Today we venture back into GOGOS's impressive JAV metaverse where previous movies not only are mentioned, but participants in them return for another go.  A year or two ago we first showed another female employee update that did so well we had to go back and show another.

The GOGOS NEW FEMALE EMPLOYEE series is somewhat like the famous SOD series, but with slightly less--OK massively less--actresses in each release.  Most, actually, only star one though the one we showed last time and today's feature two (this time the extra female coworker is only in one scene and mainly observes).  The star of the show if AYA MIZUNO whom we last saw in a fantastic private lesbian movie she shot with her real life friend.  Apparently, she submitted that to GOGOS and eventually decided not only did she want to work for a JAV company, but to do whatever's needed to become a full-fledged director.

What goes on in NEW FEMALE EMPLOYEE should be taken with a grain of salt.  From the get-go we're told female staff members may sometimes need to act as on-set fluffers when actors can't get hard.  Does this happen in reality?  You can figure that one out.  Practicing blowjob techniques with coworkers and even going all the way with your boss while other new hires watch his self-shot filming techniques also is something straight out of JAV land.  Real life working conditions at a JAV company are pretty much the same as any other office environment (with slightly later starting hours from what I've heard).

AYA MIZUNO may not have the face nor body that everyone will gush over.  Personally, I loved her performance and her looks.  She combines innocence with a tight and very pale body that's also totally hairless.  She mixes embarrassment and eroticism in the best of ways.  She's eager to learn and eager to experience romance with as many coworkers as it takes to advance her career as a JAV director.  She...well, let's just say I like her very much and am happy all the semen deposited on her throughout this movie's 2 hour run-time was the real deal.

One of the most interesting things about GOGOS NEW FEMALE EMPLOYEE were the lessons given during the sex acts.  Sure, this was mostly self-shot, but until now, I've never really paid attention to some of the techniques used to mask the absence of a dedicated cameraman.  The most poignant is during the act of insertion:  first have the camera focus down below, but rather than showing the penis sliding in (which due to mosaic wouldn't even be much to look at anyway), you quickly pan up and focus on her face to show her reaction of penetration beginning.
