Introduction

Suzume Mino is an actress that has been on my to watch list for a while now. She seemed to be that hot, seductive, sexy MILF that I tend to quite enjoy. Or really, she's in that "not quite MILF" group given that she's still in her 20s. Either way I knew this year I would finally get around to watching her and planned some blog posts in a way where I would get a good opportunity to do so. Especially given that I've wanted to watch more stuff from Faleno / Dahlia, it was just a win-win to check out Suzume.

Physical

Facially I quite enjoyed Suzume. She absolutely hit the right notes in terms of being exactly what I expected out of her. She had a bit of a resting bitch face (in my opinion) that just aided in the type of actress I believed she would be. I thought even her disheveled hairstyle fit that persona well, and all-in-all it just really came together well.

I did not enjoy Suzume's boobs. They're fake, something that wasn't immediately obvious, but in certain positions it was super obvious. I found that to be a major turnoff for me as I'm not a huge fan of fake boobs. I can tolerate it most of the time but it's not something I actively seek out. There are very few actresses among my all-time favourites that have fake boobs and it's always just a matter of accepting rather than enjoying. Going back to a previous point though, Suzume's fakes don't look half bad. There are some positions where they actually look somewhat real so it paints an interesting perspective. There were also some positions where the shape wasn't great, so it was a bit of a give and take with them.

Suzume's ass was pretty bad, I must say. It was nonexistent and I didn't like it at all. It's easily one of the worst asses I've seen in a long time, which is quite a shame.

Performing

As a performer Suzume was often pretty lacking, but at least her moaning was reasonable. It sucked that she wasn't really dominant or anything, especially in a video that gave her that opportunity. When you couple that with the kind of expectation you get from her face it does sting a little. Still, while sex was somewhat bland at least the moaning was in check in a way that didn't completely turn you off. I tend to quite enjoy actresses that can do moaning more than just the usual whiny stuff, so Suzume being more reasonable there was great.

What I did like was her mannerisms during the plot portion. While she wasn't ever outright dominant she did have some solid expressions that really sold the type of actress I expected her to be. Honestly it felt like her subtle seductive expressions sold both the narrative and her as an actress. If Suzume wasn't going to be a great performer then at least she could put herself into a single lane and sell that.

Video Review

Suzume plays the boss at work and wants to get to know her employees a little better. After hours one day she catches one of them masturbating. She takes that as an opportunity to really get to know him, and then finds herself deciding to take similar opportunities with the rest of the staff.

I quite enjoyed the concept of the video and liked the interesting opportunities they had. While sex at one of their homes and a hotel room wasn't the best, the scene in the restaurant and after hours at work were quite nice. The video definitely felt like it was lacking some sort of group scene, and getting to know them all at once would have been great. I also think sex in the office (we only got a blowjob) also would have been a huge step up for the video. Even though we knew Suzume was the boss it felt like that wasn't always a strong enough theme in the video. Maybe Suzume being a more dominant performer could have helped that a bit, but I ultimately think that lied more in the directing decisions than anything. I wouldn't strictly say the video was bad but there were a lot of opportunities for it to do better.

Career

Suzume has spent her entire career with the Faleno Group, starting with Faleno and moving to their MILF studio Dahlia when it started. I tend to find myself underwhelmed by Faleno, they're just S1 2.0 but they're still figuring some things out. I haven't really been impressed by Suzume's catalogue and there just isn't a lot else that excites me. I can't exactly say being at Dahlia is a bad career choice, Faleno as a whole seems to be a decent enough place to be. When the most natural thing is to call them S1 2.0, you can't really say that's bad. And really, we're only a couple of years into her career so there's still a lot of potential for her in the future. Who knows where Suzume will be in a year or two but at least for the moment her career doesn't particularly excite me.

Suzume is an actress I suspect I won't want to watch again, but I'm not completely sold that I absolutely never will. While there's a lot to dislike with Suzume there was at least one quality I did like (her face). I also have to keep in mind a couple of things about her career: she's only been active around two years (as of the release I watched) and she's been exclusive for Faleno / Dahlia the entire time. That means there's a lot of potential for her to grow as an actress if she's interested. She could go freelance and double the number of videos in under a year if she wanted, and that would probably really improve her skills. More than that, it would likely increase her variety too since Faleno group doesn't do all that much. There's also still a lot of room for Dahlia to improve as a studio to give Suzume opportunities I might be more interested in.
