Crafting a list of the best tits in JAV is no easy task. There are just so many to choose from. They come in all shapes and sizes. Whether you like them small, medium, big, huge, natural, or even fake you're bound to find something to enjoy. Some of course look better than others and I’m here to pick my personal top 10 favorite pairs of boobs in all of JAV. Now I’m sure a lot of you will disagree with some of my choices as everyone has their own preferences when it comes to boobs. Feel free to yell at me in the comments. For my list here I am factoring in many aspects such as shape, size, firmness, areolas, nipples, and how well they fit their body. 10. Hitomi

Anyone that knows me was probably expecting Hitomi to make my list in some capacity. Although maybe you expected to see her higher. As much I love Hitomi I can easily admit her breasts are far from perfect. But that being said I still think they're incredible. They're absolutely massive and while they're definitely a bit on the saggy side, to say the least, the way they move around and jiggle is straight-up mesmerizing. They've lost some mass over the years as Hitomi has hit the gym pretty hard but it's kind of worked out in her favor. Now her body is in far better shape with one of the best bust to waist ratios you'll ever see.

Are they natural? Do I really need to answer this? One single look should make it perfectly clear.

9. Honoka Mihara

Oh, Honoka Mihara. What a frustrating actress. Such a fantastic figure but confined to doing mostly fetish and more hardcore films. She deserves much more! Anyway, I firmly believe she belongs on this list. They are nearly perfect. Her breasts have a great shape to them, they're perky and pretty symmetrical. And when in action they have a nice movement to them. Not only that but her nipple and areolas are just as lovely. Her boobs suit her pretty well too and compliment her slender figure quite nicely. All this makes for one spectacular set of tits.

Are they natural? I would say yes. They seem to have a very soft feel to them and move around with much fluidity. Plus there's no visible scarring to be found.

8. Yuka Minase

If there was one word to describe Yuka Minase's boobs, it would definitely be perky. I would even go as far as to say they may just be the perkiest tits I've ever seen in JAV. And just like with Honoka they wonderfully compliment her figure. In addition, her nipples are easily some of the best looking too. Those things could cut glass. They're seriously amazing. No matter what angle you're viewing them at they look equally fantastic.

Are they natural? I think so. They have a pretty fluid movement when in motion with no visible scarring to be found. I could always be wrong as Japanese surgeons can be wizards sometimes but I strongly believe they're 100% real.

7. Sakura Kirishima

I absolutely love Sakura's breasts. Yes, I recognize she has a bit of a "uni-boob" situation but honestly I don't really mind it as the overall package is superb. One of my favorite aspects about her boobs is how incredibly perky they are. Her areolas are well aligned too and her nipples are very nice. They're a near-perfect handful as well appearing to be incredibly firm. All in all, they fit her body really well and are definitely one of my favorite pairs in recent memory.

Are they natural? I would say no. Obviously, I can't say for certain but certain aspects are a giveaway. One is that they are too close together. Another is that when they move around they do so as a singular mass. Of course, they're also very perky, maybe too perky to be exact. No matter what though they look great either way. 

6. Momoka Nishina

Momoka Nishina was quite the bombshell. She had everything. Beautiful with a great booty and a magnificent bust as well. Not to mention nice legs too. But that doesn't matter right now as we're talking about just her chest which is one of the best to ever grace JAV. They have a nice plump shape to them and make for a great firm handful. Her nipples are quite nice as well. And they're proportional to her figure without being too large. Her breasts are just spectacular in every way. 

Are they natural? Well...it's hard to say really. I wanna say they're real because of how they move and jiggle around. However, they just seem to be "too good" to be all-natural. And at times you can see a sort of "shelf" appear near the bottom edge of her breasts. If they're indeed fake they absolutely some of the best fakes ever created.

5. Aimi Yoshikawa

Aimi Yoshikawa may be tiny but she boasts one of the biggest busts around. For someone so tiny they are absolutely huge. The best definition of busty and petite. That being said they still fit her body pretty well. Her breasts themselves are incredible. They're shaped very nicely, super perky, and appear to be oh so soft. Even better when she was at the twilight of her career and she put on some extra weight which helped to fill out her boobs even more. Can't forget to mention her nipples and areolas are amazing too. Overall she's a total shortstack with some of the best boobs to grace JAV in the past decade. 

Are they natural? I'm inclined to say yes. Not only do her nipples and areolas fit her boobs appropriately but they have a very fluid and smooth motion when they're jiggling around. They appear very soft as well with no scarring to be found. I would say it's a safe bet that they are completely natural. 

4. Julia

Of course, the legendary Julia would make my list somewhere. Julia breasts are some of the best JAV has ever seen. Now I will say it's a bit unfortunate that they've lost some significant mass due to her weight loss. When she was in her prime, say around 2015-ish, they were absolutely perfect. Currently, they still look solid but for me personally, I can't help but wish she'd fill them back out again. Now, what makes her breasts so great? Nearly everything. They have a nice shape to them, they're obviously big and are a near-perfect handful. Also, I love her slightly puffy areolas. Her breasts played a key role in launching her career and making her a household name in JAV.

Are they natural? It's often up for debate among fans but I'm leaning towards yes. While they do look too good to be true, I just can't see how can you fake something like that. The way they move around in motion is very convincing and they don't appear to be too firm. Not only that but when she's on her back they spread out and settle to her sides. I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain they're the real deal.

3. Rion/Rara Anzai

Rara Anzai really lucked out in the genetics department. Blessed with not only a fine body but one of the best racks I've ever seen in porn, period. She occasionally gets some flack for being a lethargic performer who relies too much on her boobs but, can you really blame her? Her breasts have gone through varying sizes with her weight accordingly. Starting out big at the start of her career to losing considerable mass when she lost weight as "Rion". But currently, since she's plumped up they're ridiculously huge and the biggest they've ever been. Obviously, I love them for how huge they are but they're shaped very nicely too. All topped off with some fine nipples and areolas. And no matter what position she's in they always look magnificent. Some will say she's just eye-candy but she's some DAMN good eye-candy. 

Are they natural? I feel quite confident in saying yes. Her areolas fit them approximately, they have a very fluid motion when they're moving around, and there are no signs of scarring anywhere. Not only that but they are proportional to her body too. And when she's on her back they flatten out as they should. With all this mind, I can confidently say they're 100% natural.

2. Rio Hamasaki

Rio Hamasaki was one of the very first actresses I ever became familiar with in JAV so she holds a special place in my heart. And after all that time I still think they're some of the best I've ever seen. I truly think they're flawless across the board. They're perfectly shaped and incredibly firm. They suit her pretty well too and look spectacular in motion. I think my favorite trait about her boobs though has to be how perky they are. I don't know if I've ever seen boobs perkier than hers in JAV. You're always in for a visual treat when you watch her scenes. I could just stare at her chest all day. They did start to sag a bit near the end of her career but it happens. No one can escape gravity. All in all her breasts are a straight 10/10. Perfection.

Are they natural? I wanna say yes but deep down I do have some doubts. I feel like they're a bit too perky and the way they move around is suspect at times. They just look way too good to be true. But they appear proportional to her body at least and when on her back they do flatten out. This is by far the hardest pair to deduce. I really can't give a straight answer. All I know is that if they are fake, they're hands down the best fakes ever created.

1. Anri Okita

For my money, I think Anri Okita's breasts are about as close to perfect as you can get. Some may even say too perfect. Overall I really do think Anri has easily some of the best tits to ever grace JAV. They're the complete package. The size of them is incredible for one thing. They're obviously large without being too huge leading to sagginess. On top of that, they're super perky with a wonderful shape to them. This all helps to compliment her ridiculous hourglass figure. Her bust combined with her wide hips makes for some unreal proportions. And since giving birth they've gotten even bigger. Her post-preggo bust is truly something to behold. Her boobs are just absolutely stunning in every single way.

Are they natural? A question that will be fiercely debated until the end of time. Truthfully, I really don't know. I wanna say yes but some signs point to there being some sort of augmentation. On one hand, they are proportionate to her overall figure and do move around in a natural motion. Plus her areolas fit pretty well. But they just look too good to be true. If anything it may be some fat grafting where they take fat from another part of her body and put it into her breasts. She did have an x-ray taken that at least proves there is no silicone at all in there. All this said it really doesn't matter. At the end of the day, they look incredible so just enjoy them for what they are.
