Guess who’s back? Meguri-san! Recall how I broke the news first back in February when she hinted at a comeback while at the Taiwan Adult Expo. But at this point, it has more or less become common for her to come back, shoot a few JAVs, and disappear for a while in a few months but that's not denying the fact that her absence has been sorely felt.

As per sources, the plans for Meguri's comeback began to take shape at the end of 2023, and with Madonna being on a spree to retrieve former actresses from retirement, be it Yuna Shiina or Rena Fukiishi, it all feels like we’ve zapped back to ten years from now. Apparently, Madonna reached out to Meguri’s agency to express interest in her return. The idea resonated with both parties, and she was eager to make a comeback. More likely it was because of the kind of work that Madonna wanted to shoot.

Earlier, she expressed regret over not being able to entertain her fans all this while, "Sorry to have kept you all waiting This time, after four years, my work will be rereleased I hope that all my fans who have been supporting me for so long, and even those who haven't seen my work yet, will take a look. I look forward to your continued support"

However, there were some logistical hurdles to overcome. Being away from the industry had made her go out of shape so she needed time to prepare herself for the demands of filming JAV, ensuring that she was in peak physical and mental condition and if rumors are to be believed, she didn't enter the studio until April but all this while it was hush-hush until Madonna finally decided to drop the trailer.

So if you look at the promotional video, Meguri has a touching reunion with the actor, the shyness and anticipation of returning to film JAV again after four years, and of course the excitement and climax of having sex with the actor she had previously filmed with, she is all too familiar I guess. Since it was made public, the biggest question on fan’s minds is whether Ai will continue to work in adult films. Let me make you aware that before the scandal, she had hinted at the possibility of retirement, leaving fans uncertain about her intentions.

On September 19th, to not much surprise, Ai’s agency, Bstar, issued an official statement regarding the situation on X. After careful deliberation, they announced that she would be taking a temporary break from all JAV-related work. This includes canceling all scheduled events and pausing her activities on social media platforms.

Quoting her agency's statement, "Due to the hiatus from her activities, Ai will be withdrawing from the 'Modern Mahjong Swimsuit Festival Final' scheduled for September 23rd. While the decision to halt all events is a step in the right direction as I don’t think Japanese fans are very forgiving, in the midst of all this, the future of Ai’s career remains uncertain. There is a high chance that pre-recorded films might still be released, but for now, her public appearances have been put on hold.

In an emotional statement, the distressed actress stated, "To all my fans who always support me and to all those involved, I would like to offer my deepest apologies for the inconvenience I have caused. After discussing this with my agency, I have decided to take a break from activities for a while. I deeply regret and apologize once again to everyone involved in this incident for the great inconvenience and concern I have caused. I am truly sorry."

As a longtime fan of Hongo, I have found it difficult to defend her in this situation. While the scandal undoubtedly involves Twitch streamer Junichi Kato who at first denied the allegations but later came to accept it after being grilled by a fan during a livestream, it's clear that Hongo bears responsibility for her actions to an extent.

Taking a break from public life is a wise decision, at least for now. It will spare her some time to address the situation privately with her agency and potentially repair her reputation. However, there is also a risk that she might face a shadow ban, similar to what happened to Sayaka Otoshiro and Rumina Yuki after their respective controversies.

The photo I’m referring to was posted on Instagram by the actress and at first glance, looks seemingly innocent. It shows Kojima pointing a water gun at the camera. However, for those familiar with Madonna's iconic NTR series, the clues are undeniable. The outfit and background closely resemble a scene from the series, where the protagonist goes camping with her middle aged neighbors and things turn freaky, you know!

While it was unclear if she will be working with Moodyz, another renowned studio Honchu famous for its creampie JAVs was also on the list, but I guess fans can now expect to see her churn out Honnaka JAVs, as is evident from her latest tweet.

Happens so, that the name change comes alongside the release of her highly anticipated photo book, 'My Gift Big LOVE.'

She tweeted, "First of all, I'm Natsuki Rin, nicknamed Kirin-chan, and I'm very grateful to everyone who has supported me up until now! Thank you I've been allowed to release a photobook from G-Walk. I'm very grateful to all the staff for allowing me to appear in such a beautiful photobook, which was beautifully photographed!! As soon as this photobook is released, I will be changing my name to Ouka Rin."

She recalled in the statement how she always yearned to stay authentic and in an attempt to do so, she felt a stronger desire to change her attitude and make a fresh start.
