Sumire Kuramoto seems to be heavily promoted on social media. I follow some av models on Twitter, and "many of them" would promote Sumire Kuramoto's work, or it would just pop up.

The bunny suit was great when it started, but I think I've seen enough already. Another popular costume is the cow cosplay costume; it's great because it works well with small breasts and big-breasted women; I've seen variations of it but became a fan when I saw FONE-136. Kinda funny how Rion Kanami came out the same time as Sumire Kuramoto they almost have the same look, yet Sumire Kuramoto career has surpassed in popularity and titles.
