Disagree if the 'inside' finish is obviously fake. That MOBSTERS has shown there are indeed ways to fake it and still make it look real (they themselves kept it real but have shown guides at the end of a few movies on how studios can and do fake it) shows laziness with some modern directors. Some take the easiest path of missionary finale with one cut a minute before (so fake cum can be squirted into the actress) with the condom-clad actor faking it and with a total affront to actual lovemaking after ejaculation pulls out and almost jumps out of frame faster than a lightning bolt so users try not to see the condom that even pixelation cannot hide. The better way if one is still somewhat lazy is no cuts and pan the camera up to the actress's face while an AD hastily squirts in fake cum before panning back down. Body paint watermarks. Agree it's a bit overkill. Simply having the site logo appear on pillows and maybe wallpaper would be less tacky and more effective. TAV pushes the sexy/slutty angle too hard which remains one of its biggest weaknesses compared to JAV.

This is incorrect. The new law only covers contracts made AFTER it was passed; it is not retroactive. Furthermore, she retired around/before the '5 year rule' for mainstream JAV contracts even went into effect. Her contracts are thus most likely all perpetual. Studios delist mostly because the movies are old and don't sell as much plus they already have so many. This is why DMM studios may not care as much but you would see smaller studios fighting back against delisting requests that go against contractual terms the performer agreed to (notably Radix vs Kaoru Oshima).
