I've already looked at the best performers so naturally, it’s time to take a look at the worst performers. There can be many factors defining bad performers. Some include a lack of energy/enthusiasm, low engagement, excessive whining, and static/unchanging facial expressions. Every actress has turned in a bad performance every now and then, even the greats like Ai Uehara and Kurea Hasumi. However, the performers on this list more often than not are consistently underwhelming with their mediocrity. Now as the title suggest I am omitting Rion/Rara Anzai as including her is too easy. We all know she'd make the list no doubt so why not make it more interesting. I will say that she wouldn't actually make number one here. She's terrible for sure there are a few others that are worse. Who are they? Well, read on to find out! And like my previous list regarding performers, I'll include a few recommendations for each actress.

5. Nami Hoshino

Blessed with a bomb-ass booty but dull as a piece of wood. S1 performers and being extremely bland, name a more iconic duo. What makes her one of the worst performers imo is that she never commits to any scene and boasts low effort and energy across the board. Her facial expressions are quite mediocre as well leaving a lot to be desired. It's so incredibly frustrating as she’s got such an amazing body overall with a killer figure, amazing ass, and pretty face. But she's so boring to watch. Any attempt at her taking the lead doesn't feel genuine or convincing at all. She could be a potential 10/10 if she had any acting talent at all. She’s a prime example of the classic S1 actress trope. Beautiful with a stunning body but can't perform at all.

4. Kirara Asuka

I really do enjoy Kirara Asuka but I can’t deny what an underwhelming performer she is. Now she has delivered a few good performances from time to time such as in SNIS-764 and SNIS-789 where she gets to play herself and be natural. However, most of her work is very lackluster. She never seems to give any effort at all as most of the time she just lays there like a dead fish making the actor do everything. She gives off that “too pretty to try” vibe where she knows she can give the bare minimum effort and it won’t matter due to her appearance. Rion/Rara Anzai suffers from that same problem. Her facial expressions are mostly hit-or-miss as well. She's truly like a sex doll come to life, in more ways than one really.

3. Shiori Tsukada

She may be the queen of thick but she’s far from the queen of acting. Her worst offense is that she suffers from loud whining and a severe lack of engagement. She never gets involved or takes any real initiative. I can't recall ever seeing her take a dominant role, or at the very least doing a good job with it. Plus her enthusiasm is almost non-existent. I’ve yet to see a performance from her that honestly impressed me. Oh and make sure not to watch her introductory anal video as it's one of the hardest to watch films I've seen in recent memory due to her crying whenever any dick goes in her ass. In the end, while she's not the worst offender on my list she’s still in the bottom tier for sure which is a shame given her amazing juicy and thick body.

2. Eri Sasaki

Some of you may be unfamiliar with her as she came back out of retirement with a new “gal” look in 2019. Right off the bat, she bears some similarities to Kirara Asuka in that she too resembles a sex doll. Built with plastic and devoid of any real emotions. It's unfortunate as she has some nice fake tits and a solid figure but she is TERRIBLE at performing. She has no energy whatsoever and is completely disconnected from the action. Whether she's giving a blowjob, a tittyfuck, or having sex her facial expressions never change. She often looks like she's on another planet with her dead glaze. Seems like she never wants to be there at all. Eri Sasaki is by far one of the most lifeless performers I've ever seen(still a bangin' body though).

1. Mika Sumire

Mika Sumire comes in at #1 as my pick for the worst performer I’ve ever seen in JAV. It's a shame given that her career didn't quite go in the direction I(and many others) thought it would. She made her debut with Alice Japan shooting about 7 or so films. Naturally, you would expect her to graduate from them and move onto another studio. She would have made a good fit as an exclusive for a studio like S1 or E-body. Perhaps even becoming freelance and working with many different studios. Instead, she went to starring in uncensored films for the rest of her short-lived career. She had some potential for sure but sadly her career fizzled out just as fast as it began.

Now, what exactly makes Mika Sumire the single worst performer you might ask? For starters, she has one of the coldest and most lifeless glares out of any actress. Most of the time she looks completely dead inside. She often conveys very little emotion with next to no enthusiasm. Facial expressions are also nearly non-existent with her as she boasts one static emotion and that's it. She rarely took any initiative as well so don't expect to see her in any dominant position, at least not in any convincing fashion. All around a complete and absolute dead fish truly deserving of the worst performer ever title.
