I had Sumire Kurokawa on my radar for a bit now and finally decided to take the plunge. I usually don't care to watch slender/skinny actresses too much but Sumire's ass really caught my eye so I had to give her a shot naturally. As with all my first impressions posts, I'll watch and review five different films and cap each one off with a final score. And then at the very end, I'll give my overall thoughts and whether or not I'll continue watching her.

You'll soon notice a similar theme across all the covers that I picked for her. What can I say, it's her best asset by far. Regardless I indeed picked this one due to it featuring her booty prominently and I'm happy to report it didn't disappoint. The plot revolves around a man whose stepmama(Sumire) visits him in his place to help clean up. He begins admiring her juicy booty and soon enough he's burying his dick inside her. She returns the next few days as the two proceed to go at it again and again. This role is a good fit for her, but her performance made me feel mixed. She displays the right amount of shame which is nice but as I've stated in my other reviews, her enthusiasm and facial expressions could've been a lot better.

She's not terrible but overall nothing came close to blowing me away. Now what did impress me here was her appearance. Sumire looks fantastic here and her ass has never looked better thanks to the incredible lighting and camerawork. It all accentuates her ass extremely well. I also love that they pull her thong to the side and leave it on as it frames her ass beautifully. And all this is backed up by some great action consisting of two sex scenes, an assjob scene, and a blowjob scene. The blowjob scene is admittedly a waste as it focuses too much on toy use with her and it's pretty dull overall. But the two sex scenes are excellent and showcase her ass brilliantly. This is easily one of the best videos I've seen from her yet. It's an easy recommendation.

I know I kind of put Lunatics Studio on blast a bit in my studio tier list post but this one looked somewhat promising at least. The setup centers around a man who becomes infatuated with his mama-in-law after catching a glimpse of her on all fours. He can't contain himself as he rips her pants off and goes to town on her. The rest of the film is standard fare with the two getting it on while keeping their relationship a secret from his wife. It's an okay premise but a little more risk would've been nice as it's only featured in one rather mediocre scene. Speaking of mediocre, her performance sadly isn't too hot. She's not that engaging, her facial expressions are lackluster, and her overall enthusiasm leaves something to be desired. 

Now when it comes to the production values they're not quite as bad as I expected but still not that impressive. The camerawork is once again pretty "meh" with plenty of static camera shots and some wonky angles due to the actor having to hold the camera while getting it on. At least the setting variety isn't too bad here but the lighting can be a tad too bright and saturated at times. Lastly, the action is decent but suffers from a few key flaws. It contains 5 sex scenes however many are rather brief and they all end in a fake creampie with no real cumshots in sight. But the quality of the full sex scenes at least is solid and there's a nice amount of focus on her ass. It's a fine watch for the most part but still suffers from Lunatic's lousy production.

I ended up choosing this film as my second film to watch and it managed to be one of the best for sure. The plot features Sumire playing a married woman who inadvertently leads her bro-in-law on by showing off her ass and thong. She eventually catches him jerking off with her panties which eventually leads to them having sex. The rest of the film is pretty predictable with the two getting it on over and over behind his bro's back although unfortunately, there's really no risky sex to speak of here which is a real missed opportunity. Other than that the plot is fine. Now I will say that Sumire's performance is certainly a step up from the previous film. It's nice seeing her take the lead here and her overall enthusiasm is excellent for the most part.

Her facial expressions are better as well although can still be a tad underwhelming at times. But in general, she gets the job done. The action is great too but does suffer from one wasteful scene which is a dull solo masturbation scene that eats up about 15 min of the runtime. The other scenes are satisfying though consisting of two sex scenes, a blowjob scene, and an assjob/thighfucking scene. They all highlight her ass very well but I will say the first sex scene is a bit lacking in position variety. Rounding all this out is some stellar lighting and camerawork. The pacing is pretty balanced too across the entire film. I was quite impressed by this one overall thanks to Sumire's solid acting and bootyiful eyecandy.

The last video I checked out features a pretty enticing setup casting Sumire as a private tutor tasked with improving the grades of a struggling student. In typical JAV fashion, she offers up a free feel of her chest to help motivate him which of course leads to him eventually getting to fuck her and he takes full advantage as he pumps load after load into her. The plot gets the job done but I can't help but wish they used the tutor aspects a bit more. Now I have to say that unfortunately, her performance fails to impress. To really make the most out of this premise you need to have good enthusiasm and facial expressions and I didn't get that from Sumire here. She's overall fine but her facial expressions always left me wanting more as she's a bit too stiff.

Next up we have the production values which do fare a little better. The most standout aspects have to be the camerawork and lighting as it's pretty varied throughout and frames the action very well. It's not all positive though as the settings are on the repetitive side given that most of the film takes place inside the same bedroom. Last but not least we have the action which is mildly disappointing consisting of two sex scenes and a blowjob scene. The biggest issue is the complete lack of real cumshots plus the pacing could've been better given the last sex scene takes up about half the runtime. ROYD-125 is frustrating because I enjoyed the plot and most of the technical aspects but her lackluster performance and underwhelming action bring it down.

That's one hell of a nice cover am I right? This actually happened to be my very first exposure to Sumire and while it's far from perfect, it did spark my interest in her and made me curious to watch more. Here we see her playing a married woman who is sexually frustrated with her husband ignoring her advances. So she ends up seducing the guy next door by flaunting her ass and g-string. It's a fine enough plot and Sumire does fit this type of role quite well. However, her acting left me feeling lukewarm. A strong seductive performance is sorely needed for this type of theme but Sumire missed the mark by a fair bit. She's quite stiff overall and her facial expressions can be hit-or-miss at times. Sumire is just lacking that crucial spark that you want to see here.

Now action wise the film fares much better consisting of two sex scenes, an assjob scene, a thighfucking scene, and a footjob scene. There's a great variety across the whole film with every scene showcasing her booty. Perhaps a bit more risk would've been nice to see as we only get one scene making use of that but it's not a huge deal. Now when it comes to the production values the film mostly sticks the landing but the lighting was a bit off. My main gripe is with the first sex scenes as it's way too damn bright and does a poor job of showcasing her ass properly. Other than that the lighting is generally fine and everything else gets the job done. MIAA-723 isn't a homerun but did do just enough to catch my eye and make me want to watch more.

Overall Thoughts

After watching five different films of hers how I do feel? Honestly, I feel quite mixed. These mixed feelings mostly stem from her figure. On one hand, I'm not really a fan of the slender physique all too much. But I can easily admit that her ass is fantastic with a great bubble butt shape to it. And her boobs aren't too bad either as they do fit her overall look quite well and have a nice shape to them. One other aspect I must point out about her physically is her ears. It's not something I usually notice but man, she's got some really big ears that do kinda stick out like a sore thumb at times. And of course, I gotta mention her acting which is really just average at best. I can't say that I was ever truly impressed by her acting in any of these videos. It always felt like she was holding back a bit and was devoid of any real "spark". Overall just felt a little stiff and her facial expressions were never that lively. So at the end of the day, where do I stand with her? I'm interested in watching more but admittedly only with videos that are centered around her ass. The rest of her body and acting just aren't captivating enough to make me want to watch everything of hers. I'm a big fan of her top-notch booty but that's about it really.
