Izumi Ozawa - Erotic Mode Initiated

When subtitling EROTIC MODE INITIATED, I got the feeling that its star, IZUMI OZAWA, may have been a girl from a very well off family who wanted to do something extra naughty once (or twice and we may get to that soon) before fading back into some sliver of glamorous anonymity.  Some years ago something like this happened in the states I believe; an adult film star of mixed descent (Asian and Caucasian) did a few titles--really hard ones, mind you--before retiring.  It was later found out that she came from a family of money and her time doing adult was a way to truly rebel from her potentially strict upbringing.  I got the same vibe after seeing IZUMI's performance in today's update.

IZUMI is adorable and truly from the first graze against her leg by Weasel's extra dry fingers, she volte-faced into a salacious emitter of pleasure.  It really was a big change and sure, she may have been playing it up for the camera, but I feel she wanted to give it her all to truly rebel against always being prim and proper under a gold lock and key.  Again, that's the vibe I got here in this mosaic-free DREAMROOM release.

While the interview at the beginning was awfully short, IZUMI was asked if she ever did JAV before.  She answered in the negative, but at the very least she did one other title that was originally released a few months before this one.  Some things in adult video may be based on the truth and other times things are made up on the spot to amplify desired elements even more such as one actress's innocence.

That interview runs short, but Weasel keeps the dialog going from start to finish.  Yes, it's mostly one-sided, but I've grown fond of this actor.  Not a looker by any means, the guy at least knows how to shoot well even when handling multiple tasks on his own (this was self-shot after all).  The lighting is great as is the audio and in spite of the homemade nature of EROTIC MODE INITIATED, the camera is skillfully wielded.  In spite of the absence of a dedicated cameraman, we're treated to many great angles and smooth transitions between them.  Even this author's distaste of extended close-ups of private parts is rather minimal (look, I love sex as much as anyone else, but a minute-plus close-up of a gaping vagina is not my cup of tea, OK?).

The Book of JAV may not feature a title like EROTIC MODE INITIAITED.  For an uncensored amateur release, it's rather good.  IZUMI is extremely cute and the sex is fantastic.  Still, we're aware not every one will love true blue amateurs and many prefer titles with grander themes.  We hear you on that though sometimes it's nice to show off a more intimate experience done as directly as possible.  No crew, no big stories, and hey--no condoms!  Just a man and woman alone in a hotel room getting to know each other even better.

Production note:  while titles from DREAMROOM more often than not feature real creampie conclusions, you sometimes see instances where possibly due to actress request and/or lack of money, the actor pulls out to finish.  In EROTIC MODE, we do get a creampie, but there also is a camera cutaway before we get a close-up of his output leaking out of her.  My take on this going by all the real creampies we've seen in other titles from this series of amateur titles is that it was real, but due to some issue with the camera, they had to make some necessary editing.  He easily could of pulled out and finished on her as was done in other releases so I don't see them starting to fake things this late in the game.
