The discussion of fake boobs is always bound to spark a fierce debate. Whether it be who has them or if they can look good or not. Well, today I'm here to mostly tackle the second topic and rank my favorite pairs of fake tits in JAV. Now right off the bat lemme just say that you will not see Anri Okita here. Why? Because I believe they are natural. Although I could see some saying otherwise. If I did include her should be would number one though for sure. Anyway, I will be counting down in order of my favorites leading to what I think is the best boobjob in JAV. In addition, I'll also throw out some names for some of the worst boobjobs out there. Now without further ado, let's begin!

10. Azumi Mizushima

Azumi Mizushima was never a household name sadly although she deserved more recognition for sure. She had a great body and was a wild performer. Many of you reading this have may not have heard of her. I say give her a shot. She's worth it. Anyway, her fakes are all around quite solid(no pun intended). They are admittedly the typical western style "bolt-ons" but they look pretty great all things considered. Her nipples in particular really help them stand out. They're nicely shaped too and certainly compliment her figure. They fit her frame extremely well without looking too out of place. On the downside, they are pretty stiff but that's to be expected. All this makes for one of the better "bolt-on" boobjobs in JAV.

9. Ruri Saijou

When it comes to fake tits in JAV, Ruri Saijou was always one of the best and still is to this day. While I was never a massive fan of hers, I still think her boobjob is terrific and also quite unique. As far as the type of boobjob she got I'm honestly not entirely sure. They're nothing like any "bolt-ons" I've seen before so I'm leaning towards a fat grafting procedure. They are admittedly saggy but I don't mind as it does help to make them appear more natural along with their teardrop shape. And they have a nice bounce to them as well which is always nice. Equally important is that they fit her frame well without looking too out of place. She's definitely got one of the more distinctive boobjobs in JAV.

8. Mion Hatzuki

I'll admit that I struggled a bit with deciding if Mion belongs on this list or not. I'm pretty confident her boobs are fake given how close they are to each other, their shape, and how high they sit on her chest. I'm willing to bet she had a fat transfer type boobjob done which would explain their more natural look. And I gotta say the results are outstanding. They have an incredibly nice firm appearance allowing them to move around in motion very naturally. I think they're shaped quite nicely too but best of all is just how well they suit her figure. They are a perfect fit for her juicy body given her big hips and sizable booty.

7. Kaori

Kaori was known for being a rather thick milf type actress with a dump truck booty but I always feel like her boobs go a bit underappreciated. I think they're some of the better fakes you'll see in JAV. Her boobjob does lean into the "bolt-on" category however, she put on a decent bit of weight throughout the years after receiving it which helped to fill them out. This gives them a somewhat more natural and softer appearance. They manage to jiggle and bounce around very nicely while boasting a lovely plump shape. In addition, there doesn't appear to be any glaring scar marks that I can see. These fakes tie in quite well with her thick figure and really give her a fantastic look all around.

6. Karen Yuzuriha

Karen is one of the most recent names to make my list but deserving all the same. As far as a typical "bolt-on" type boobjob, Karen's are among the best in the industry. They do certainly resemble a boobjob you'd see more in the western porn landscape. But that doesn't bother me at all although I understand it may turn some folks off. That said I think they look terrific. She's got nice nipples and areolas on top of being nicely shaped. In addition, they fit her petite frame rather well without being too overly large or obnoxious. You can really get a better sense of how nice they are in VR. And on the plus side, there are no visible scar marks. Just an all-around top-notch boobjob. If you're going for a "bolt-on" look, this is a grade A example of how to do it.

5. Ai Kano

Say what you will about her relatively poor acting but I believe Ai Kano has a top-five rack in terms of enhancements. Her boobjob is probably the result of fat grafting given their more natural appearance and the look of her stomach where they likely harvested the fat from. Now one critique I'm sure some have is that they don't quite fit her body that well as they're pretty large. I can agree but at the same time, I don't mind too much as it gives her an almost hentai-type milf figure. Everything else about them is amazing. The shape, her areolas/nipples, and the placement of them on her chest. Plus they move around very nicely especially, in missionary position. Ai Kano is an admittedly big guilty pleasure of mine but I think most would agree that her tits are terrific.

4. Eri Sasaki

Some of you reading this may be unfamiliar with Eri Sasaki and I can't blame you. She was never a big name and her acting was abysmal. But her fake tits were incredible and made her worth watching, for the most part. They're easily some of the best fake tits I've ever seen in JAV. For starters, they suit her body pretty well and don't stand out too much. She also boasts some nice nipples and areolas. This is on top of being pleasantly shaped as well and not spaced too far apart. But best of all is how soft and plump they are. They have a more realistic look to them and aren't the typical stiff "bolt-ons". Amazing work all around. You could say that they sit a bit too high on her chest but I'm not that bothered. Truly a top-notch boobjob.

3. Reiran Akame

Sometimes jokingly referred to as "Maria lite" due to her also boasting fake tits and a fake ass. However, her booty enhancement is much more toned down than her counterpart. And her tits are nothing short of superb. Right off the top, I gotta say I love her nipples. Super pointy and really compliments her fakes quite well. Her areolas are nice too. Now her boobjob is very much western inspired so they do have that traditional "bolt-on" aesthetic. But they've got a great shape to them and don't contain any noticeable egregious scars. They compliment her overall figure extremely well too given her enhanced ass. All this makes for one of the better boobjobs I've seen in JAV. It's too bad she didn't last long but there are rumblings of her return. Fingers crossed.

2. Maria Nagai

Now hear me out. I'm well aware of how controversial her enhanced ass is. It's very over the top and turns a lot of people off, which is fair. However, I think her fake tits are actually very nice and some of the best around. They are just fantastic in every way. They're nicely plump and soft for one thing which allows for them to easily jiggle around when in action. No stiff bolt-ons here. What really helps is the additional weight she put on after enhancing her tits as it helped to fill them out naturally giving them a very pleasant natural look. And they suit her thick figure perfectly as well. I'd say her fakes could fool quite a few people into thinking they're real. Say what you want about her ass, but her fake tits are no doubt top-notch. 

1. Kirara Asuka

Kirara Asuka is no stranger to going under the knife. She's seen several different iterations throughout the years. While some folks remain divisive on her facial changes, I think many would agree that her boobjob was well executed. Starting things off she's got nice perky nipples. They also have a great shape to them and are very firm without being too stiff retaining some nice jiggle to them in motion. One of the biggest reasons I included her is how effectively they suit her figure. They compliment her body perfectly. Not too large or obnoxious at all. This should be the gold standard for boobjobs in JAV. They are about as flawless as you can ask for. Give her surgeon a gold medal. 

Alternate 1. Rino Yuki

Rino Yuki has been one of the hottest debuts in years. She also maybe happens to boast one of the best pairs of fake tits you'll ever see. Yuki went for a subtle approach with her boobjob. And the results are extremely effective. First off they are super perky without being too stiff. They almost appear completely natural at first glance. Her boobs have a surprisingly nice amount of jiggle to them. On top of that, they compliment her body incredibly well. The shape of them is very nicely rounded too. Now I will admit that I could be wrong about her's being fake. Maybe they are real but for my money, they just look too good to be natural. I added her as an alternate number one because if they are fake, she's easily top of the class. But I'm not 100% certain.

Worst

Eimi Fukada

Who could've seen this one coming? I'll admit that some aspects of her plastic surgery are fine like her face. I think she's quite the looker and her ass is pretty great. And as a performer, she's got a lot of enthusiasm. This makes it all the more frustrating that her boobjob is so tragic. At least a "bolt-on" type boobjob suits her appearance pretty well I guess but it's still one of the worst I've ever seen in JAV. For one they are spaced very far apart. Secondly, they're not shaped very well and are pretty stiff. But what bothers me most is that you can see the implant resting on top of her chest, as evident in the screenshot to the right. It's not always noticeable but when it is it grabs your attention in a bad way. Such a shame because her other attributes are great.

Serina Hayakawa

Serina is often an actress that I feel often goes under the radar. You hardly ever see her name brought although granted she is retired. But she was rather pretty and boasted a decent body for the most part. However, her fake boobs are easily bottom of the barrel sadly. Her surgeon did a terrible job I'm afraid. She clearly went for a "bolt"on" style boobjob which isn't a bad thing per se. But man they look awful. For one thing they're spaced too far apart. Secondly they're not even that big. You might as well go big if you're getting "bolt-ons". And they got an awkward shape to them too as they're not fully rounded. Just really lousy all the way around.

Shion Fujimoto

Shion Fujimoto easily has the third worst pair of "bolt-ons" I've seen from a JAV actress. She's never been quite as popular as some gyaru-type actresses like AIKA for example so she may be unfamiliar to some of you. I'll be honest, you're not missing too much. She doesn't really stand out too much and her boobjob certainly doesn't help. It's just lazily done all the way around like her surgeon was Dr.Nick or something. They're spaced way too far apart for one on top of being extremely stiff offering very little movement in motion. Her areolas are also a bit off as well. And they just don't sit too nicely on her chest either. Just overall not a pair of pleasant "bolt-ons" to look at.
