2023 Debut Review - Mei Itsukaichi

Mei Itsukaichi is someone who was on my radar last year but I elected not to watch because of her fake boobs. I'm sure I've said it before but mediocre fake boobs don't do it for me and with so many debuts I set my sights elsewhere. Coming back in 2024 to watch debuts I often look for any that stand out and Mei has done exactly that. The number of quality videos she's been getting is insanely high, enough that I couldn't help myself when one in my favourite series came around.

Facially I thought she was nice. A pretty typical early debut with some plastic feel to her but still pretty. Long eyelashes, the huge bangs under her eyes, and rosy cheeks, but still fairly pretty. I thought she looked better when being more natural in the video so the times she intentionally smiled for the camera weren't quite that nice.

Mei's boobs were not as bad as I had feared to be honest. I come into actresses with fake tits expecting the worst like Mina Kitano or Eimi Fukada; Mei's weren't really that bad. The shape wasn't too off-putting and despite only being D cup they looked to be a bit bigger than that. They were very firm, too much for me to be a happy camper, but there was still a slight jiggle you could see. The biggest thing was just that they didn't look like bolt-ons or have any strange shape to make them jarring to look at. I mean sure, they were definitely a bit rounder, especially on her back, but again it was to a manageable level.

Mei's ass was pretty enjoyable. It might not have been the biggest or the curviest but it had fat in the right places to make it jiggle around quite nicely. Sometimes it looked to be a little more on the smaller, tighter side, and other times it looked to be quite meaty. I also found myself enjoying the stretch marks that emphasized the size. I don't quite think she's at the level of the best from 2023 but she's honestly not far off, and I could see her being a top 5 ass from the debut class.

Mei's body seemed pretty nice. Slender figure, limbs not too lanky, generally free of blemishes. She had a lot of beauty marks right around her pussy that you noticed, and while I wouldn't say it was unpleasant you noticed them more because of her being clean shaven.

Mei's paizuri was quite bad. The fact that her boobs were as stiff as they were and on the smaller side she just wasn't well equipped for it. You could see it being half a handjob the way you might expect and it's an instant fail for me when it's this bad. The facial expressions and enthusiasms were pretty solid during it but the actual technique and quality of the paizuri itself was not good.

Mei's facial expressions were quite weak throughout most of the video. There were times where it was not half bad but a lot of the time she could barely smile properly. She had this problem that some actresses have where smiling does not come natural to them (Miyu Kiyohara is one such example). You can see how it compares to her paizuri that looked far better and just how awkward it looked.

Mei Itsukaichi's sister has a new boyfriend and oh boy is he crazy about having sex, so much so that his girlfriend isn't enough and he sets his sights on Mei as well. After their first time the rest is history and the two of them are going at it doing everything they can to avoid getting caught.

I came into this video expecting a normal GES video and was a bit disappointed. The plot was actually quite different from usual with Mei sort of half teasing him while not really being into it. It was simply strange and didn't really flow well. Later scenes didn't really help and there was so much done poorly compared to normal. Scenes that didn't have the sister around to encourage the riskiness allowed Mei to be quite noisy. Her performance really fell short a lot of the time, paizuri not particularly strong or facial expressions not quite there. Even the sister was about as nice as Mei which was awkward because why would you cheat on her with Mei. I mean sure Mei is hot and a popular actress but wow was the sister nice, perhaps the nicest I've ever seen in GES, and especially with Mei's tits being on the smaller side for this series it was just odd. It was certainly one of the weakest GES I've come across and one I would not recommend.

Mei's career has been absolutely incredible so far. She got to a lesbian film in under a year and has had a ton of great films whether I look at narratives or themes. She's done all sorts of stuff you expect the most popular actresses to do, like image videos for Rebecca or even starring in Wanz Factory's 10 Minute series. I think part of that comes from Mei's appearance being right on this line between younger and older sister so she has a wide range of things she can play. I wouldn't cast her for a mature woman theme but if she played the older sister like in the video I reviewed or the younger sister in say Honnaka's version I wouldn't be upset. Mei could perhaps do a bit better if she was starring a bit more in some of these mega group videos, like maybe the Moodyz bus tour. It feels like right now they're hyper focused on letting her take a spotlight and I think getting a bit more reach from fan crossover would be good.

The video I watched came just under a year after her debut so I have a pretty good idea of what kind of performer she will be. Unfortunately that means I don't feel strongly about her ability to improve, and her skills right now are definitely below average. That being said her physical qualities are pretty good. Sure, I'm not overly fond of her tits, but they're not a sour spot that will make me shy away from her like some others. I could certainly see myself watching her again, especially with all these more interesting films she has. Part of me wants to wait to see if she can improve and then that little voice in the back of my head tells me it's a stupid waste of my time as she's already gotten to be as good as she'll be. Feels like I'll give her a second chance, write her off, and then watch her once or twice a year when there's a down month or a particularly spicy video. She's definitely not among my favourite debuts but she's pretty enough and generally enjoyable enough to draw some additional watches.
