Julia plays a nurse that will help you out with all your troubles. Regardless of who the patient is or why they need help, Julia is there for you, letting you get off between her big, soft titties or even bust a load inside her.

Plot

The plot was good. The plot, at heart, was very simplistic, but that wasn't a bad thing. I think scenes where the nurse comes around to help you out make a plot like this very easy to enjoy because of the simplicity. You strip away all the frills and get to just Julia getting you off as a nurse. It's evidently a few different people (or meant to be) but that isn't really an issue for the video. Maybe there's an argument to be made about some more interesting content but I can't say I was unhappy with this. The video did manage to prevent itself from having every scene be at night in the patient's room, and included some stuff in an exam room, or even in the lobby with someone in the background. I think it added just enough to the video to keep the plot from seeming too boring. The video also wove in the intercourse and foreplay scenes quite nicely so you never got tired of the pacing in the 2.5 hour video with three intercourse scenes.

Sex

The sex was actually fairly nice as well. Julia certainly got a bit whiny during some of the intercourse but it actually wasn't that bad. I think it was also largely made up by Julia being quite nice during the foreplay. A lot of smiles from her and a demeanor that made you really get behind her being this sweet, kindly lady getting you off. One thing that definitely stood out was her paizuri skills here, which were actually insanely good, some of the best I've seen in quite some time. Not just her technique but her gazing into you as she did it and the caring look she had. The action all looked pretty good too, mostly POV with a lot of nice stuff whether Julia was on top of you riding or you thrusting in missionary watching her tits jiggle insanely nicely.

Production Quality

The production quality was also quite nice. I found the different settings in the hospital to be fairly nice, giving you a lot of variety. Julia also looked great in her variety of nurse outfits, especially with different hairstyles that even included pigtails during one of the sex scenes. I'd also honestly say that Julia's age being where it is made her come across more comely as she just seemed to fit the role. The camera angles were also wonderful, often in POV. I think there was enough POV for you to be happy without so much that it ruined potentially good content. Some might prefer POV doggy instead of the side view but Julia is also just way nicer from the front (or side) than behind. I did feel like it would have been better not to mix and match POV with non-POV in the same scene and honestly this kind of video might have been nicer in VR. The lighting was also good throughout, even the night scene didn't get bogged down with lighting issues that it normally might. 

Overall Satisfaction

Overall the video was quite nice. Sometimes you want some mega DP gangbang content and other times you want something much more soft. Julia is great at these types of roles, really making you believe what's going on. She's got that kind, motherly vibe that really works for a nurse, and I honestly can't think of many other actresses that can do it like she can. As simplistic as a video like this was it simply worked. I also think it's worth pointing out that I still really enjoy Julia. A lot of fans say she's past her prime, and while she's not in her 20s anymore she's still very nice, both physically and as a performer. Videos like this that can compete for a top 10 spot from her really emphasize just how good she still is.
