Physically

Physically Mikako wasn't what I had thought she would be from her debut cover. Certainly the more covers that got out there the more you could see what she was actually like, but suffice to say I felt like I had to watch her to get a good understanding.

I found myself not liking her face all that much. Her eyes reminded me a lot of Akari Mitani's, and Akari is someone who had to grow on me over time (and it took quite a while). Maybe her eyes are too wide or too harsh or something, but I just wasn't a fan of them. Eyes are, to me, the most attractive part of a face, so I found myself not as keen on her face overall. Who knows, maybe I could come to enjoy it after some time, but definitely to start I thought it wasn't for me. She also had these unusual dimples on her upper cheeks when she smiled and I've actually never seen anything like it. Personally I found it a bit off-putting as well.

Her tits weren't anything special, I thought. They were on the smaller side and perky but that's just not my thing. I would much rather see them jiggle around and not be so stiff. I suppose at F Cup they're not exactly small but they really don't look all that big compared to the size I typically go for.

Her ass was solid, it had more of that small but perky type of size. It actually also reminded me of Akari Mitani's ass with the shape it had. I found with Mikako, it didn't always look nice but certain angles made it look good. I think a lot of that came down to inexperience in positioning herself. She just couldn't arch her back in the way pros do to make it look super nice and round.

Her body as a whole was relatively nice. Even if I had mixed opinions about other aspects, her body was slim and her limbs were a solid size, not too big or skinny.

Performing

As a performer Mikako was fairly mixed. I felt like she was capable of much more than she let on. At times you could see some glimpses of what I'd think was really good and then at other times she was painfully average.

When Mikako was performing well she was actually quite vibrant. I could really get behind the enthusiasm she brought to the table. I thought you noticed it a lot during the plot bits or the foreplay, which is something you tend to see in general out of actresses. I would say that she was better than the average debut in that department though, so she did stand out a little bit there.

When Mikako wasn't performing well it was really quite bland. There were a lot of moments where she had very little expression going on and just doing that generic sort of moaning. It's the kind that really makes you question if they're even trying. There are a lot of great ways to make moaning work but if you put zero effort into it then it's a bit of a problem. Even despite the heavy moaning and lack of expressiveness, she was still making sure to keep it up and not be too lazy. Even just putting a bit of energy into your hips can go a long way.

Video Review

Mikako plays the boss at work who enters into a forbidden relationship with one of her employees.

Mikako's performance was a mixed bag. With her being this hot boss doing something naughty you really need to see her dictate the pace. It's all about her calling the shots and having her way. When the actress just melts during sex and moans uncontrollably it really hurts that vibe. It flips the script so suddenly you're thinking that he guy is the dominant one instead of the actress. What I will say is that Mikako was always high energy. You do actually see a decent number of cases like this, where despite all the moaning and mediocre expressions the actress is composed enough to keep being vigorous, like when riding. In my mind, Mikako was good in that way where despite that moaning I was still happy enough with the overall outcome. I also found that the plot parts were done well enough to offset it a bit as well.

I thought the content was pretty decent. I liked how it progressed from them on a date and a love hotel visit to them getting frisky at the office. I'm much more in fan of going from hotel early on to the office later on because you end off on the high note of the office. I felt like the variety of scenes there was pretty good too utilizing various parts of the office as well. One major miss for the video was the lack of anything risky. I'm a huge fan of risky stuff and office sex like this really needs some sort of risk. The idea that it's broad daylight, they're out in the open, and nobody is around just doesn't sit right with me.

Career

Mikako's career is definitely a highlight for her right now. More than three dozen titles to her name, and while she started early on in the year, more than three videos a month is quite good for a debut. It gives them a lot of exposure and a lot of opportunities to star in some interesting content. I absolutely will say that Mikako had some interesting looking content and I had to actually skim through to check what I wanted to watch, something I don't often have to do with debuts (it's really easy to pick when everything's generic and you're picking the single interesting video).

One major highlight is her willingness to do lesbian. In fact, she has a lesbian strap-on performance starring Nene Tanaka, someone I think people paying attention to debuts are familiar with from last year. That kind of content goes a long way in my opinion, and Mikako is someone I think will be more adventurous in the future. I wouldn't be surprised to see her do BBC or even anal at the rate she's going.

Another major highlight is I think she has the potential to do really well in more dominant videos, ones where she very clearly has to be in charge. The dominatrix video linked above, I think absolutely she could crush that and the fact she's doing it so early on is I think a very good sign.

Verdict

Rating - C

It is unlikely I will watch them again but if the right content comes around I'm open to it.

For me the biggest thing is that I wasn't super huge on her physically. While her ass might be pretty nice if she can learn to arch her back properly, the rest of her wasn't for me. I wasn't a fan of her face or tits and it's just hard to enjoy someone who offers so little you enjoy physically. I do have high hopes for her career though, and her performing shows some glimpses of hope. Who knows, maybe in a year's time she'll become a wonderful actress like Akari Mitani, but until that happens I'd just rather watch Akari. That being said, the fact she compares closest to Akari is a good sign for her because I think quite highly of Akari these days compared to when I first watched her, and maybe the same is going to happen with Mikako. To keep up to date with Mikako, make sure to follow her on Twitter.
