Top 10 Biggest Transformations in JAV

Actresses change over time whether it's through natural means like aging or other means like plastic surgery. However, with some, it's an extreme difference. A handful of these you likely wouldn't even recognize from their debut. And for the most part, it's not necessarily a negative. In fact I approve of most of these. So for today, I will be counting down from the least to the most radical transformation. Without further ado, let's dive in!

Anri Okita may not have undergone the most radical plastic surgery work or some extreme weight gain, but she's still changed considerably from her debut. Now she's always been blessed with some incredible genes with a killer body. That's been apparent since her debut back in 2011. She had a nice face, an amazing body, and of course, one of the best "natural" racks you'll ever see in JAV. Her appearance was pretty stable throughout her entire career with just some minor facial work being done for the most part. It really wasn't until her retirement that we saw the biggest changes. She soon became pregnant after calling it quits resulting in her breasts growing to an absurd degree where at one point she was even bigger than Hitomi Tanaka.

They have come down in size since then but still are noticeably larger than when she was active. She's also gotten much more work done on her face through various procedures, nothing too major though. At the moment, she's still in pretty good shape mostly due to her commitment to her music group Black Diamond. Gotta stay in shape for that. Long-time fans of Anri seem to be split on whether they prefer old-school Anri or this new bustier and thicker version. Personally, gimme this current form any day. It'd be lovely to see her return to AV but that's a pipedream for sure.

This one really took me by surprise when I rediscovered her back in late 2023. My first exposure to her was in 2021 with her "GES" video from Oppai where she stole away her sister's boyfriend. She was in great shape back then. A little bit of flab but still slender enough while boasting huge albeit slightly saggy tits. And she had a decent face too. She seemingly took some time off and came back at the end of 2023 with a considerable weight gain.

Normally I'm all for actresses putting on some weight but I think she overdid it. Her face has filled out quite a lot and her tits have grown a little as well(I'm fine with that at least). However, the weight gain most notably affected her stomach. She's got a little bit of a pot belly going on now and she's completely lost that nice figure she once had. It's by far one of the biggest weight gain cases I've seen in JAV in recent memory. Now I do still watch her once in a while so I don't completely hate it but I can't deny that I prefer her previous figure overall.

Kirara Asuka is a shoo-in for making a list like this. A good majority of the transformations here I'm in support of but Kirara's is one that leaves me feeling mixed. When she first debuted back in 2007, she had a great mostly natural look. She did, of course, have fake tits even all the way back then but it was a very solid boobjob(no pun intended). This first version of Kirara was quite nice. However, she underwent some considerable facial work in 2010 along with a haircut right around the time she transferred over to Prestige. Then in around 2014 sometime after she moved to S1, she got even more work done.

Now physically her figure never changed much during this time. She maintained a really great body all throughout. Now I won't get into all the specifics of what facial work she had done as I'm nowhere near an expert on this and would likely just be talking out of my ass. But anyone can see the radical difference between her debut self and her final form. She almost gives off this uncanny doll-like appearance near the end. It's all unnecessary too as I thought she looked perfectly fine. But as we've seen before with other actresses and a few more down on my list, this can turn into an addiction with wanting to tweak every little thing.

Nina Nishimura by far has had one of the biggest physical transformations we've ever seen in JAV. While most actresses land on my list here due to plastic enhancements, Nina's is entirely through natural means. When she first appeared on the scene clear back in 2010, she was actually somewhat slender but still boasted a sizable J-cup rack. She even had a slight "gyaru" look to her early on having shot for KiraKira a few times.

She steadily put on weight throughout the years and in about 2022 she reached her current size. It's no secret that she's now regarded as a BBW with her tits growing to a massive K-cup. Despite this radical change, she still maintains a sizable fanbase with folks like myself who still love her juicy figure. She's a major guilty pleasure of mine personally. You gotta give her some respect for not resorting to some liposuction procedure to lose weight and instead just owning her current shape.

Alice Otsu easily cracks this list. Her transformation has to be one of the biggest glow-ups the JAV industry has ever seen. When she first appeared on the scene back in 2013 she had a very nondescript look as nothing about her really stood out. As such, she was relegated to being a throwaway in multi-actress films or even being the cucked sister in AIKA's "GES" entry in 2016. She was flying very deep under the radar until early 2022.

During that time she got herself an upgraded chest, dyed her hair blonde, and adopted a more "gyaru" look with her new tan. By Spring, the door was wide open as she exploded onto the scene achieving new heights both in terms of sales and opportunities. Her newfound momentum has cooled off since then but there's no denying that her new look was one of the most successful we've ever seen. And I think many would argue, it was a change for the better without going too overboard. Very well done!

Aika making this list was a no-brainer. While she still mostly retains her "gyaru" look from her debut year back in 2011, she still looks like a completely different person. Her figure hasn't really changed all that much over the years so that has remained consistent in that at least. I'll give her some credit for not enhancing her tits like some do. But it's clear that she's touched up her face quite a bit throughout her career.

Perhaps the result of a double eyelid surgery and some teeth whitening but I can't say for certain. A change in her makeup could also play a big role. However, the most discernible difference is her hairstyle and color. She's had nearly every hair color under the sun including brown, blonde, silver, and now orange with bangs. She's come a long way since her debut that's for sure. While I've long since fallen off the AIKA bandwagon, I can't say that she looks particularly terrible or anything. But there's no doubt that she looks remarkably different.

Nagi Hikaru has undergone as many physical transformations as she has name changes. Despite only being in the industry for about four years, she's nearly completely unrecognizable from her debut self. In my opinion, the end result is one of the best "glow-ups" JAV has ever seen. When she first appeared on the scene back in 2020 and throughout her early years, she had this"frumpy" look with her bob-cut hairstyle and slightly flabby body. She admittedly seemed a little out of place. Her first major rework came at the end of 2022 when she took a six-month break.

She slimmed down considerably, started growing out her hair a bit more, and got some work done on her face including a possible double eyelid surgery. This was all well and good for a while but the weight loss took a toll on her chest causing some serious deflation. So sometime early this year she underwent a boobjob enhancing her chest from a J-cup to a K-cup leaving some fans split. Many love it while others hate it. I myself love her new tits and overall I think her current figure is among the very best. Yes, she technically cheated to achieve it but who cares when the results are this good?

This list wouldn't be complete without the infamous Maria Nagai. Funny enough Maria has been around longer than most fans may think having made her debut clear back in 2014. She didn't receive much work back then and if she did it was just with C-tier studios or multi-actress releases. None of her physical features at the time really made much of an impact besides a somewhat plump booty and her signature long tongue. She mainly just plodded along with minimal work for several years until 2019 when after a two-year hiatus, she made her re-debut sporting a little bit of facial work and obviously a new set of tits. This transformation proved to be a big success as she was getting many new opportunities from all the big-name studios.

The biggest and most controversial change though was yet to come. Sometime in the latter half of 2020, she received a massive upgrade in the booty department undergoing a BBL procedure. This enhanced her ass to an absurd level that left many fans split. Many were completely against it but some welcomed it. At the very least it does somewhat fit in her bigger frame without looking too out of place. Her thicker build definitely helps. That extra thickness also helps with filling out her chest setting it apart from the typical "bolt-on" boobjob giving them an almost natural appearance at times. Her transformation is probably the most controversial on my list. You either love or hate her. I completely understand those who are firmly on the other side but I for one love her.

Was there any doubt that Eimi Fukada would top my list? When you say "radical physical transformations", she's always one of the first names mentioned. It's a night-and-day difference between her debut and her current self. When she debuted back in 2017 under the name "Kokoro Amami", she had a very plain and pedestrian look. She slowly began getting work done on her face and by the end of 2018, she looked like a completely different person. As this post will turn into an essay, I won't get into specifics on what she changed regarding her face. But Eimi didn't stop there as she also underwent a boobjob that was notorious for being...not so good to put it mildly.

But this transformation proved to be a worthy venture as she shot up in the sales charts and became one of the leading faces of the industry. However, she didn't stop there as she continued tweaking her face and other aspects of her body. Even within the past year, she underwent another boobjob with slightly more positive results but also received a BBL or assjob. Many fans of hers are unhappy about this and I can't blame them. Her proportions now look completely ridiculous and that fake ass is a huge eyesore on her slim body. I know I may sound hypocritical because I love Maria and she's got a BBL too but at least she has a frame to properly support it. It's no secret that I'm a fan of some plastic-y actresses but Eimi is just too much to the point where she looks like a living doll.
