Soft on Demand releases big group movies quite often (we just made a licensing request including a handful of movies like that yesterday). Otherwise, Hunter is the last studio standing with SOD that produces big group movies on a regular basis and SOD the only one that goes 'big big' (let's say 8 or more on screen actresses) regularly.

As a site that has shown (and has plans to show more) 'HOW TO SEX'-type JAV movies, there is an art to doing these right so they don't turn into snore-fests. The director of the movie in question seems to have done mostly vanilla movies as of late and may have had the finesse to shoot something easy on the eyes, but lacked the planning experience to shoot an engaging movie that breaks vanilla trends. A really good HOW TO movie we will be showing soon (spoiler) is HTS-002 by Gogos which also features an awesome cover that doesn't rely on T&A yet probably gets more attention.

Her former agency most likely has its own tax worries, but Eimi's issues are hers alone. Like essentially all performers, she is an independent contractor and has a responsibility to file taxes. It's possible she can take her agency to court and it's possible the NTA (Japan's IRS) could go lenient on her if she presents undeniable proof the agency said it was handling her taxes--though even this is a stretch given how many years it went on.
