Stormy I think lives on a ranch, rides horses, directs when she has the urge, and otherwise lives a great life. Most haters are various forms of basement dwellers, those in dead-end jobs, married to people they despise (otherwise, why spend all one's time spewing negativity on the internet?), and generally are misanthropic people.

Some of this comes from card/billing rules and over-compliance where producers tell actresses to act as you noted because even the slightest bit of 'real acting' could be seen as an issue. "If she isn't an assertive sex freak, then why is she in this porn movie?", "Oh man, western porn, everyone is always so crazily into sex, it's such a turn-off!". JAV thanks possibly to my JCB theory (search the blog) does not have this issue. However, it puts sites like ours in a pickle at times where even though content may be totally staged with fully consenting performers, if everyone isn't all smiling, we may have to make cuts (or opt not to show the movie altogether).
