BREAKING: Is Riasu Mizutani PREGNANT? MOODYZ Latest Campaign Is A Bummer & SOD Just Went Through A Massive Overhaul!

March Madness begins with some of the top stories we'd our eyes on this week!
Yes Riasu Mizutani Is Pregnant & We've The Deets!
Just when the dust had settled on Anna Kami’s surprise marriage announcement, the JAV industry decided to surprise us with another equally exciting announcement: Riasu Mizutani, who’s often found trending on JAV Twitter for her tweets, is pregnant!
Yes, you read that right. She revealed in the latest book featuring her "Highly Educated AV Actresses" that she is about to give birth. As the title suggests, the author did some research interviewing several highly educated JAV actresses. Fans could expect features from Kaho Shibuya, Ai Kanno & Rena Momozono in this latest release.
Forget Anna Kami’s wedding bells; now it’s all about the sound of Riasu’s baby crying, lol!
So, this girl who had decided to come back from the United States after pursuing a degree at a prestigious American university decided to act in JAVs all of a sudden. You know she has always been the outcast. Now, she is mentioned in a newly released book featuring tell-all interviews of some of the top names in the game. Like I said, the book features Kaho Shibuya, Kanno Ai, and Momozono Rena, and more or less delves into their motivations, experiences, and their unique take on the industry. But what has caught the eyes of her fans is certainly the explosive revelation that she is pregnant.
"If you have read "Highly Educated AV Actresses," you may already know, but I'm pregnant! That Mizutani Riasu! What a surprise! Actually, I'm due to give birth in about a week." she declared over on her X, signaling to her fans that she is about to embark on a journey of parenthood.
She went on to thank her peers for supporting her throughout the pregnancy, "I'm very blessed to have experienced pregnancy and childbirth as a human female and to be able to experience the upcoming big project called human development support. I can't help but look forward to the days to come, which will be full of unknown experiences and learning for me. I've been able to get through the anxious times with the support of my peers, good friends, and reliable seniors. I'm sure I'll continue to be helped by many seniors and experts."
However, the details surrounding the pregnancy remain shrouded as usual. For the time being, she has chosen to keep the baby daddy's identity private while remaining tight-lipped about the nature of her relationship. Only adding that “being pregnant and giving birth was a great memory," sources reveal. "After going through the uneasy period, she was looking forward to the upcoming new life and the days of becoming a new parent..."
This cloud of secrecy has, of course, ignited a firestorm of speculation. Who is the baby's daddy? Is he from within the industry? Or is he an outsider, a mystery man who has swept the intellectual starlet off her feet? The questions are swirling, and the gossip mill is working overtime.
But the real question on her fans' minds must be the implications this pregnancy might have on Riasu's career. To be honest, most fans are already cheering for her return to the screen with a lactation-themed JAV for her comeback shoot. But I guess she had an answer to that as well: "I've been thinking that I should tell everyone why I took a break from AV filming, so I've been saving this for about nine months."
But fans have got to wait, as she had already ceased filming JAVs in anticipation of an impending pregnancy, the exact timeline of her comeback remains under the wraps Her last JAV, released in December last year, reveals a noticeably flat stomach on the cover, suggesting that her pregnancy was in its early stages at the time. Her absence from this year's releases further supports the theory that she has been focusing on her pregnancy, or it could be a marketing gimmick to promote her new JAVs.
The likelihood of a maternity JAV, however, seems slim. Given the final stages of her pregnancy, it's unlikely that such a JAV could be filmed within said time. But that doesn’t wipe out the possibilities of a lactating JAV lol. But before that, she'll be taking a long break, as mentioned: "No matter how advanced modern medicine has become, childbirth is something you never know what will happen, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to let everyone know that I'm healthy and excited. I'll let you know again when the baby is born safely! I'm taking a break from social media for a little while, but I'll be back soon."
Despite her fascinating background, Riasu’s career within the JAV industry has remained relatively low-profile. Yet, her pregnancy announcement has catapulted her back into the spotlight, not that she isn’t always trending with her candid tweets on X.
"I am really surprised to be able to post about her again, especially the news that she is about to give birth with a big belly," one commentator remarked, capturing the collective sense of astonishment.
Regardless of the wait or the possibility of her giving birth, our platform extends well-wishes to the actress: "Congratulations to her, blessings to her, and hope that she will be safe during the birth."
MOODYZ 2025 Sales Campaign Is A Bummer, As Renowned Faces Choose To Drop Out!
JAV studio Moodyz is back with the 2025 edition of its annual sale campaign with some never-before-seen discounts, bonus content, and actress exclusive auctions! But among all this sales extravaganza, what caught my eyes was a handful of Moodyz's "banner girls" missing from this year's campaign
In total, ten known faces graced the campaign's promotional materials, a seemingly respectable figure unless one considers Moodyz's expansive roster. First up, we’ve Arina Arata, set to retire this year, standing center stage, flanked by Mia Nanazawa and Mio Ishikawa. The second row features Rena Miyashita, Unpai, Nana Yagi, Himari, Rikka Ono, Nozomi Ishihara, and Aoi Ibuki. But again, that brings me back to my question: why only ten JAV actresses?
Given the fact that Moodys is an industry biggie and boasts of a vast roster of exclusive talent. It is somewhat strange that they chose to feature a mere ten actresses. Some actresses might feel sidelined by the studio’s action.
It could be that some actresses did not have time to get on board, but the fact that only 10 actresses were used means that the film company did not intend to pick too many from the beginning. Buttheye chose actresses like Unp, ai who doesn’t bring much experience to the table, but I guess the level of clout she commands had the Moodyz bosses pick her.
,
Then some actresses with average popularity in the industry, not particularly good buying power, and less than a year of experience are not considered as well. Moodyz took a calculated approach with this, a focus on maximizing the campaign's impact by featuring only the most bankable talent. But how come they left off famous names like Nao Jinguji? Could it be that internal politics is at play?
Among those not in presence, Mitsuki Momota's situation is perhaps the most easily explained. When the promotional event was planned, she was dealing with the transfer of her agency. So perhaps the studio decided to refrain from approaching her. Momota's exclusion appears to be a matter of circumstance.
Sakura Miura’s absence, however, is more perplexing. It has been the case that her participation in promotional activities has never been high. It's not because there is no salary for such activities but because she has to cooperate with a series of plans, including photo shoots, online chat rooms, and private property auctions. She is not that fond of showing up in public or auctioning private property; maybe that's why she didn't participate in this event.
But Moodyz fumbling Fumika Nakayama and Yoru Tsukumo is not something I’d expect from the studio. Did you guys decide to pick Unpai over these two? For the unversed, both of them are very ambitious actresses and have recently been invited to overseas activities. Why would they be skipped? It is something out of my comprehension.
Finally, there's Mia Nanazawa. 10 people were participating in the event, but Nanasawa Mia was missing from the promotional pics. I mean, what was Moodyz even thinking?
Besides a few actresses, the campaign seems like a flop to me already. But as fans, Moodyz has a lot in store for you guys till March 31st, so make sure to check out the campaign.
Honoka Saitou Is The Latest To Leave SOD, Possibly Fueling Retirement Rumors
SOD has just lost one of its upcoming stars. Right! So the 24-year-old Honoka, who burst into the scene in 2023, has announced her "graduation" from the studio’s exclusive contract, opting for a freelance career. But do you guys think she has a comfortable portfolio of JAVs to showcase her skills to land more gigs?
For the unversed, Honoka's departure comes less than two years after her debut. By her tweet, readers could make out the fact that she is trying to maintain a cheerful facade, expressing gratitude for her fans and collaborators. She insists that "I am not sad that I will be working as a project-only actress," but of course, there’s more to the story.
Furthermore, in her statement, she vows to exercise her creative freedom to the max. "I hope you will look forward to being able to deliver works in an even wider range of genres to you all!" But is this a genuine desire for creative exploration, or is she just doing it to get some views & likes on her tweet?

I mean, there have been ongoing rumors that Honoka’s dissatisfied with her treatment at SODsta,r and it could be that she has received a more lucrative offer from another major stud.o? So she’s just putting up this act to deviate her fans? I guess not. It’s more likely that she is simply seeking a less demanding schedule, and a way to maintain her career while pursuing other interests could be in the cards as well.
The timing of her announcement coincides with her March release, which, in a was, suggests a carefully planned transition. So readers can rest assured that this isn't a spur-of-the-moment decision; it's a something she’d thought from before and she wants your help to stay relevant as Honoka mentioned, "Please search for 'Saito Honoka'!" she implores, a clear indication that she intends to remain a prominent figure in the industry.
But the question looms large on whether the timing of her exit from SOD is right? Abandoning the security that comes with an exclusive contract for the uncertainty of project-based wor:, is it worth the risk? I’d not like to think so, but you guys can convince me in the comments.
Honoka's farewell message was a tease on what to expect from her shortly. "From now on, I will do my best to deliver lots of erotica to you all as the new Saito Honoka," she proclaimed.
Only time will tell if Honoka will thrive in her new role or if the departure from SODstar will mark the beginning of her career’s downfall. Rumors have already begun that this is a silent move towards retirement. Only you guys can decide in the comments below.
SOD Just Went Through Its Biggest Makeover In Years, But What's With The Missing Actresses?
JAV studio SODstar got a brand new makeover at the beginning of this month. From the promotional graphics, we assume that it was less of a rebranding and more of a full-blown identity overhaul. Gone are those days when the studio was recognised by a vibrant yellow log; now it’s replaced by a stark, enigmatic black, punctuated by a rainbow star – a color scheme that's as intriguing as it is cryptic. "New attraction, new challenge," proclaims the studio, but if you were to take my word for it, it suggests an entirely different narrative unfolding behind the scenes.
This brand identity was unveiled on March 1st and has been successful in capturing the attention of a significant number of fans. For the unversed, there’s a new website, new identity and new images have been released by SOD and of course there will be some notable information. But discerning eyes have noticed the glaring absences in the studio's star-studded lineup.
What caught my eyes, though, was the official roster photo. SOD has very subtly curated a display of its talents arranged chronologically, with veterans like Mana Sakura and Yuna Ogura front and center, while the rookies who just recently debuted occuping the final row. But since it’s a group photo, there will be some missing faces, and that’ll pave the way for more rumors.
Honoka Saitou, whom I mentioned earlier, was the latest to exit the studio on the very day of the rebranding, which justifies the explanation for her absence. "Graduated from SOD STAR and will be a freelance actress," the official statement declares.
Then there's MION, whose absence has been the talk of town lately. But it seems that this girl is currently changing agencies and cannot use the stage name MION, as per sources. But how much truth is to this statement or is SOD just trying to cover things up in thein way. There is surely some uncertainty surrounding MION, and we’d like to believe it’s not that bad.
Lastl,y and what’s more perplexi, ng is the case of Ten Ayase. Even SOD has no explanation for her absence. I am currently not sure if Ten Ayase is still with SOD or not? Chances are she could’ve retired, but what do you guys think?, Let us know in the comments section below.
SOD's official statement on the rebranded identity
The absence of these three stars surely casts a shadow over SODstar's rebranding. But chances are by not including these actresses, SOD is in a way signalling that it might’ve severed ties with these three and fans might’ve to do with the fact of having just the actresses photographed in official roster in its new era.
But wait a second, there are perhaps 2 'coming soon' photos in the new lineup. Could these be replacements for Honoka, MION, and Ayase? Or could it be MION and Ayase returning in disguise? Only time will tell.
The rebranding and the color scheme with its stark black aesthetic and jolly rainbow star, suggests a more edgy experimental approach that SOD might want to take with its JAVs ishortlygiven how saturated the JAV market is. Let’s see if we get to see some some edgy or experimental JAVs by SOD shortly.
