Take the already excellent technical set-up, excellent acting and stunning sexual performance of the first film recommended in this toplist, and to add an actually engaging narrative - the result will be this very film, gentlemen. Made by Studio Royal, which we've been seeing more and more often on the pages of this blog in recent times, and starring the magnificent Luna Tsukino, this film adds to the previous one the peculiarity that the nurse in question, hungry for cock like few, is actively looking for scared and insecure virgins to devour and lead astray. An extremely captivating prospect, which - combined with the actress' mastery in knowing how to put at ease with her dazzling forms - ends up giving us very strong and high emotions, one after the other, in numerous sequences of unbridled sex as we like them. The sex scenes are fantastic and great merit must be given to Luna Tsukino, whose modest body with the typical shapes of Japanese women enhances, even more, the immersion in the film, and her sweet and sincere face excited and horny me as never before. Let's make things even more interesting. I present to you a title that is certainly not recent, and in fact some of you may have already seen some time ago: it is a special of S1 NO.1 STYLE, shot and produced on the occasion of their fifteenth anniversary. It's a charismatic film that has found good success with the audience, especially because of its wide target audience and the excellent performances of the three leading actresses, namely Minami Kojima, Yura Kano and Miru Sakamichi. An electric trio, I dare say, that will keep the viewer glued for the entire two and a half hours of the film. Despite the fact that the narrative presents the viewer with numerous contexts, and therefore not only the classic hospital and the simple nurses' uniforms, the latter represent the main focus of the production, and the one on which the studio has concentrated most. The sluggish and uninteresting narrative framework is well complemented by a cocktail of fantastic sex scenes, made so thanks to the talent and skills of the actresses. I found the male cast to be adequate and equal to the female cast: many men with different physiognomies and body types were chosen to accompany the three beautiful nurses in this erotic adventure, which managed to surprise me despite the film's long duration. Personally, I preferred Yura Kano's performance, but those of the other two actresses are definitely not less. The wide variety of cast available and the natural predisposition of the three lead actresses for both the hospital setting and the fantastic nurse uniforms they constantly wear is definitely the biggest plus that the production studio put on the table. The best scenes are, in my opinion, the cumshots on the actresses while they are lying on hospital beds. Extremely seductive, I tell you. It's a film definitely worth a look!

Also, under a technical profile absolutely nothing to report: once again, Wanz Factory does a great job on lighting, direction and photography. Finally, the sex scenes are really hallucinating. Having these four boobs in your face for half the film is something ecstatic, and the doctor and nurse uniforms, as well as the whole setting and context were, for me, reason enough to watch again at least a couple of times this little masterpiece. This is definitely a film that any of you could enjoy, so give it a look!

As people who constantly follow my articles on this blog know very well, the last entry of my toplists is generally reserved for a JAV that, in my opinion, I believe represents an intermediate point between all the best qualities of the movies previously recommended in the same list.
