging and fun to watch overall, especially in Kurea's entry. But above all else, the standout aspect is the creampie sex. From what I can tell all the creampies are legit, at least in the older entries. There are very minimal cuts in between the creampies helping cement the authenticity. Often times it will get very messy which is great for those into that sort of thing. Plus this series is great if you're into group sex. It's been nearly 2 years since the last entry sadly. Hopefully, Honnaka will revisit this series soon...please.

Premature Ejaculation Training Camp - Akinori

Not only is this a great series but it boasts some of my favorite covers as well. That schoolgirl look with the mini-skirt and stockings is so sexy, plus the pink background is a nice touch too. Anyway, the actual series is just as good as its cover art. The whole setup revolves around the actress trying to strengthen the stamina of some seemingly amateur men. They all seem to suffer from some premature ejaculation(hence the title) so the actress does her best to get them to last longer by showcasing a variety of different techniques. Some even get the lucky opportunity to shoot several loads in their scene. This all makes for a very entertaining watch. One of the main highlights has got to be the actress's performance. In every entry, I've seen the actress is always super bubbly and engaging which greatly helps to make each scene much more lively as a result.

Such as when they just get the guy to ejaculate and suddenly let go as he just cums by himself. It's kinda cruel but fun to watch at the same time. Another mildly amusing factor is just seeing how little time it takes for these actors to cum. Some end up blowing their load after just 20 seconds of a light handjob. Maybe this will make you feel a bit better about yourself in a way lol. But what's nice is that the actress will have sex with the actor and let him cum several times. This leads me to the action which is pretty solid. Now granted the sex isn't too intense of course but it's not bad as you get to see many cumshots. Although a slight shame that some are shot inside a condom. And while at times it may get repetitive, the actress's performance makes it a much more engaging watch. I think out of most entries on my list here, this one has a decent chance to return one day. Just imagine the likes of Kurea Hasumi in this series...

Shame!(hidden vibrator) - Sadistic Village

Based on the industry's decrease in shooting outdoor/public scenes I honestly don't expect to see this series return. It seems super unlikely. It's such a shame as it's a unique premise that makes for some very memorable and entertaining scenes. The central setup for this series tasks the actress with having to conceal a hidden vibrator down below while out in public. Each entry would incorporate different setups which would help to keep things feeling fresh. Some examples include riding a public bus, going shopping at a convenience store, or working at a bathhouse. All the while trying their best to remain quiet and contain their moans. It's an incredibly fun watch. Now admittedly the action in these films isn't always the best. In some cases, there are only 3 actual scenes featuring any sort of sexual activity.

Even then the sex isn't that spectacular and often times the pacing can be a little out of wack. For example, in Kurea's entry, the first sex scene is dragged out for over an hour. I will say the rest of the production values are usually pretty good such as the camerawork. But above all else, the main draw with this series is undoubtedly seeing the actress struggle with containing their composure. Whether it's when Kaho is working the front desk at a bathhouse or when Kurea is giving a massage to a lucky customer. The result is always extremely amusing and will even have you laughing at times. There was really nothing quite like it. The series definitely got better over time as when it first debuted in involved the actress sporting an awkward strap-on backpack of sorts with wand vibrators attached to it. It was so ridiculous. I'd like to say this series could return one day but I'm very confident in saying that it's likely dead. Such a shame
