2023 JAV Debut Roundup - Part 2

Hey guys, Oppaira here with another roundup. As you're undoubtedly aware I've been posting 2023 debuts for the past week. As usual I check out a few of them in the next year just to make sure I haven't missed out on anyone. Sometimes it's really hard to tell who will shine or I skip a few late debuts to give them a chance to get a bit more comfortable first. Either way I like making sure no one gets left behind and this is the chance to do it. Let's see how this group stacked up.

First up we can see how this group of 7 stacked up. No S or A tier debuts paints a pretty clear picture that there was nobody that really stood out this time around. B tier is a tier where I'm pretty confident I will watch them again, and more than half of them I do watch again. So I do feel good about the three in B tier that I'll be watching them again. Even for Fumino Satsuki in C tier there's always that back of my mind "I watch so much from Madonna I'll probably watch her too". The rest, who really knows.

Facially I found Yuka to be the nicest. Normally I wouldn't be saying that someone who appears younger like this is my pick but there was just something about Yuka. I think it was this sort of cross between her being a bit more plain or girl next door vibe she had. She's no Erika Ichigo or Rei Kimura like I picked in my full review batch but she was still fairly pretty.

Considering that this time around I watched quite a few less busty actresses it should surprise absolutely nobody that an actress with 90I cup tits is the one I picked. Yuko's tits weren't that nice though for their size, I think her frame being a lot bigger just happened to make it very mid. Usually I would be very surprised that 90I is not good but unfortunately that's how it shaped up. And in the grand scheme of things I could pick at least a dozen actresses I reviewed that have nicer tits, if not more.

Mei had my favourite ass no doubt about it. It was quite nicely sized for her body with not just good curve but an insane jiggle. Sure, it wasn't quite as wide as Rion Hiiragi's or as voluptuous as Yuri Manase's but I was quite happy with it, and I think overall she might legitimately compete for one of the top spots of the year.

While in my original roundup I picked some toned bodies from Non Miharu and Sayaka Nito, I find I often prefer someone just a little bit less toned. Not someone out of shape but someone with just a hint of baby fat. The kind of "you're still in great shape but don't look like you tried hard" sort of vibe. Yuka had that down pat and every time I glanced at her I was quite impressed and enjoying myself.

Reno Kiyomi was the best performer. I will say that I found it a close race between both Reno and Uta but ultimately I settled on Reno. They were pretty comparable in the two core things (deepthroating and squirting) but I think Reno showed more character moments than Uta. Her ability to create interesting facial expressions made it seem just a lot more engaging. I think anyone other than them two would be a travesty of a selection for best performer

Reno Kiyomi's video was unsurprisingly the best. Go look at my top 10 videos of 2023 and you'll find Waka Misono's version of the same video. It was awfully close to say which was the best and if Reno is releasing a video that good then you can safely expect her to be way up here with the best video. It should generally not be that surprising that the best performer had the best video, since I'm using performance in ratings but generally not physical qualities.

Saki Sasaki was unfortunately the one I'm least likely to watch again. I understand why people like her but she was just a little bit too stoic for me. I find the more and more I watch the more I need just a little bit of something from actresses. Saki wasn't a mute like, say Hikaru Nagi, but her expressions were just as devoid of life. I just couldn't sit there enjoying her blowjobs as much as I ought to have when she had those blank expressions on her face. That's all on top of the fact that for someone who's favourite term is big titty milf, Saki is pretty close to the opposite side of the spectrum. Maybe Uta is just as close but at least Uta decided to deepthroat and squirt the way Saki could not.

I think to some degree as well it matters where Saki debuted. If I look at recent nurse videos from Idea Pocket, Saki's was a step down from Sayaka Nanjo or Rio Asahi, two from last year. Or even if I look at this year, IP has a larger cast of promising debuts (read: big tits that I will enjoy), it's just hard to see faith in me watching Saki. She was the only one who got a natural D this time around and I feel pretty confident that will hold (aka I will not watch her again).

Mei Itsukaichi might surprise a few people here but I think overall when I look at actresses I have to look at their careers. Mei Itsukaichi has a very strong career right now and getting such great opportunities is leading to a strong desire to watch her. I can see plenty of videos where I look and go "I would watch that". There are certainly times where I don't watch with the reason being "because I've never seen them before". There are far more Mei Itsukaichi videos I would watch than anyone else on the list and it's only a matter of time before I cave and watch her again or I go back and watch one of these that are already out in the wild.

There's just something about her overall that resonates with me despite clear indicators she's not my type of actress. Maybe this is one of them character building moments. But seriously she was fairly pretty and just had a lot of physical qualities come across decently. I somewhat don't expect much from S1 because, well, things are going to be bland, but I was surprised at how much I could enjoy her physically. When I look at S1 I see a roster stacked with busty actress after busty actress, with several more I still need to watch, but I also concede that some of the lesser actresses are ones I enjoy. There are definitely bustier than miru and yet I enjoy her. And of course, let's not forget the fact that the dark horse pick is someone I don't have the strongest opinion of now but I feel like has a chance to surprise me, and Yuka I think could.

This is the final list of my initial rankings. We'll see in a few weeks when I do the one year mark roundup where exactly they all landed after the fact but this is the initial tier at least. We can see that even though none of this batch of debuts ended up in S or A, we still overall had a dozen that did. I think that goes to show how I'm doing a pretty good job with my selections during the year. The fact that nobody remarkable was left behind is a good sign.
