The time has come once again to deliver my top 20 films of the year. It was a little more challenging than I initially thought to settle upon a final 20. Some films just barely missed the cut which you can find here in my 2021 retrospective post which has five honorable mentions in it. Now let's get this underway with the first half of my list starting with #20.

20. SSIS-253

"This Busty Slut Could Melt Your Cock Like Butter In Her Hands"

This was the first film I watched from Konan Koyoi and it didn't disappoint. I waited a bit before I jumped on the Konan train as the early films are usually underwhelming. This film makes a fantastic first impression. It centers around the concept of paizuri but does provide some variety in terms of scenarios with different themes like teacher, nurse, and masseuse. This greatly helps the film from becoming too repetitive. And while the main focus is on tittyfucking, there's still plenty of traditional sex. In total, there are three full sex scenes and two paizuri only scenes. All the scenes are pretty great although the first one is a little wack as it involves her tittyfucking a group of guys in a bus setting with overly harsh lighting.

Thankfully all the other scenes fare very well with a good mix of action and solid cumshots. One of the sex scenes is even shot entirely in POV which is always nice. As a performer, I was pleasantly surprised. She's really expressive and boasts solid enthusiasm throughout. Her smile is also incredibly infectious. And physically Konan is all-around amazing. She's very pretty, has a great pair of natural tits, a super slim waist, and a solid booty.   The production values are terrific with a good mix of settings, balanced pacing, and a nice wardrobe for Konan. All in all, this was a brilliant introduction to Konan and one I strongly recommend to anyone who hasn't checked her out yet.

19. PPPD-911

"My Girlfriend's Sister Seduced Me With Her Big Tits And Let Me Cum Inside Of Her!"

This particular video nearly missed the boat. It was one of the last films I watched from this year and I'm really glad I snuck it in because it absolutely deserves its spot here. The film follows the typical plot structure that is to be expected from this series. Yua Asakura plays a busty gal who seduces her sister's boyfriend with her big tits and promise of creampie sex. It doesn't exactly break the mold in any way but it stands as one of the best entries in this series in recent memory. A big reason for this is her excellent performance. She's very flirty with a super lascivious aura about her. And she generally does a nice job at taking the lead in every scene.

A great performance goes a long way to make each scene enjoyable and further helps to enhance the risky action. It creates some memorable moments such as when she's riding him from under the covers while talking to her sister. The action as a whole is pretty solid featuring two sex scenes and about three paizuri scenes. There's really not much to complain about as each scene incorporates an element of risk that prevents the scenes from feeling too repetitive. They all feel fresh and memorable in their own right. Plus, the varied settings and scenarios are nice too. I don't have it ranked higher as personally, I'm not that big on Yua Asakura. But I can't deny that it's an extremely well-executed film in its own right.

18. PPPD-896

"I Started Dating My First Girlfriend, But The Busty Girl Next Door Got A Hold Of Me And Now I Can No Longer Get An Erection Unless I See Some Big Tits"

While Hitomi's 2021 was largely underwhelming she did release a few bangers. PPPD-896 is definitely one of them. The plot revolves around a man and his girlfriend with Hitomi playing the girl-next-door. Soon after meeting him, Hitomi starts to lust for him. After showing up at his house late at night she seduces him into sex and the rest of the film follows the pair going at it while trying to keep it a secret from the girlfriend. The film makes good use of its plot by incorporating an element of risk in several scenes making it much more exciting. Such as in the last sex scene when he's talking to his girlfriend on the phone while Hitomi is riding him. Or when they go in the kitchen for a quickie with the girlfriend in the living room.

The action overall is quite good with one exception which is a rather lackluster paizuri scene. However, the actual sex scenes fare much better thanks to each featuring a unique setup. One slight bummer is the presence of fake cum and mediocre cumshots but it's not a dealbreaker. One of the best aspects is the production values. The lighting is exceptional as it goes for a more natural and practical approach. The camerawork is fantastic too with its on-point framing of each shot while highlighting Hitomi's figure. And lastly, she delivers a solid performance all around. She takes the lead in every scene in a convincing fashion along with boasting great facial expressions. Despite the terribly shopped cover, this is a remarkable film.

17. HMN-047

"New Neighbor Next Door Is Popular Porn Star Akari Mitani! I Was Used As Training By Her Before Her AV Shoot"

I always love a "meta" JAV plot like this that features the actress literally just playing herself. The premise is exactly as the title states with Akari moving in next door and looking to run through the script for her next film with her neighbor. She then decides to practice some moves out on him and the rest is history as she proceeds to fuck him silly. It's a really fun and unique setup. With a plot like this, you really need a strong performance and Akari absolutely brings it. She is such a natural here. Her enthusiasm feels very genuine and her facial expressions are spot on. Not to mention she's super engaging as well. She's still one of the best performers around today.

All this would be for nothing if the action wasn't up to par and thankfully it is. In all, there are 3 full sex scenes and 2 blowjob scenes. Every scene is relatively enjoyable, even the blowjob ones thanks to her acting and the fact that she swallows his load. The sex scenes are brilliant too with amazing position variety and intensity. The fake creampies are a minor bummer but not a huge deal overall. Lastly, the production values are mostly good. My only complaint is the reused setting for two scenes but other than that it's solid. The lighting is fitting, the pacing is balanced and the camerawork is good. HMN-047 is definitely her best film of the year thanks to its memorable plot, standout performance, and great action.

16. MIAA-521

"She'll Jam Your Cock Into Her Silky Smooth Cunt Crack And Between Her Thighs And Toy With You Because She's a Devilish Barely Legal Babe"

What a nice cover. Even better is that the film actually lives up to it. The premise is pretty simple as it casts Ichika as a lewd and devilish schoolgirl who loves to tease her fellow classmates. This mostly involves showing off her panties by wearing super short skirts. Naturally, this leads to some to her fucking them silly along with some nice thigh fucking which is always a plus. It's a basic plot but it works given that Ichika is a perfect fit for it and it's executed well enough. That leads me to the production values which fare very well for the most part. My only complaint is that the lighting in the first scene is a bit too bright. Other than that the lighting is terrific along with excellent pacing, varied settings, and a nice schoolgirl wardrobe for Ichika.

The action is generally pretty good. It features two full sex scenes, two thigh fucking scenes, and a handjob scene. All the scenes were relatively enjoyable overall. Even the mundane handjob scene was quite super entertaining thanks to her lively performance. One thing to note is that the cumshots are rather lackluster as I'm pretty sure many of them are fake. It doesn't ruin the scenes but it does hamper them a bit. Tying this all together is Ichika's fantastic performance. She plays this role with relative ease as she's quite bubbly here with superb enthusiasm and spunk. She was made for this role. In the end, MIAA-521 is the best film I've seen from Ichika and is easily a big standout from 2021.

15. MMKS-014

"Teasing Service Soothing Soapland Girl With A Huge Ass"

Yayoi Mizuki was someone that wasn't on my radar at all until I discovered this amazing video. And after watching it, I was hooked. Mainly due to that booty. It may seem surprising seeing a soapland-themed film make my list as I'm very much not a fan of the genre. But I always make an exception with this series as it's always excellently executed. While it is basic and features some elements of soapland such as Yayoi rubbing her body all over the guy, it's not overdone. Plus, the nice thing that makes it tolerable and actually enjoyable is the focus on her ass. In nearly every shot her ass is the center focus. It also helps that the technical aspects are expertly crafted.

This mainly boils down to the previously mentioned camerawork and brilliant lighting. Marrion is an expert at showing off a nice ass in the best way possible. It definitely helps to complement her curves in the best way possible. And while there is some fish eye use here, it's not too over the top thankfully. The action also provides heaps of lovely ass fan service. Not only is there plenty of assjob type scenes but also every scene features positions that highlight her spectacular booty. Plus, it is facesitting galore here. Not her performance is mostly average at best but it's not a huge issue as the rest of the film is well done. After all, you're not coming here for a 10/10 performance. We all just wanna enjoy a nice ass and Marrion delivers in spades.

14. CAWD-268

"These Sisters Don't Look Alike, Nor Do They Have Similar Personalities, But Their Preferences Are In Lock Step With Each Other!? I'm Having Fearless Sex With My Girlfriend's Little Stepsister"

After fellow writer, Oppaira checked her out with his debut review post I figured why not give her a shot as well but with a different film. Based upon this first watch, I am definitely a fan now. The general premise is one you've likely seen many times before with Rino seducing her older sister's boyfriend. It's nothing too innovative but hey, if it ain't broke don't fix it. One unique caveat here that helps it stand out is that it's shot entirely in POV. This really helps it feel more engaging as a whole. It's bolstered by some top-notch camerawork that captures some real nice angles and always tries to include the girlfriend in the shot. I will say the settings are a little redundant as two sex scenes reuse the same room twice.

Now speaking of the action, it's fantastic. Overall there are 3 full sex scenes and a blowjob scene. What's especially nice is that every scene features an element of risk like when she's sucking your dick underneath the covers or fucking you in the living room while the sister is in the kitchen just feet away. It certainly makes each scene way more thrilling and entertaining to watch. And her acting goes a long way to help sell it all as her performance is fantastic. She has a very "foxy" aura about her that shines nicely here. Those devilish facial expressions are oh so satisfying. Lastly, her body is outstanding with a great set of perky tits and even better booty. Here's to hoping she explodes in 2022 and really makes a name for herself.

13. JUL-781

I haven't been the biggest fan of Marina's stint with Madonna as many films feature the same sort of setup and don't let Marina take control which is something she excels at. Thankfully this film finally lets her do that in what is easily her best film in quite some time. The plot seems to center around Marina playing a married woman(what a shocker) who seduces her bro-in-law. There's not much more to it than that really besides the heavy focus on sweat which is executed brilliantly. In every scene, she is glistening in sweat which makes for some lovely visuals. As I hinted at earlier her acting is one of the best aspects here for sure. She feels really natural while boasting solid energy and taking the lead in every scene.

Seeing this side of her is a welcomed return no doubt. Another great aspect is the action. There are just 3 scenes in all but each is a full sex scene. Both the position variety and intensity are terrific. One bummer is the complete lack of real cumshots as each one is just a fake creampie. Moving onto the production values which are well-executed although with one exception. The pacing is a bit out of whack. It boasts a two-hour and 20-minute runtime but with just three scenes it means there's a lot of filler in-between setting up the plot and lots of foreplay. Other than that it's satisfying with excellent lighting and camerawork that is to be expected from a Madonna film. This is a must-watch for any Marina fan. You won't be disappointed.

12. PPPD-915

"For Everyone Who Wants To Cum While Smothered In Tits!" Squished Between Dual Pairs Of Great Boobs In A Creampie Massage Parlor Three-Some"

This film initially slipped past my radar upon release somehow but upon going back and checking it out, I was very impressed. It's easily one of the better 3P films of the year. The premise is very simple as it casts the duo here as two sexy and slutty masseuses who love to give a little more than a basic "happy ending". It made me really delighted to see Maki Kyoko starring in a film with a higher grade studio for once. And the outcome was stellar. I must say I wouldn't have imagined Hana Haruna as being a fitting partner for her but it works pretty well. They look fantastic together on-screen and share a nice chemistry. Oppai does a terrific job at showcasing their stunning figures at every chance with their brilliant wardrobe.

Every single outfit here is amazing and suits them perfectly making for some incredible eye candy. Another major highlight of the pair is their performances. Their facial expressions and energy are on point as well as actually engaging with one another. Don't expect anything too crazy but they'll occasionally fondle each other, kiss, and eat creampies out(albeit fake) but still nice. The action is just as great with plenty of full threesome sex scenes and lots of paizuri. Sometimes the pacing drags a bit with all the massage-focused fluff but it's not too terrible. Plus I should mention that the lighting is generally superb all around. PPPD-915 stands tall amongst all the other 3P films from this year. While many disappointed, this one checked all the boxes.

11. PPPD-954

"Cherry Boy Sex With The Most Amazing Tits In The World"

I'm a big fan of this theme personally. It's usually pretty entertaining and getting to see the actress be themselves without adhering to a strict role is great. The premise here of course centers around Hitomi taking some lucky "fans" virginities in a fan thanksgiving style setup. Are they actual fans or virgins? Probably not but the fantasy is of course nice to imagine. Overall the action is fantastic minus one complaint which is the lack of any real missionary. It's a slight bummer but we do get some lovely doggystyle and plenty of paizuri, even hands-free at times. Now the film does make use of fake creampies and a condom for some of its cumshots but at the very least she continues to tittyfuck them afterward which is pretty entertaining.

As a whole, the production quality is solid. Each scene takes place in a different room which is nice and prevents any scenes from feeling too repetitive. The lighting is mostly good with a few small exceptions where at times it can be a bit too harsh. The pacing is well balanced with no scenes overstaying their welcome and the camerawork is good across the board. Best of all is Hitomi's wardrobe as she sports some memorable outfits like a skimpy sports bra and thong combo while donning pigtails. She looks stunning in every single scene. Lastly, Hitomi's performance is terrific. She displays some nice enthusiasm and seems to really enjoy herself here. It's easily one of her best performances from 2021. A quality film from top to bottom.
