Here's a rundown of some of the top stories that happened in May

S1 Hottie Is Done With JAV For Good

Your resident gossip guru is back to spill the tea with piping-hot industry news that'll leave you snatching your pearls. This May, we're focusing on the sudden departure of S1’s G-cup cutie, the one and only Yuri Adachi.

For over two years, Yuri's been a loyal soldier for the red studio, S1, gracing us with her ample assets. But, alas, all good things must come to an end. Yuri just dropped a bombshell announcement: she's retiring from JAV on July 28th, 2024! It’s hard to believe, right? Even more so when her retirement date practically mirrors her debut date.

"Dear Fans, Thank you for your continued support. On a personal note, on July 28th, which is our 2nd anniversary. I will be retiring as an adult film actress."

Now, this news has tongues wagging quicker than a chihuahua on espresso. Why the sudden exit, you ask? Yuri's staying tight-lipped on this one, only muttering something about "personal reasons." Is it a case of S1's nail-biting competition getting her down? Or maybe she snagged herself a lucky groom and is skipping off into wedded bliss?

Whatever the reason, there's no denying we’ll miss this stunner! Our resident writer, Oppaira, might have politely described her acting as "weak," but let's be honest, most of us tuned in for her, well, killer bod. Those G-cups were legendary!

"It is thanks to my fans that I have been able to keep going for 2 years. I will do my best to express my gratitude to my fans. Please take care of Yuri Adachi for the remaining 3 months."

Oh, and one more thing! Yuri promises to go out with a bang in these last three months. She's vowed to churn out the best flicks yet for her devoted fans (bless their hearts). On top of that, there's even a rumor about a new "book" coming out soon. Let's just hope it has more juice than her usual on-screen sultriness.

So, what's the future hold for Yuri? Will she fade into obscurity or perhaps reinvent herself as an influencer? Only time will tell. But one thing's for sure: S1's lost a bit of its, ahem, top-shelf talent. We'll miss those curves, Yuri, even if your acting left something to be desired. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled, guys, because the industry is a fickle beast, and who knows what juicy gossip awaits us next? Meanwhile, follow her on X.

Kanon Kanade is Leaving Her 5 Year Career Behind

This month is a doozy; moving on! The gossip I’m about to share has all the juice because we've got career changes, surprise exits, and a whole lot of drama.

First up, let's talk about Maron Natsuki, or should I say, Eru Natsuyo? Let’s save that whole name switch fiasco for some other day, shall we? Well, fret no more, because Maron's ditching her current alias to reclaim her former stage name. But that's not all! She's also bouncing ship, leaving Arrows Agency and setting sail for the greener pastures of NAX, the same agency that houses the ever-so-sultry Kanon Kanade. Interestingly, this gives her another name in the mass exit of actresses from All-Pro and Arrows agencies.

Nevertheless, speaking of Kanon, the sweetheart just dropped a bombshell! On her birthday, no less! It seems Kanon's decided to trade in her AV pasties for, well, whatever retired JAV stars wear these days. That's right, In her letter, Kanon announced that she left the NAX agency on April 26, as she intends to officially cease all AV-related activities on May 9. She also thanked the fans for supporting her throughout the years, right on her birthday, as well as closing her 5-year career in the JAV industry. For the uninitiated, the cutie just planned a birthday event earlier this month at the Donfin, Kabukicho.

"This is a sudden announcement, but I will be leaving the office today and officially retiring on 5/9 from the adult film industry, which I have been a part of for about 5 years. I am grateful to have been able to work in the AV industry for such a long time. As for the future, I would like to make one more announcement today. I am feeling a bit sad. I would like to retire with a smile at the end. Please watch over me until May 9. Thank you very much."

Now, this wouldn't be such a shocker if it weren't part of a larger exodus. Apparently, there's a mass migration happening over at All-Pro and Arrows agencies, and Maron and Kanon are just the latest to jump ship. It makes you wonder what's going on behind those studio doors, doesn't it?

Let's take a trip down memory lane for Kanon, shall we? Remember her debut back in 2019 with Moodyz? That sweet-as-sugar, 19-year-old student facade? Oh, how times have changed! Our Kanon went from an innocent schoolgirl to a full-fledged AV darling in no time. The D-cup actress was featured in Muku-produced JAVs until recently.

"I have had a lot of fun and a lot of sadness since my debut, I'm so grateful to my agency, my makers, my fans, and everyone involved for always helping me out and cheering me on. Thank you for your support."

But hey, all good things must come to an end, and it seems Kanon's decided to end hers on a high note. Five years in the industry, a legion of fans (thanks to your unwavering support), and a bangin' bod that'll forever be immortalized on film. It's not a bad way to go out, if you ask me.

So, what's the takeaway from this particular story? Change is inevitable, guys! Actresses are switching gears, agencies are losing talent, and who knows what juicy drama awaits us next? One thing's for sure: this industry never gets dull. Keep those virtual ears to the ground, and I'll keep you posted on the latest tea! Until next time, stay scandalous and follow Kanon on X!

Former JAV Actress Ties Knot With An X-Rated Director

Well, well, well, folks! Looks like the rumour mill has been churning overtime, and it spat out a juicy piece of gossip this week. Remember Miku Ikuta, the former JAV darling who stole hearts (and maybe a few other things) with her debut back in 2017? Yeah, the one who went freelance after ditching SOD's clutches? Well, then you’d find this column interesting.

Miku, bless her little heart, just tied the knot! On April 23rd, to be exact, she said "I do" to a director named Keita Dounomoto. Now, this Keita fella is a bit of a mystery. All we know is he's a whippersnapper of a director, fresh out of Osaka University of Art with a penchant for the... shall we say, more erotic drama films often known as pink movies in Japan.

"I would like to thank you for your continued support. We are pleased to announce that Keita Donomoto and Miku Ikuta got married on April 23, 2024. With the support of many people since our performance in the movie "Kaiseki Kaikyoku". I would like to share my life with you. We would like to support each other and build a bright home with constant smiles. Although we are still in our infancy, we will continue to devote our energies to our work as expressive people, centering on the film that brought us together, We look forward to your continued guidance and encouragement."

On the other hand, if you suffer from a vague memory disorder, Miku made her JAV debut with SOD’s youth label, Seishun Jidai in June 2017. The profile was described as a petite 19-year-old girl. Since the beginning of 2018, Miku was known to have left her exclusive contract at SOD and turned into a freelance actress working under multiple studios at a time like Moodyz, SOD, Hunter & IBW until she announced her official retirement from JAV in February 2023

Rumor has it the lovebirds met on a music video set – sounds like straight out of a cheesy romance novel, doesn't it? But hold your horses before you start picturing a fairytale ending. This industry, it's a fickle mistress, and whispers abound that this whole marriage might be a publicity stunt.

Think about it: Miku, a former JAV starlet, hitches her wagon to a rising director known for directing flicks that push the boundaries of good taste. Sounds like a match made in... well, not exactly heaven, does it?

Now, I'm not saying there's no love there. Maybe Miku truly found her happily ever after with Keita. Maybe they bonded over their shared love of, ahem, artistic expression. But in this industry, you can never be too careful. Could this be a calculated move by Keita to drum up some buzz for his next project? Or perhaps Miku's way of staying relevant after hanging up her… well, you get the idea.

Whatever the truth may be, one thing's for sure, this tweet throws Miku back in the spotlight. And whether it's for love or publicity, that's enough to get the gossip rags talking. But all we could do is wish her a happy married life and while you're at it, go check her out on Twitter, in case you might've forgot her.

S1's Hottest Property Is Missing & It Should Concern You!

Okay, here’s a drama alert you don’t want to miss! The JAV forums are abuzz with whispers about the sudden disappearance of one of S1's hottest properties, the captivating Ria Yamate!

Well, Ria needs no introduction. The stunning rookie who took the industry by storm two years ago with her near-perfect body has been away from the limelight lately, and honestly, no one saw it coming.

Here's the scoop: It's been two months since Ria's last release. Radio silence. Crickets. And now, things have gotten even more suspicious. Ria's completely wiped her social media presence clean. Twitter? Gone. Instagram? Poof! Vanished like a magician's hat trick.

Someone else's using Ria's Instagram handle these days.

Now, this wouldn't be such a big deal for other studios, but for S1, it’s kind of a major blow. See, she wasn't just another pretty face. S1 was grooming her to be a future superstar, alongside Saika Kawakita and Konan Koyoi. They were onto this hypothetical empire, and Ria was supposed to be a part of the project.

So, what the heck happened? Did Ria have a falling out with S1? Did the pressure get too much? The rumour mill is at work 24/7, but there are no concrete answers as to why she just ghosted.

This is a massive blow for S1, that's for sure. Ria was a moneymaker, a guaranteed top-seller for most months. Her absence leaves a gaping hole in their lineup.

But here's the thing: this doesn’t seem like her end. For the unititated, her profile might still be lingering on S1's website and her affiliated office's page, but with the social media purge, it feels like a farewell.

There are whispers of a different kind, though. Maybe Ria's just shedding her skin. Maybe this is the end of ‘Ria Yamate’, but not the end of the woman behind the name. Perhaps a comeback awaits under a new, fresh moniker.

The truth is, we just don't know. But one thing's for certain: Ria Yamate's disappearance has left the industry scratching its collective head. Was it a dramatic exit or just a quiet fade-out? Only time will tell.

In the meantime, we'll keep our ears to the ground, readers. Because in the ever-unpredictable world of adult entertainment, you never know what juicy gossip might come tumbling down the pipeline next.

Non Shirohana Begins Scrubbing Her JAVs, Buy 'em Before They're Gone!

Moving onto the final chapter of this column, we’ve scoop on Non Shirohana. Remember her? The busty model who had an enticing collab with Ena Koume, right! Made it onto the scene in late 2022 with curves that could make Mount Fuji blush. Well, things have gone a bit downhill for her ever since.

Maybe a little flashback, Non started off with SOD, leaving fans wanting more of her H-cup boobies with every passing JAV. But then, poof! Like a magician's disappearing bunny act, her Twitter vanished in November last year, leaving room for speculation. Did she get snatched up by a jealous rival studio? Did she decide to trade in the cameras for a quieter life (though with those looks, that seems unlikely!)?

But I’ve found out something, that could give you a mini heart attack if you happen to be her fan. Non's been scrubbing away at her online presence like Cinderella after the clock strikes twelve. It’s likely so that all her WILL group works have mysteriously vanished somehow! Now, what could this mean? Did she have a falling out? Did a particularly demanding director get a little too… demanding?

Her FANZA listing shows that the JAVs produced by WILL group are gone

The good news, though, is that there's still hope! Her debut flick and some freelance projects that she had released under big studios like Oppai, Moodyz after transitioning to a full time role having left SOD are clinging on for dear life. So, if you haven't had the pleasure of witnessing Non's phenomenal talent and, ahem, impressive curves then I’d advice you not skip a minute and go grab it, quick before she decides to take down her entire portfolio of works! This online purge could be the first domino to fall, leading to a complete disappearance of her work.

Now, the million-dollar question remains, where is Non? We haven't heard a peep from her since the Twitter silence. Her past release schedule was on track with her latest release hitting the market earlier this April, so this radio silence is deafening. Maybe she's concocting a spectacular comeback? Perhaps she's chilling on a private island, living the high life away from JAV.

One thing's for sure, this story is far from over. Until Non graces us with her presence (and hopefully, a juicy explanation!), we'll just have to keep refreshing our browsers and hope for the best. In the meantime, let the speculation continue.

Another exit is Kano Yura. She will also be calling it a career on July. She was not necessarily one of my favorites but she was an outstanding performer.
