2020 Fried Chikan JAV Awards Opening

Welcome all to the Fried Chikan Awards of 2020. With another year over it seemed appropriate to review my favorite titles, actresses, and series in JAV and beyond. 2020 has been such a garbage year for many people. However not all is bad. Parasite won best Oscar, Animal Crossing took over the world for a moment, people got to work from home, and oh yeah porn. Asahi Mizuno announced her return to JAV, as did Remy Lacroix for western porn, Virtual Reality got better and more accessible, amateur sites like Onlyfans ballooned in popularity, we saw lots of sites and titles go on sale and porn has found ways to flourish despite the difficulties. And I joined ZENRA this year.

This year I started writing for ZENRA and I never expected to be writing anything let alone for the subject of porn and JAV. I honestly hope you have enjoyed my writing, I certainly have enjoyed writing it. 

So kicks off the first annual Fried Chikan’s Best of 2020 Awards or FC Awards (unsure of the a name, may change it to something catchier). It will cover new debuts, rookies, rising stars, to my favorite actress of 2020. As well as best Milf, best petite, best ass, best tits, and more. As it is my list it will mostly be from my perspective and personal tastes. However I also tried to include and recognize ladies that are beloved in the JAV community, even if I am not the most familiar with them. So shout out to places like the reddit Japanese porn subs, JDC Discord Channel, Akiba Online, and my fellow ZENRA authors (and all the sites that I am forgetting off the top of my head). I also included some off topic picks (like western porn picks) for our enjoyment later. Well lets get on with the smutty smut goodness in this part one of three entry. Best New Debut Award
June Lovejoy, Yume Nikaido, Rio Kuriyama, Nene Tanaka, Suzu Matsuoka

Even through the pandemic we got some lovely new debutees. I did a Debut Review on the cute rail thin Rio Kuriyama. With her cute face and older sister vibe, she could be an actress of note in the future. Nene Tanaka is popping off to the top of sales charts with her big rack. She is an easy crowd pleaser with her bod. As is the too cute Yume Nikaido who should slot into the cute JAV archetype easily. She released a stellar maid title this year. Suzu Matsouka is a very pretty face and a performer who is ready made for porn. Her natural juice title with Prestige is a sloppy, messy, good time.

However I think it is clear who was the best new Debut for 2020 is. And that is June Lovejoy. In this long long year June has felt as though she is already a veteran of the biz. Personable, fluent in Japanese, and sporting a real thicc thicc backside, June is making her mark in JAV. She has put in the work to build herself in and outside of her JAV titles. She is very active online, doing interviews and interacting with fans, while also being pretty prolific in releasing titles. In a year she has released about 50 titles, that is about four titles a month. No matter how you feel about her and foreigners in JAV you have to appreciate the work she is putting into her career. June seems determined to make it in JAV and she is putting in the work to deserve it.

Rising Stars Award
Ai Mukai, Yuria Yoshine, Nanami Matsumoto, Rin Azuma, Nanami Kawakami

This next category covers actresses that are new yet have some years under their belts. Smaller but rising names that are slowly turning heads with their recent work. Some of these girls will be re debuts like the beautiful Ai Mukai. Nanami Matsumoto debuted back in 2016 and has since become known for her massive tits, stellar performances, and low key dom persona. Rin Azuma is a beautiful and leggy actress, with a unique face that I find so damn attractive. She also has an older woman vibe that completes the trifecta. Nanami Kawakami is one of the best actresses out there at actual acting (with a small role in Netflix’s The Naked Director). The highlight of her titles is seeing her lively facial expressions.

My pick for Rising Stars Award has a bust that dwarfs Nanami’s and that beauty is the tiny Yuria Yoshine. Yuria only debuted back in 2019 but has captured the attention of many fans. With her cute face, solid acting, and tig ol bitties; Yuria is the classic busty petite combo to a T. Her tits are phenomenal; giant low soft hangers. She reminds me a lot of Aimi Yoshikawa except that Yuria is a much better performer and actress already. Some people have labeled Sakura Miura as the Younger Julia but I think that title better fits Yuria. With her beautiful conventional looks and giant bust, she could be a worthy successor as JAV's Ambassador of Boobs.

Rediscovered Actress Award aka Blast from the Past
Kaede Matsushima, Aino Kishi, Rio, Yuma Asami, Yuma Asami, Akiho Yoshizawa

This year I have delved back deep into the catalogs of some of my favorite old actresses. Like Kaede Matsushima, Yuma Asami, Akiho Yoshizawa, as well as Iori Kogawa's older stuff. It is always a pleasant surprise to find new gems in the older titles your favorite actresses or old names you have yet to watch. This award is all about older actresses or older works that I haven’t seen. With the massive amount of JAV porn it is impossible to see it all and this award recognizes that with the Rediscovered Actress Award. With Kaede I saw a new cuter side of her. I watched three great team up titles with Yuma and Akiho. And with Iori I watched some hardcore titles in her past catalog. But our winner goes to two tiny women who were relatively new to me.

Our winner is shared by two lovely petite women; the sexy hafu Rio and the cute Aino Kishi wins the Rediscovered Actresses Award. The two women are like the two sides of the same coin. Both are petite women that love to fuck and like to squirt. Aino is cuter but Rio is sexier. Aino is really bubbly and perky while Rio is more mature and seductive. Both are great and my big recommendation goes to their team up title, IPZ-127. Seeing as how the two women are friends and Rio was Aino’s first JAV idol that she watched, it seems very fitting to give both girls the award. For petite goodness check out these two lovely ladies.

Moodyz Bako Bus Tour, BLOR Label, Prestige Natural Ingredients 100% Juice, Prestige "Compulsory Creampie Sex Ejaculation Administrator"

I have seen some great series this year as well as discovering some older ones like Bako Bus Tour. The orgy extravaganza should be seen by any JAV fan, especially if you were a fan during the mid 2000's to mid 2010's. So many big names in the fantastic series. The sheer spectacle of seeing the biggest idols in JAV gather in one place is a treat in itself. The hostess inn owner that fucks her guests was a new series that I really liked with girls like Suzu Honjo and Iori Kogawa starring in them. I also became a big fan of BLOR label as a whole, with their hard fucking titles. They are a smaller studio that punches above its weight with its sex focused titles starring more "normal" women. Prestige's Nature Ingredients series is a good sweaty, sloppy time. But seeing as how this is for 2020 and Bako Bus released so far into the past, my favorite series winner goes to the more recent series from Prestige's "Compulsory Creampie Sex The Ejaculation Administrator".

The series is takes place in a near future dystopia where officers control the urges or men and punish evil doers with sex. I love this series because it has both elements of femdom and submissive sex. Our sexy officers are downright mean and demeaning towards their captives. However those haughty bitches get their comeuppance when the criminals take their revenge and fuck them back. They all end with the ladies ultimately prevailing so good triumphs over evil. But it is the changing power dynamics that makes this series so interesting to watch from scene to scene. In one scene a woman could be dominating over a guy and in the next being dominated. Some girls like Airi Suzumura are ill suited for the femdom role but that makes it much more endearing and interesting to watch and some like Mion Sonoda with dom persona fit hand in hand. The sex is never too hardcore or too rough. It is a really great series that I can recommend to anyone to hardcore fans to more mainstream/vanilla fans.

Hidden Gem Award

For this category I want to highlight lesser known actresses. Girls that people might know about. Emma Lawrence is a new debutee and foreigner with Idea Pocket that I found to be interesting to say the least with her fair skin, fluent Japanese, and long legs. Rion Izumi is a tiny petite girl that likes to star in hardcore and rough titles. But my pick for Hidden Gem goes to the cute Rio Okita as known as Aya Mamiya. Rio is a little plain but she has a girl next door appeal to her that I find so damn attractive and alluring. She also had some cute chubby cheeks and full lips with a solid body.
