It's no secret that I am a massive fan of Hitomi Tanaka. She has plenty of terrific films throughout her long and prosperous career. However even she is prone to some duds every so often. Now is the time to look back on what I consider to be her all time worst films ever. Some films on this list have some redeeming qualities but as you'll see when we get closer to the bottom of the barrel, it's pretty rough. Just how bad does it get? Read on to find out.

10. PPPD-519

"What If It Was Ok To Fuck And Creampie Big Breasted Girls..."

Some of you that know me are probably aware of how much I dislike this film. I normally am not a fan of this type of theme and PPPD-519 did nothing to change that. Here Hitomi works as an anchor for a news station. Apparently a new law has been introduced which forbids busty women from hiding their breasts. One of her co-workers discovers she has huge tits and starts to grope her which leads to him fucking her while all his co-workers watch and aid him, even the female ones. The rest of the film revolves around her getting fucked over and over again by her crew. It's so outlandish and asinine making no real sense at all. I appreciate Oppai trying something a bit different but it just doesn't work.

The only real positive I can give this film is that Hitomi looks quite good. However that can be said about most of her films so it's nothing unique in this case. Everything else here is terrible for the most part. Perhaps the biggest knock I have against it is that it's extremely repetitive. Each scene feels exactly the same. They reuse the same location, room and even setup. Its so unbelievable monotonous and it feels like you're watching the same thing over and over. And it features some of the worst fake creampies I've seen in a long time. Her acting isn’t too great either but at least her submissiveness fits the premise. Just don’t bother with this one. The plot is a real misfire and as a result I really can't recommend it to anyone.

9. PPPD-644

"She Wants You To Lick And Titty Fuck Her 113cm O Cup Colossal Tits"

Oppai has a tendency to occasionally forgo a plot in favor of basically just going "WOW HITOMI BIG TITS LOOK". This is a prime example of their complete lack of creativity they display with their star actress Hitomi. The theme, if you can even call it that, centers around Hitomi having her tits groped and played with in various situations. That's literally it for the entire film. The supposed theme is a joke and is just an excuse to show off her tits. Sometimes Oppai does feature a relatively light theme but at least incorporates in interesting ways like PPPD-511 where each scene contains it's own unique scenario. Not the case here as it's painfully generic and just screams lazy.

The laziness doesn't just extend to the plot but the production quality as well. One prime example is that two scenes use the exact same room and lighting setup. There's really no effort here at all. So if the main focus is on the action then how does it fare? It's a mixed bag overall. The sex scenes themselves are fine and feature some nice positions. However they're not particularly memorable and the pacing is bogged down with too much titty play and groping. Not to mention a whole scene devoted to that very subject that is a complete drag. The one real positive I can give is that Hitomi does wear a few nice outfits. But it's hard to enjoy those when the film is utterly devoid of any creativity and overall is cheap and forgettable.

8. AVOP-418

"Instructions For How To Deal With A Bitchy Wife - My Wife's Sensuality Was Still Underdeveloped"

This easily ranks as her worst video in 2019. I expected much more from this one but it's completely ordinary and devoid of any real flare you'd expect from an AV Open entry. For those unaware the AV Open was a major awards contest where each studio submitted a video to compete. Usually this is where studios would really go all out and push themselves, not here.  It’s an NTR(netorare) based film with Hitomi playing a young housewife who ultimately gets blackmailed into having sex with her younger neighbor to protect her husband’s job. It's basically just a cuckold film. Right out the gate it's a theme I'm not really a fan of. But even with the luster of the AV Open you would anticipate bigger things here but sadly that's nowhere near the case.

What positives can I possibly give this film? Well Hitomi does look very good here with some nice loose-fitting clothes. And its well shot with excellent lighting and camerawork. Those two aspects are very solid. But that's where the slight praise ends. The biggest issue I have is with the action. There’s only 2 sex scenes in the entire film and the first doesn’t even happen till over halfway through. Further more both scenes are the exact same as they take place in the same room including the creampies. I understand it's a doujinshi adaptation and they usually feature fake cum but still. Overall this is easily one of the most disappointing AV Open entries I've ever seen. It's a complete joke.

7. PPPD-609

"Grab Them Big Titties For Some Titty Fucking"

If there was an award for most frustrating film then this may take the cake. The cover is eye-catching and features some ingredients for a great film but it completely falls flat. As Oppai loves to do this film doesn't present any sort of overall plot. Instead the only theme is based around forcibly grabbing her tits and fucking them. However the tittyfucking doesn't always involve the actor's dick but mainly their hands. Yes the major focus is on the guy's shoving their hands into her cleavage over and over. All the while Hitomi overacts and you're sitting there wondering "why?" What would possess Oppai to think this was a good idea is beyond me. This film had some real potential but this theme just completely ruins it. I'm all for tittyfucking but not like this.

Moving past the asinine premise the action here isn't half bad, at times. The two sex scenes are decent however they're average at best until the ridiculous hand fucking of her tits starts. It's so incredible dumb and I struggle to think why anyone would enjoy it. Unfortunately besides those two sex scenes the rest are pretty terrible paizuri scenes. I say terrible because of one major reason which is her submissive performance. Hitomi's at her best when it comes to paizuri when she gets to be in control however here the actor does all the work and forcibly fucks her tits. Its not satisfying at all and plus like I said her facial expressions aren't great to begin with. It's a real shame because Hitomi sports some real sexy outfits but that hardly matters. Please don't do this ever again Oppai.

6. PPPD-555

"The Spencer Gland Development Clinic"

This series here has to be one of the worst ever from studio Oppai. It's so completely ridiculous and dumb resulting in one of Hitomi's worst videos ever. The whole plot, if you wanna call it that, is centered around stimulating her tits and apparently some special gland. First off this premise is completely asinine and is just an excuse for lots and lots of titty play. Which in of itself can be enjoyable for sure but not here. One reason is her over the top acting. Her facial expressions and moans are so absurd from even just minor stimulation. It's difficult to take anything seriously here.

One other major reason this film flounders is the pacing and sex. There's so much bullshit here. First half hour of the film is just rubbing oil on her tits and massaging them. Now I will say the actual sex scenes aren't that bad however all the focus on stimulating and groping her tits bloat the runtime to an extreme high. It gets so repetitive and tiring. In addition the camerawork can be quite spotty. There's some nice shots here and there but at the same time there's some truly baffling angles that make no sense. All this results in a truly terrible film with it's asinine plot, over the top acting and horrible pacing. I may love Hitomi but this film is a huge dud.

5. ATID-192

"Smothered In Tentacles"

Ah tentacles. A staple of hentai for sure so it's only natural for JAV to incorporate them into their films. Unfortunately though it doesn't translate well at all. The plot centers around Hitomi playing a married woman who notices a tentacle creature growing in the corner of her house. She tries to remove it but is ultimately unsuccessful. Shortly after it sneaks up on her and well, you know what happens next. After it fucks her she starts to fantasize about the tentacles more and more until she willingly gives in to her lust at the end. The last scene features her going all out and losing control of herself while having sex with the tentacles. Plot wise it's not necessarily terrible as it's well paced however the execution and action don't fare quite as well. 

I'll just come right out and say that tentacles simply do not work in live action porn. It's all really clumsy, messy and too rigid. It just ends up looking very silly overall. Maybe one day we'll have appropriate tentacle technology but right now it's not there. If nothing else the fake cum effect looks alright I guess. For the action that's all there is too this film. There's no actual regular sex to be had as all of it involves tentacles. There's one or two solo masturbation scenes but that's it. Hitomi's performance at least is relatively fitting and besides the tentacles the production quality is pretty solid all around. However when the entire focus is on the tentacles it's hard to enjoy anything else this film may have to offer.

4. ZONO-048

"Hitomi's Sticky Kisses and Sex With An Old Man"

Two super niche genres in a row. I'm sure this one may have some fans out there but I imagine it's few and far between. As you can already tell the major focus of this film is indeed on old men. There's virtually no central plot here. It's just various scenes all based around kissing and licking. Needless to say this appeals to a very specific audience. Not only do you have to enjoy old men but also lots of kissing. If not there's absolutely no reason to watch this. And hell even if you are a fan of this genre, you probably won't be too amazed. Only positive I have about this is that Hitomi looks pretty good. Beyond that I have nothing left to praise.

For one her performance really isn't that great. Early Hitomi is known to be a pretty mediocre performer and here is no different. She boasts weak facial expressions and is quite submissive overall. Beyond that one of the major flaws here is the action itself and the pacing. What I mean is that there's several scenes that are just a complete waste of time. One is a 20 minute scene with the guy slobbering all over her tits and another based around her kissing a pane of glass. And while there are 2 sex scenes they're nothing special. Lastly the pacing is incredibly bogged down with all the kissing and licking. Stay far away from this video. There's much better videos in this genre.

3. RKI-106

"Sex With The World's Largest Dicks"

Oh nice! Who wouldn't want to see Hitomi plowed by the world's biggest dicks? Surely this can't be a bad-- oh wait it's produced by Rookie. Unfortunately this film is a complete sham and manages to be one of her all time worst films. As you may expect there's no overall plot here. Instead it's all about Hitomi sucking and fucking huge, throbbing fake dicks. In reality there's no real sex or cumshots of any sort here. She's basically just fucking a bunch of massive dildos for 2 hours. These "dicks" are so comically big and over the top as well which I suppose is fitting. I mean go big or go home right? Well this film should've gone home, and stayed there.

The biggest and most glaring issue is of course the action. It's the meat of the video but when all the actual "meat" is fake it's completely unsatisfying. Sure it can be somewhat amusing watching her tittyfuck these huge dildos but it's still terrible all around. Now would be a good time to mention her acting. Her performance during the paizuri scenes isn't too bad as she boasts decent enthusiasm. However when the actual sex begins she's pretty underwhelming. I will say for what it is it's a decently well produced film but again like my previous entry it's quite niche in concept. Unless you like to watch Hitomi fuck around with giant dildos for 2 hours then don't bother.

2. MIDE-245

"Breaking In A Busty Married Woman With S&M ~Hot Wife Cheats With Her Bondage Instructor"

While this may not be my pick for her overall worst film it easily wins for worst cover ever. Who in their right mind thought this was a good look? When I started drafting this list I knew right away that this film had to be on it. The actual plot to this is that Hitomi hires a “bondage coach” so she can learn how to handle bondage better. It doesn’t really make any sense. I'm sure there's more to it than that but given that I don't understand Japanese too well that's the most I can draw from it. It's a pretty silly plot overall. Even if the plot was amazing it wouldn't matter much to me personally as the most critical issue would still exist.

I absolutely cannot stand ropes. I can think of maybe one or two scenes where I can tolerate but for the most part I detest them. It's so unappealing while massively constricting the actress and limiting her acting ability. Plus they're almost always used in these darker and moodier films which are just not my cup of tea whatsoever. Moving onto her performance which is exactly what you'd expect. She's mostly submissive and quite whiny with the exception of the final scene which is actually not too bad. She starts to let loose and actually enjoys herself. And for what it's worth it a well produced and shot film.  Still though it's not enough to get over the rope look and dumb plot. I absolutely loathe this film and don't want to watch it ever again. 

1. DASD-132

"500 Loads In A Row"

Here we have what I consider the absolute worst video of Hitomi's entire career and to be honest, it really wasn't close. DASD-132 features no plot or story at all which shouldn't be surprising. Instead it's all about Hitomi taking 500 loads of cum either in her mouth or pussy through sex. Hey that sounds like it good be decent right? If you're a big fan of creampies and lots of semen  then this should be a dream cum true. Not in this case though as every single cumshot here is 100% fake. The cum isn't even remotely realistic looking either as it's some of the worst looking fake jizz I've ever seen. Everything from the color to the thickness is completely off. And that's only the beginning of the issues with this film.There's 3 other critical flaws and the first is her performance.

To be blunt her acting here is terrible. She's entirely submissive, doesn't engage at all and often just lays there like a dead fish waiting to be glazed. The next major problem is the pacing. This film is a staggering FOUR hours long. It's insanely bloated and repetitive. All the scenes take place in the same room pretty much featuring the same exact setup. Perhaps the most criminal offense is the garbage sex. For one the cumshots are laughably bad as each one is the same shit every time with the guy approaching her and shooting one or two shots of "cum" and then leaving. The quality of the sex scenes is dreadful with each lining up and fucking her lasting only about 10 secs before "cumming". It's rinse and repeat all the way through. There is absolutely nothing redeeming here. Its easily the worst film in Hitomi's career.
