Demographics may be the Achilles' Heel when it comes to gauging whether what goes down in NEW FEMALE EMPLOYEES SEX TRAINING WITH LOW KEY BOSS is indeed a realistic example of ideal job placements in Japan. With populations suffering, can job placement for an ideal department really be so fierce? Even more so, when new college graduates often are hired (by big conglomerates at least) more for being cogs in a wheel that can be molded as seen fit rather than for their unique, individual talents, is there really a strong desire to be placed in a certain department? After all, as we have seen in the many a SOD Female Employee movie, department placements are as amorphous as the band of the same name's (but different spelling) discography when comparing their sound from the 90's till present day.
Yes, we veered way off tangent and now to right the ship: we return to the world of HOT ENTERTAINMENT in its latest iteration perhaps--one can say--focusing less on longer nanpa-focused movies (though they still seem to be shooting those regularly) and more of what we've noted in the past with NON movies as 'package' films where scenes are shorter and the overall theme remains static with the change happening in casting. Thus, variety is not the name of the game when looking at all five scenes as a whole.
If one saw their latest HAVING SEX WHILE MY FRIEND WATCHES release, the flow is pretty similar: one room, same guy, different girls, repeat. And continuing the comparison, yes, while that other movie has an overall cooler theme that fans of embarrassment sex may enjoy, somehow the 'real factor' of today's update is better, the casting for sure is better with an extremely low-key SATOMI HONDA appearing like a hairy between the legs bolt out of the blue, and the theme even though may lacking in realism somehow seems to be better executed.
There is a lot of eye candy here making NEW FEMALE EMPLOYEES SEX TRAINING WITH LOW KEY BOSS a great movie for most any taste. SATOMI HONDA, previously noted, a surprise gyaru in the form of HIME SHIRAYUKI who surely has hair color against company regulations, and probably my favorite (after Satomi) YUI FURUSE who nails the glasses look like nobody's business. She definitely deserves whatever placement she is yearning for.
Repetition aside, the movie is not without flaws. Our criticism noted in the HAVING SEX IN FROM MY FRIENDS update can be migrated here: the entire movie uses some strange blur/anti-aliasing to perhaps quickly smooth way potential 'flaws' in performers. Nobody is perfect, we get it. For any that email asking why the movie looks that way, this one's not on us! Our editing basically extends to subtitles and pretty much nothing more. Still, this is a fun movie with a so-so theme that ends up being executed quite well and with way above casting to boot.
