Physical

Facially I thought she was just okay. Her face was a bit chubby and I found it a bit off-putting, definitely a slimmer face would have been nice. She was still okay despite that weight but she wasn't really anything special in that department.

Her boobs were not particularly nice. Sure, they were kind of big, but they were definitely that size because of her weight. Their shape was not nice and you just kind of had to accept that. In a lot of positions they didn't look nice as a result, and you could really tell.

Her ass was pretty solid. I guess that mostly came from it being a big booty than a shapely one, but certain positions/angles did it some justice. Obviously it would be a lot nicer if it was toned but it was definitely the best quality she had, by far.

Her body was not particularly nice. She's a fair bit heavy, enough that it shows all over her body. Fat rolls on her back and stomach, huge arms, and thunder thighs like you've never seen before. It's a really huge detractor for her, I think. There's a lot of difference between your average BBW JAV actress (like Hana Haruna, Chitose Saegusa, etc.) and Rio, and Rio just seems like it's one step too far in my opinion.

Performing

Rio wasn't a good performer, plain and simple. While she was fine during all of the plot parts that wasn't enough to make the performance enjoyable. All of the sex bits were very uninspiring. She would constantly moan with unpleasant facial expressions, and she definitely came off as the kind of actress giving JAV a bad reputation.

Video Review

Rio plays the in-law and goes to visit her daughter. The husband, not realizing she's visiting, mistakes her for his wife and starts having sex with her. Between Rio enjoying a strapping man banging her and him enjoying her thick body, the two keep making love over and over.

The performance from Rio was not very good. The plot gave her opportunities to act in every direction but she just always stuck to the same lane the entire time. Yeah, during the plot parts she was okay, but I find that it's difficult to be straight up bad at those. You might see the odd time or two that she was good during the sex but really the vast majority was quite bad.

The content itself wasn't half bad though. The plot itself of mistaking her for his wife was fun and lighthearted which contributing to a solid narrative. It gave them the opportunity to continue the action however they wanted, from just continuing sex to fun in the shower to creampies. All things considered, the video had a good amount of sex with a few creampies and I couldn't exactly complain about how the content came together.

Career

Rio's career has been going okay for her. She's obviously been working primarily for smaller studios, MILF studios (because they take anyone it seems), and Fitch's NIKUYOKU label (which focuses on plus-sized actresses). The fact that she's got around three videos a month is a good thing. Sure, a lot of it is generic stuff focusing on her body or MILF stuff, but anything is better than nothing. Obviously Fitch's NIKUYOKU label embellishes on the covers a bit as Fitch is known to do, so perhaps some earlier popularity was based somewhat on that bamboozle.

The highlight is definitely her anal video. It's not too surprising to see b-tier actresses like her do that kind of stuff but I think it's a good career decision. People like myself who see a lot of mediocrity in them get a little more mileage out of them. Especially for someone like Rio who's biggest asset is her ass, anal is definitely a great idea.

Verdict

It is unlikely I will ever watch her again and I won't be paying any attention to them.

All things considered I think I'm quite unlikely to watch Rio again. I knew she was going to be a bit heavy coming into it but she turned out to be quite a bit heavier than I had expected. It manifesting all over her body, from her arms to her face was quite off-putting. There are miles better actresses out there if you want anything she has to offer, from big tits to a big booty to someone a little bit heavy. I generally don't like saying actresses should lose a few pounds but for Rio I think she should. If her chub didn't manifest in such unflattering ways and she did some squats she might actually have a pretty enjoyable body. Like, there's a world where she does look the way she's photoshopped to look like on her debut cover, and in that world she would be worth watching. It's probably quite unlikely she gets there but hey, you never know.
