Living in Japan's countryside, the one thing that's almost as common as rice fields are the multitude of doctor offices.  The next most plentiful 'thing' are funeral 'halls'--not homes where bodies are prepared, but 'halls' where the ceremonies are held.  A friend of mine once told me all they need is one or two 'appointments' a month to turn a profit so if that's even half true, perhaps after AV, I can open up a...

...OK, off tangent, sorry.  So yes, doctor's offices equal a fixture in the Japanese country due to our ever-aging population needing the best in medical care.  You can find a doctor for pretty much anything and if your needs are a bit more specialized, there's always a full-fledged hospital not too far away.

Now of course some men may have peculiar issues that a country doc may not be able to handle.  For example, erectile dysfunction.  Your average doctor would probably prescribe those blue pills without any compunction, but if you had an issue that really needed the look--and touch--of a medical professional in ways crossing into intimate territory, you may need to schlep yourself out of your bucolic oblivion and make your way to a big city.

In Tokyo, for example, there's the famous ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION CLINIC staffed by two very hands-on doctors:  NANAKO MORI and KOTONE AMAMIYA.  We're not sure how V&R managed to not only find this rather clandestine clinic, but allow them to film, but we can't complain because dark magic was conjured and the result is this fantastic medical service-themed title aptly named the ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION CLINIC.

We know it's been *ages* since we last had a proper medical title at ZENRA.  We've been receiving email from subscribers (and former ones too!) with requests for titles like this one and we're proud to finally deliver on it.  What's more, this isn't going to be a one-off; we've more movies by V&R that follow very similar themes including at least one more all female doctor/nurse release that pushes the scales at 4 hours.  That one will be added in a few months.

ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION CLINIC follows a realistic doctor-patient format that rarely breaks character.  The patients even have mosaic covering their faces at all times in order to protect their identity--a very nice touch of realism.

The theme for each scene involves either DR. MORI or DR. AMAMIYA (or both as we see in half of them) taking care of the 'needs' of patients.  It's mainly done in our favorite 'sexual non-sexual' way where they remain as doctors simply performing 'treatments' on patients rather than turning into full-blown AV stars halfway through for straight-forward sex in a medical clinic.  We really dislike it when that happens unless it's done in a very intentionally campy way.

Two of the scenes do feature sex, but again it's 'medicinal sex'.  Otherwise consider half this release to be bona fide CFNM with clothed Japanese doctors looking after confused and aroused patients suffering from a very pesky and pride-destroying condition.  They need help, really.  Thankfully the ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION CLINIC is there to provide it via detailed therapies focusing on penis health where ejaculation remains a firm part of every single treatment protocol.

KOTONE AMAMIYA retired some time ago, but we're surprised to see NANAKO MORI still remaining active and regularly pumping out releases.  She seems to have slipped under our radar until now which is a shame given her legendary status.  We'll definitely keep our eyes out for potential future ZENRA releases featuring her.  And yes, on that note, ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION clinic may not be a brand new title, but V&R, being a pioneer in advanced filming techniques filmed this one using HD back when HD was still barely a thing.  You may find this title legally (or otherwise...) elsewhere, but we're your *only* source for a true HD version as we were provided a copy direct from the master tape.
