From the get-go, you're shown gathering a smorgasbord of tools anyone outside of the maintenance staff would never carry and minutes later, ordered to take phone calls while simultaneously pouring coffee for your frantic yet suave co-workers deciding on the pacing of their next audio-visual small screen masterpiece.

Your coworkers--the main ones at least are something else. S1 Television, you see, is a bit different from the normal Japanese broadcasting station in that almost all of its higher roles are filled by woman--single women and single because of their career path, not sexual orientation. In particular, you are given the blessed honor of working with a medley of Japanese AV stars turned television imaginaries such as Shiori Tsukimi, a serious laconic producer who knows she is in charge while using as few words as possible. Vivacious and chirpy generic announcer (i.e., the off-camera 'burikko' voice used for many programs) Erika Kirihara joins Akiho Yoshizawa and friends in making sure your entrance to this zany and insanely busy organic television hive-mind commences without a hitch.

Alongside the producers and announcers is Akiho Yoshizawa's close companion and coworker delegated to weather girl status, Kanan Ozura who hopes for more but due to her tediously slow speaking style, lacks the gravitas to extend to loftier positions in the news fiefdom. In the same conference room where this story begins also holds the cheerful presence of famous actress Megu Fujira who goes well beyond the norm of acting and takes on a strong creative role in television programming not solely for her show but for many others as well.

The last three Japanese AV stars turned actresses you will be working with make up S1 Television's famous idol unit. Consisting of the world famous Asami Yuma along with coquettish Sakura Cocomi, and the nascent rising star of the trio, Toda Aira, turn your first few day at S1 Television into an experience you and you're member down south will never forget.
