For the last few years, there has been an uptick in the amount of Japanese AV releases being pumped out that star newhalfs--known as shemales or ladyboys in the west.  Some fans truly love the aspect of a woman who also has something 'extra' down below.  There's no shame in that and we certainly agree at ZENRA that every fetish needs its time to shine.

With the popularity of newhalf titles, further expansions into the realm of woman with erections was called for and another genre not exactly connected, but definitely related finally saw the light of day:

Cross-dressing.

Japanese AV with cross-dressing is not new.  In fact, our last update featured cross-dressing aplenty and we've released others as well where men dressed as women was the theme.  However, these titles used cross-dressing as more of a gag and to enhance the twisted perversions of older men who would best be always dressed like the gender they were born with.

Nobody was expecting to see the cross-dressing genre begin to churn out titles such as the one RADIX produced a little over a year ago when they stumbled upon KAORU OSHIMA.  This title was a breakthrough to say the least as it single-handedly ignited industry-wide interest in beautiful cross-dressing adult video.

We won't hold back and neither will KAORU OSHIMA who is very upfront about the fact that HE is a man.  Do not confuse him with a newhalf.  KAORU OSHIMA is 100% male and does not take and hormones nor has any had type of cosmetic surgery.  He's just a unique individual born with exceptionally good looks and knows how to apply makeup, dress, and act as good as any woman--if not better!

Some of you may scoff at the idea of a cross-dressing release.  We know it's not everyone's cup of tea.  We know that even fans of newhalfs may not like the idea of someone who looks and acts like a woman, but still proudly refers to himself in the masculine being the star of a title shown on ZENRA.  If this is something you truly are uncomfortable with, then you can skip viewing today's update, but we really think KAORU OSHIMA brings something special to the table and his AV debut should not be skipped.

This was another release filmed by LEGEND MUKAI, the same director as a previous update starring SAKI HATSUMI.  We're a big fan of LEGEND as he is a magnificent director; his titles are always shot with great lighting and good use of sound and "I AM A CROSS-DRESSER" is no exception.

KAORU OSHIMA's time in the AV industry was rather short, but passionate and exceptionally busy.  In the year he was filming, he was working nearly non-stop and starred in quite a few titles before announcing his sudden retirement in June.  As of writing this, there still are titles filmed then that are not even out yet and we may be showing them in the future in a very special way (which we'll fill you in later!).

His debut in "I AM A CROSS-DRESSER" was golden and there is very little to find fault with.  KAORU OSHIMA has his feminine act down solid and has a beautiful body complete with an exceptionally large and totally hairless...well, you know.

If you're still with us, one other interesting fact about him is that he's not born in Japan.  KAORU OSHIMA was born in Brazil making him second-generation Japanese.  After conversing with him through many email exchanges, we found out he speaks some Portuguese so any fans of ZENRA and Japanese AV who may not know Japanese, but come from Latin America may wish to follow him on Twitter and converse with him in your native tongue.

Although Kaoru Oshima retired from the AV scene, he still is incredibly active and has a strong desire to remain in the spotlight indefinitely.  He just finished work on his first photo-essay book.

We highly recommend checking out "I AM A CROSS-DRESSER".  This is as far from the traditional perverted-old-man-in-drag stereotype as one can get and will certainly lead to many, many confused erections.  Don't be shy though.  You're probably watching this alone on your own computer or device so take a peek and maybe you'll 'get the bug' and want to see more and we will not disappoint.
