Hitomi Tanaka shares a hospital room with a young man and can't keep her hands off him. Oppai delivers a more drama inspired plot here with some NTR flair. Does this film deliver the goods or should the plug be pulled on it. Let's find out...

Plot

Some fans of Hitomi have been yearning for a deeper plot and PPPD-850 delivers on that. The premise centers a young man who is hospitalized with a broken leg. He ends up sharing his room with Hitomi of course who is seemingly quite horny and wants some action. So she throws herself at him and fucks him silly. The rest of the film follows the two forming a sexual relationship that grows stronger and stronger all behind his girlfriend's back. I'm quite torn on the plot to be honest. On one hand I appreciate the attempt at something new for Hitomi and it's an unique plot at the very least. However I am not a fan of this drama heavy plot with it's more serious tone and focus on emotional and relational development. It's just not my cup of tea at all. Some of you out there will undoubtedly enjoy this but I personally did not.

Sex

For it's 2 hour runtime this film features 4 scenes in total. Of course in-between are scenes designed to set up the plot and move it along as you'd expect with a drama type film such as this. Anyway the scene breakdown is 3 full sex scenes and 1 paizuri scene. Overall I think the action here is average at best. On the brght side no scenes overstay their welcome and as a whole the pacing is just fine. That being said though I wasn't blown away by anything I saw here. It's all rather vanilla. One issue I have though it the absence of any real risk in the action. It's a golden opportunity that goes to waste as the premise is perfect for that kind of setup. I understand it may have been a bit out of place in this type of serious drama plot but it would have added some excitement at least. Also the position variety is very lacking as cowgirl is really on the only position in 2/3 sex scenes. There's no other positions til the last 5 min of the film.

Production Quality

Quite possibly the best aspect of this film is it's production quality. For starters the lighting is on point. It sets the mood nicely for each scene. Hitomi's wardrobe is rather minimal but it does suit the story. It wouldn't make sense to have her wear some over the top sexy lingerie here. The camerawork is what you'd expect from a heavy drama type film. It is quite dynamic and goes for a more dramatic take capturing much more emotion than usual. So expect lots of close up shots of facial expressions and kissing. It can be a little too much at times though and some shots are really wonky. Personally I'm not a fan of this style but if you are then you'll appreciate it much more than I did. Also the location variety isn't too bad and fits the hospital theme very well. However the last scene looks like it was shot inside a storage unit(first screen below). It's really bizarre. Lastly as I mentioned above the pacing is very solid with no real glaring flaws.

Overall Satisfaction

Despite givine relative high praise to this film I really wasn't a fan overall. The over the top dramatic style here doesn't appeal to me whatsoever. I was never a fan of drama and this film didn't change my mind, despite having one of my all time favorite actresses. That's partiallly attributed to her hit and miss performance. She has some great moments for sure but at other times can be a little too submissive. Certainly not a terrible performance but I wasn't all that impressed. I can definitely recommend this film to anyone that is a fan of plot driven films with a heavier emphasis on drama. But me personally it's not my cup of tea and ends up being my least favorite Hitomi release of 2020 so far.
