Hentai-to-JAV adaptations are usually difficult to pull off. But in CAWD-075, kawaii managed to produce a faithful and satisfying adaptation helmed by one of our favorite thicc hotties, Neo Akari.

Plot

The JAV is based on the hentai Kinjo ni Hikkoshitekita Muboubi Muteikou Kyonyuu Bishoujo Sumire-Chan ni Yaritai Houdai na Natsu. The adaptation closely follows the doujin's plot. 

The story: one summer, a girl named Sumire-chan moves next door to Takashi, a virgin dude who instantly lusts after her attractive neighbor. Eventually, Takashi discovers that Sumire is a bit of knucklehead. He then starts manipulating Sumire to actualize his dirty fantasies. That's basically it. The movie is just a sequence of Takashi and Sumire's escalating adventures. 

This plot will clearly not win an Oscar but the fantasy of having a girl who is willing to do every nasty thing you want to do with her has been properly played out in this JAV. 

Sex

The fetish in focus on CAWD-075 is Neo's 'docililty and subservience.' This explains why most of the sex is initiated by the guy while Neo simply lies there and does whatever she's told.

There's the usual missionaries, doggies, and the occasional cowgirl. There's a sex-in-the-cinema scene, public toilet sex, some groping, a hint of exhibitionism, and cosplay. It's a delight watching Neo slowly transform into an obedient sex slave. 

There is no passionate sex in CAWD-075. The fetish is simply that of getting to use a girl as pretty as Neo Akari as your personal cock sleeve. But there is enough variety in scenarios to keep viewers interested. That is not even to mention Neo's ever-fuckable bod which is on full-display here. 
 

Production Quality

It's surprising how faithful this JAV is to the source material. Even the angles and establishing shots have been re-created. For instance, there are shots of glasses of ice tea which imply that the story is happening during the summer. Small details, really, but they elevate the movie's quality.

The costume choices are also top-notch. The tight jean shorts that Neo wore in the first scene  and the black stockings did really well to highlight her thighs. Even the last cosplay scene closely followed the colors and look of the costume in the doujin. 

The sets were also made with deliberate effort. Meanwhile, the camera crew did a good job with the camera angles. Coupled with adequate strong lighting and sharp, anime-like color grading, all of these made the movie achieve the exaggerated and fun aesthetic that the original doujin has. 

One small complaint we have is about the actors. The original doujin has shouta dudes, so it would have been better if they used younger-looking actors. 

Overall Satisfaction

It's uncanny how similar Neo's body is to her doujin version. The thick thighs, the ginormous ass, the I-have-no-idea-what-is-happening face, all are very accurate. Kudos to Neo Akari for her performance. 

But we also have to give the producers some credit for knowing how to highlight Neo's best assets. Those little ass squeezes and camera angles may seem to be small details but they are super effective. 

If you're a hentai doujin lover and you're looking for an adaptation that does justice to the source material, CAWD-075 is not a bad choice.
