The human civilization has already become quite advanced, all right. AI is now taking away our jobs, nano-robots can now slice down blood clots, and carbon fiber submarines can now (try) to descend to the Titanic. Squirting, also known as female ejaculation, has been well-researched. The general consensus, in turns out, is that squirting is real. All research refers to the skene gland or the "female prostate" as the primary repository of the fluid during orgasm, an area that is popularly called the G-spot.

Moreover, men can orgasm through the stimulation of the prostrate, and even ejaculate something else other than semen. 

But there is a twist.

In a monumental study by the American Association for Clinical Anatomists and the British Association for Clinical Anatomists, experts revealed that squirting (SQ) and female ejaculation (FE) are, in fact, not the same thing. They said that "until 2011, all female orgasmic expulsions of fluids were referred to as female ejaculation." However, it turns out that squirting and female ejaculation are two entirely different phenomena.

Squirting is similar to urine and it is expelled by the urinary bladder. It can be the result of "coital incontinence", or when the woman feels unable to hold her pee during sex. The volume of liquid can range from about 10 millimeters of transparent, pee-like fluid -- apparently a lot. Moreover, women can squirt before or after the orgasm and not necessarily during orgasm. 

Female ejaculation, on the other hand, happens from the paraurethral glands or skene glands. The fluid is usually thicker and has milky white color, and it contains prostate-specific antigen. The volume is a lot less than the squirt, and the ejaculation usually accompanies the G-spot orgasm. 

However, some women do not squirt or experience coital incontinence. Moreover, some people do not ejaculate when they experience G-spot orgasm. In some cases, the woman may squirt and ejaculate at the same time. The majority, however, will not release any fluid at all, except for the lubrication from the vagina. 

The fact that we refer to them both as "squirting" contributes to the confusion among the males.
