I'll say it now:  THE HOW-TO GUIDE FOR SUCCESFUL INSURANCE SALESWOMEN is a *fantastic* JAV title by V&R.  I want that opinion solidified here and now.  Why?  Because before subtitling work began on it, I perused a very large Japanese-language VOD site and noticed it received horrendously bad reviews.  I was perplexed.  What could fans not like about this zany world movie?  One reviewer simply said he just saw the preview and didn't care for it while the others voiced minor nitpicks about sexual techniques.  All in all, bogus reviews for a terrific Japanese AV release.

Today and Monday's double update (at 3+ hours we split it up, sorry!) is actually one of the last titles we initially licensed from V&R.  As of writing this, we're in the final stages of licensing another 3 dozen (!) movies by them with a good chunk having similar themes as this one (think big groups meets otherworldly variety).  I can't say why this movie was left towards the end.  It certainly isn't a quality issue.  More of a scheduling one, perhaps?  Either way, finally THE HOW-TO GUIDE has its time to shine at ZENRA in FHD with our exclusive English subtitles treatment.

If you love JAV movies where sex happens, but the reason it happens is less about pure pleasure and more about the result of a bizarre reward system, then you can't go wrong with HOW-TO GUIDE.  The gist of this release is a new hire seminar for an insurance company.  Led by SHIZUKI IROHA , a slightly older inked actress with super duper pitch black long hair that still remains active in Japan's burgeoning BDSM community, six new female hires are taught the ropes on how to sell insurance.  Surprisingly the path to sales as explained very early on is using their bodies.  Even more surprisingly--and this is where we may lose some viewers who prefer to keep things real--none of the women object or even raise an eyebrow.  One of the new employees who moments earlier mentioned this was her first job after taking time off for maternity leave (read: married woman!) said how eager she was to have lots of unprotected sex with strangers.

So yes, this can be considered a bizarro world title where sex with many people for simple reasons is no big deal.  Everyone gets naked and has fun together!  Everyone's feeling good and hey, upgrade to a beefier insurance plan and you get to cum inside your cute female agent!  What a lovely place.

V&R surely went all out with this title.  Modern day JAV movies have shied away from huge group events and while larger makers still push them out, they're becoming a lot less common.  That's why it's such a blessing to see such a splendid number of actresses taking part in a very well put-together title.  I loved the story and the production quality is top-notch.  The lighting may be too bright for some people, but I feel that since this is at its core a 'how-to' title, bright lights and textbook machine-like dialog are warranted.

My only real caveat is the extreme focus on creampies when it is extremely obvious the actors are wearing rubbers.  While a title like HOW-TO GUIDE that pushes insanity and sex-for-all may get a slight pass, this trend of fake creampies is really reaching fever pitch.  I almost yearn now just to see an actor pull out at the last moment, rip off his condom, and cum on some random part of the actress.  You all do realize that these fake creampie titles often have the actors leaving with blue balls?  That should not be allowed!

The final scene features one of the new hires making a personal house call.  There, by ill fate she is greeted face-to-face with her ex-boyfriend who looks eerily like 1980's David Bowie.  That scene felt a bit more realistic compared to the textbook demonstration lessons that preceded it, but those looking for a more intimate encounter featuring an unusually tall (172 cm) actress should not skip out watching it.  And of course if group play is your thing, the *huge* 12 person orgy before it should be the highlight office sex scene of your life.
