BREAKING: Hono Wakana RETIRES, Alice Nanase's Agency Outburst, MOODYZ Clones Waka Misono

Here's a rundown of some of the top stories we had our eyes on in April
Hono Wakana Sets Eyes On A December Exit
Wakana Hono just went online on April 15th to announce that she will retire by the end of this year and will also leave her agency, LIGHT Promotions. She said, "I will retire from AV acting on December 31, 2025, and leave her agency LIGHT. I once announced my retirement and then retracted it, causing a fuss, but this time I will not retract it."
Debuted in 2018 with SOD's Kimihore but soon left her exclusive position in 2019 to become a freelance actress stunned her followers with the announcement that she will officially retire from JAV on December 31st, 2025, while also parting ways with her current agency, LIGHT. For those who have followed her seven-year journey, with its ups, downs, name changes, and near-goodbyes, this feels like the real deal.
But if this announcement sounds familiar, you're not wrong. Those who have stuck with her will remember that Wakana, back when she went by her former name Hono Wakamiya, had previously announced her retirement in August 2021, only to take a U-turn on her decision a few months later. Back then, she had announced via her YouTube channel that she had chosen to withdraw her decision, citing the hope that the reorganization of the agency would help her achieve her goals. However, she did not stay for long and switched to a new agency, AllPro, the following year...
So naturally, fans will be skeptical this time around but Honoka was quick to shut them down.
“This time, it’s real,” she wrote, and it is pretty evident from her tone that she doesn’t want to repeat the past. And honestly, she doesn't have to convince us. After seven years, three agencies, multiple rebrands, and a career that has weathered boycotts, industry politics, and internet fame, it’s not hard to believe that Wakana is ready to move on.
“I want to think slowly about what comes next,” she added, without rushing into outcomes.
Despite the retirement date set at year’s end, Wakana made one thing clear: she’s not done just yet.
Wakana told fans that she will continue working in the JAV industry through the remainder of the year, saying she’s willing to collaborate with any producers who still want to shoot with her. So fans can expect to see some fresh Hono Wakana content dropping well into late 2025 — and possibly even into early 2026
There’s a piece of good news for fans as well, as she’s keeping things a bit more open-ended, saying only that she’ll “try her best” to hold some in-person fan meets before she ceases filming. So if you've been holding out hope for a couple of selfies with this baddie, this might be your last chance as she mentioned, "It will be about seven months, but I will continue to work hard for the rest of the time, so I would be happy if you would watch over Wakana Hono until the end I plan to continue filming until December! I will also create as many events as possible where we can meet!"

Let us rewind to her debut tracing it back to 2018 when she entered the scene under the SOD Group’s Kimihore label, fresh-faced, radiant, and packing an unforgettable H-cup bust that made an instant impression. Standing at 164 cm, with a charming, almost girl-next-door sweetness, she carved out her niche in a crowded industry almost overnight.
But what few fans knew at the time was that Wakana originally joined the industry as a part-time gig; she wasn’t aware that a run-of-the-mill experiment quickly snowballed when, the day after her first release went public, a former classmate recognized her. In addition, she thought this line of work was exciting. So after she had prepared herself mentally, that "if one person knows that I'm an AV actress, many people will know about it," she decided to give it a try and started posting on SNS. After leaving her exclusive job, she also worked hard in this line of work as a freelance actress.
However, her journey hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing. Over the years, she has transferred through three agencies: Alive, AllPro, and finally LIGHT.
Her first retirement attempt came while she was still with ALive, amid reports of internal struggles. Just months later, she re-emerged with a renewed sense of purpose — but her switch to AllPro in 2022 was shadowed by industry tension, particularly surrounding a poaching scandal that ignited a cold war between agencies and led others to boycott her agency. It was this climate of backstage drama that likely prompted her next jump, this time to LIGHT.
On May 7, 2024, she mentioned on X that she had transferred to LIGHT, and at the same time, her name was changed to Wakana Hono.
Despite the turbulence, she remained prolific, even venturing into freelance work between exclusives.
As I mentioned, she has not announced a pivot to a new career, launched a brand, or started a YouTube channel (yet). Instead, she’s choosing space to reflect, to breathe, and perhaps to figure out who she is outside of JAV.
And maybe that’s the most powerful move of all.
Fans may never know the full story — but perhaps they don’t need to. What matters is that for seven years, Wakana gave us her best: such amazing JAVs, and a smile to die for. That signature sweet-but-sexy expression, paired with her full, irresistible curves, has been the quiet comfort to many during lonely nights and cold seasons.
So here’s to Wakana Hono 🥂, the student-turned-starlet who wasn’t supposed to stick around, but did. Thank you, Wakana. Wishing you a beautiful next chapter, wherever it takes you.
MOODYZ Rakes In Waka Misono As Part Of The I ❤️ Moodyz Campaign
Waka Misono put an end to the rumors by officially signing an exclusive contract with MOODYZ, and her next JAV with the studio is grabbing attention for all the right reasons.
Moodyz had earlier launched a campaign, “I ❤ MOODYZ”, pledging to onboard some of the top talents from the industry. And, since then, fans have been eager to know which actresses would join the powerhouse roster. MOODYZ has gone all in to secure the top crop, offering them full creative backing, high-budget productions, and skyrocketing their careers to the top. In an attempt to do so, it has bagged one of the hottest talents in JAV right now.
No points for guessing, it is none other than the busty Waka Misono!
MOODYZ had announced via its official X (formerly Twitter) handle that Misono is the second actress to be locked in under this exclusive deal. For fans of the 26-year-old, this is good enough news as she has been freelancing all this time.
Now let’s get down to her debut work.
As you can easily make from the title "Myself VS Harem Slut: Near Future Clone co-starring Waka Misono This is perhaps a futuristic take on JAV, integrating a Waka's CGI clone as a character in the plot.
Not just that, MOODYZ is taking it a step further with this release, it comes with an entirely new code 'MNGS', which could be their foray into experimental themes. And this isn’t just a marketing gimmick, MOODYZ has reportedly assembled a fresh production team, built from scratch to handle all this.
It’s MOODYZ's way of saying, “We’re entering a new era and Waka Misono is leading the charge.”
Wonder what the noise is all about?
Well, the JAV is a sci-fi fantasy that pairs the 26-year-old with a cloned version of herself.
And how did they pull it off? Let’s say the studio employed an actress with strikingly similar features to Misono, and then slapped a CGI model on top of her face to turn her into a digital doppelgänger. The result? Two Wakas, one real, one created with computer graphics, battling it out in a neon-lit near-future setting for the…nut milk of a very lucky male co-star.
From the preview stills alone, one could dissect the subtle differences: the clone has slightly darker skin, and as eagle-eyed viewers have noticed, the areola color doesn’t quite match Waka's. These small inconsistencies have only fueled speculation on the true identity of the body double behind the cloned version.
My theory? Yumi Shion. The resemblance is close, but I’ll let our readers take a wild guess in the comments down below.
To be honest, this JAV might seem a little gimmicky at first with all the CGI stuff, but MOODYZ made sure it to be a viewer's treat. Fans might be soaked with both actresses squirting nonstop in the trailer.
Bagging this exclusive contract is a clear upgrade for Waka Misono. While she’s already built a decent fan following through her looks and consistent JAV releases, this deal alone might turn her from a “fan favorite” to an “industry icon.”
MOODYZ doesn’t hand out exclusives lightly. These deals often include top-tier promotion, higher production budgets, and strategic collaborations with big-name directors and performers. This also suggests that the studio sees Misono as a long-term investment, capable of setting the bar high.
This partnership with MOODYZ opens a lot of doors for the 26-year-old. Sources close to the studio hint that this isn’t a one-off thing; MOODYZ would certainly pitch her as their poster girl in the near future.
And while the integration of computer graphics is like walking on hot coal now, Misono’s JAV seems to have struck a balance using tech as a playful narrative device rather than a full-on replacement. That nuance may be exactly what gives this JAV its uniqueness.
So, where does this leave Waka Misono? In the perfect position to dominate 2025 and beyond!
Between her exclusive contract, her headline-grabbing JAV, and her willingness to dive into experimental territory, Waka is no longer just another pretty face in a crowded industry. She's MOODYZ’s next big thing, and judging by the hype, the studio has made a very smart bet, it seems.
Did Alice Nanase Just Lash Out At Her Agency On YouTube?
For the unversed, Alice Nanase casually dropped the bombshell on X (formerly Twitter), “I quit my job and am going on a trip.” It sounded almost too direct. No emojis. No explanation. Just a clean break. But there’s more to the story than meets the eye. Behind a tweet is a storm that had been brewing for weeks, and it’s far more dramatic.
So, without further ado, let us dive in!
Alice had a jam-packed schedule with fans eagerly awaiting updates on her highly anticipated fundraising photoshoot. Yet, despite the funds raised and interest piqued, the details of the shoot remained under wraps.

And then she went radio silent for a while. Alice locked up her SNS, shut down communications, and just like that vanished into thin air. For many, it felt like an involuntary exit. This resignation and locking the social media is probably a sign of leaving in anger. Now, a recent video by the actress suggests it very well might have been.
This week, a video surfaced of Alice explaining her side of the story. And it seems as if a fiery quarrel with her talent agent led to this abrupt decision. According to her statement, Nanase had long been dissatisfied with how the agency, ACT, was managing her. Her project workload was being handled by two agents, but it was clear one bore the brunt, taking on 80% of the responsibility. The agent assigned to Nanase by the agency was very efficient but had a bit of a bad temper. And as you might’ve guessed, it didn’t take long for tensions to explode.
Feeling cornered and disrespected, Alice allegedly demanded her release from the agency. And it happened so that she was done, both professionally and personally. But for her agency, ACT, losing Nanase was never an option. After all, she’s one of their brightest stars, raking in fat checks for the agency, with the potential to break out into the international scene. ACT’s top brass reportedly scrambled to patch things up behind the scenes, urgent calls, closed-door meetings, and, yes, an early morning strategy session with Alice herself.
So what’s the outcome of all this? There is still hope!
Alice has since been back on SNS and even posted a friendly greeting to fans! In her video, while she didn’t confirm a full return to the agency, she did hint at re-engaging with a potential of things working out well for both parties. Perhaps most telling of all: her agency put out a statement the next morning, hashing out the finer details of the photo album shoot. Could this be the green flag from ACT, her agency, that’ll keep her in the mix?
Whatever happens next, there is absolutely no denying that not all that glitters is gold in JAV. And we’ll be watching it closely. So, stay tuned, this story is far from over.
This 24-Year-Old JAV Hottie's Plight Will Leave You Heartbroken, Pleads For Work Online
JAV fans are no stranger to shock value, but even seasoned fans did a double-take this week when the pixie-haired cutie Asumi Mirai put out a cry for help on her personal X (formerly Twitter) page.
“24 years old! Unemployed! Who can hire me?” she wrote, "Everyone has a different idea of attractive appearance. But I believe that I have a pretty good figure, and my personality is not too bad."
Seems more like a manifestation of low self-esteem or a feeling of depression that has erupted after a long period of unemployment.
Fans of the actress couldn’t decide whether it was a joke or a genuine cry for help.
Asumi is famous for her slender waist, full G-cup tits, and bringing that kawaii charm to her on-camera presence that’s helped her bag some good JAVs in the past, Asumi hardly seems like someone who should be struggling. Her recent releases, including the top-selling SIRO-5314, which dominated the rankings for three days straight, suggest a performer still in high demand.
This made me curious as to why the desperate tone? Why the sudden confession? When I digged a little deeper, the whole picture began to shift.
It happens that Asumi Mirai currently has no management company representing her. That’s right, no agents, no one lining up her next gig. Without agency backing, her ability to land roles has come to a halt, and according to insiders, she’s not actively pursuing new filming opportunities either.
In this highly competitive industry, that kind of pause can feel like a free fall.
Her tweet got her fans concerned, and honestly, the added mental toll of being unemployed in a business that trades so heavily on visibility and desirability is second to none.
“She still looks amazing,” one fan commented, echoing the general confusion. “What happened behind the scenes?”
Well, something certainly did. And yet, Mirai seems to be holding up. In the same breath as her sultry desperation, she teased something bigger, bolder soon: “2026 will be my year,” she wrote, urging fans to wait for her comeback.
But will her fans wait that long? As glamorous as it may appear, the JAV industry is notoriously fickle. There’s an influx of new faces every day, and former stars can fade quickly without the right machine backing them. And in an industry that demands visibility, being on the sidelines can have a negative impact.
About time we find out what she has in store for her fans.
